The location was nice

The smell of the room, mold The a/c wasn’t working properly it was leaking water and wet my bags and clothes inside the bag they just changed the linens and that’s it Said they were going to fix it the next day but next day was same thing leaking again

Best value for money

Best thing about this hotel was the location and price. We stayed here to explore Valladolid and it was close to Chichen Itza as well. There was a nice little park outside our room to relax.

Bel hôtel mais emplacement pas terrible et personnel pas cool

Très bel hôtel, chambre confortable

Emplacement éloigné et personnel pas très arrangeant. On nous a fait attendre vraiment pile l'heure pour récupérer les clefs quand d'autres hôtels sont plus cool la dessus. Pour les excursions ils veulent vendre leur tour (cher) ... Au lieu de donner des infos pratiques comme par exemple les collectivos

Location was amazing we had beautiful sunsets .

Most of the furnitures were broken .we had a chairs that we couldn’t even use it . They didn’t changed anything inside rooms for so many years I guess.

The hotel is exactly like advertised, no surprises. Good location, pleasant chilling area with a restrauant.

Family friendly hotel away from busy town centre

The room had working AC. Decent food at the restaurant at a good price. Interesting decor throughout property. Toilet was leaking but told staff and it was fixed.

The pool was not very clean. The water was not clear and there was a lot of debris floating in the water (it was quite breezy). Was a bit of a walk to the city centre (20 min).

nice area of hacienda with old style, nice restaurant where you can enjoy food on the terrace, good prices and ok location 20 min walk to centre.

small pool which is like 1 m deep no more and facilities inside e.g. bathroom could be better maintained, bathrooms definitely not of 4 stars, very simple and old.

Great place for a family to stay on the edge of the town centre (20-25 min walk away). Kids enjoyed the pool and the room with air con and fridge was generally good for the relatively cheap price

Shower wasn't great an struggled to get hot water.

Beautiful hacienda in very good location

Beautiful hacienda at the gates of Valladolid. Splendid park on the premises with clean pool. Nice rooms and clean linens. Overall a very good hotel with good value for money. Great dinner in the hotel restaurant.

Breakfast could have been better. The WiFi was basically non existent, because it was so slow. Only one towel per person, however you can always ask for pool towels. Water pressure was super low, water cane only trickling.

Very poor hygiene standards

More hostel than hotel. Really overrated, photos are much nicer then reality. - Hairs and stains on beddings. Was is really changed? I would say NO! Disgusting! - Pool was cloudy. - Thay don't change towels. Towels that we get were with stains. - Bathroom very dirty, again hairs everywhere. - Bathroom mat had mould - There was wedding happening on Saturday evening in hotel and it was so noisy that we couldn't sleep all night.

Disappointing

Rooms are decent and at a good price. Beds are comfortable. Cheap place to stay within walking distance of the centre of town but stay away from the restaurant

No fans in the rooms, showers are a bit "rustic", stains on sheets a bit suspect, and bathrooms not very clean. Service at the restaurant was horrible, the food cold, and the coffee doesn't taste nice
