Location in nature.
Significant lack of communication and honesty. Staff exploited us for money and held us hostage - confiscated our passports and demanded money they did not communicate was required. During this time, armed officers and other staff surrounded us.
We were told to pay one amount for the journey in the park - then they denied. So we had to pay more money before we were allowed to depart.
During our meal, we were harassed by a member of staff for unexplained money.
The light was not working in our room - three men turned up to change one bulb, consider two ladies in a room unable to leave without escorts due to the nature to the accommodation.
The complementary water bottles were half full.

Staff were amazing, our great experience was made so much more due to the excellent staff at this lodge and the game drivers.
Too much spicy food served at dinner. The park fees are $200 per person per day which is rather expensive but nothing to do with the lodge.

The location was excellent and we saw a lot of game. Staff were delightful and always eager to please.
The rooms are are tired but I understand there is renovation in progress.

Prachtig gelegen met nijlpaarden in vijver achter/naast de lodge. Goede kamer en badkamer met voorzieningen.
Variatie qua gerechten - goed verzorgd!
Booking.com had onjuiste informatie verstrekt over de geboekte kamer!!
Het management van Keekorok heeft dat heel goed opgelost - naar grote tevredenheid van mij als gast/klant.

The staff are friendly and welcoming
So much to say here. The staff are clearly overworked and under appreciated. We learned of staff who only had 4-5 hours of sleep between shifts. The MGM ownership has out its stamp
On the place which isn’t good. Overly loud Disney like music at meals; a charming gentleman playing guitar at meals, but forced to play corny American music. There were no towels in room when we arrived and when they did they were old and frayed. One socket in room was broken and coming out of wall. Room phone didn’t work. Notified front desk but no repair.

The F&B Manager Manish was wonderful and helped us a lot. Special compliments to Mr. Saksena and Manish.

The location was excellent
The toilet was broken and couldn't flush. Despite several reports to the front desk, no one came to repair it. It looks like the entire hotel was having the same issue because I heard another guest shouting at the reception on the same matter.
My room had several large structural cracks, and you could see the outside from the cracks. It's dangerous and could collapse.
The hotel is advertised as full board, but they make you pay for water during dinner.
The air strip is 5 mins drive away, but you are required to pay 30 USD per person for a drop off. Even though we were told that we would be taken to the airstrip at 2.30 pm, we didn't leave till 2.50 and almost missed the flight. The driver was driving like a maniac to make up for lost time.

Beautiful location, with a hippo pond in the garden. Very friendly personnel
We didn't realize there was only a buffet, so we had booked a B&B. We couldn't change that and they charged us 25USD per meal. Even though most days for breakfast or lunch we just had a small soup. Would recommend booking all meals up front as you will want to eat all the meals there (there are no other options inside the park)

Everything was incredibly perfect and if we had not booked our next stay on our tour through Kenya we would have liked to stay at least one week. But we will come back to this wonderful place! Thank you very much to all the friendly and attentive staff!
Absolutly nothing!!!

Close to safari in Masai Mara.
Disgusting Indian food. Lousy breakfast, not even yogurt. Poor cleaning. Door could hardly be opened/closed. Laundry discolored and ruined by laundry service.

persistent cold water in the cold evenings. missing window panels & noisy fan

The location was good.
The main building (buffet room and lounge bar) was very busy and loud, with kids running around tables and screaming during dinner.
The food was exclusively indian, with no other alternative.
With full board, I was charged for a bottle of water and for a regular coffee, including at breakfast - on the last day, when I asked for a machine coffee, I was served a nescafé and yet was charged extra.

Good location almost in the center of Maasai Mara. Beautiful ensemble of the buildings. Service was ok.
A lot of things to be fixed and improved in the rooms and even the main building. Loose or rotten wood planks at the "Elephant View Point". Poor breakfast and coffee and rather fair dinner buffet (all this comparing with similar, relatively high priced lodges!) .

Location is fantastic, staff are exceptional, safaris are outstanding. Would I stay again, probably not, but for the price you get what you pay for.
Rooms are very dated and could do with a make over. Food was OK, all buffet style so you won't starve, but exceptionally busy with little room to move in certain areas.
