Completely immersed in a beautiful garden of olive trees, palm trees, flowers and fruit trees, the property offers its guests tranquility, relaxation and a great atmosphere.
The villa has 11 beds divided into three double bedrooms, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. Baby cots can be added in the bedrooms.
It has two tastefully furnished bathrooms, four showers (two inside and two outside), a hallway, a kitchenette, a living room, a dining room, a laundry room, and a third bathroom that can be used externally.

From the moment the gates opened, we knew weld found a dream house for our 8 days in Italy.
We arrived very late and Dario went out of his way (even telling his mum to stay awake so he could pick some things up from her) to get us milk and other essentials for our children to breakfast the following morning.
The villa was spotlessly clean. The rooms are spacious and all have AC.
The outdoor kitchen area was brilliant, as well as the outdoor showers.
There were quite a lot of gnats when we went (end of May 2023) but, being in the middle of the countryside, that’s to be expected.
The pool is not heated.
Supermarket within a 5 minute drive with very passionate deli staff. Beach with 2 lidos also 5 mins away - Lido Mania is recommended for views and food.
We loved everything about this villa and would return in a heartbeat.

Rundum Perfekt
Wir sind sehr nett empfangen worden und das Haus war einfach nur super. Wir haben uns alle dort sehr wohl gefühlt und das Meer ist ein Traum. Dario hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben, wo man in der Nähe regional einkaufen und Essen gehen kann. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Nebensaison in Ugento
Wir, zwei Familien aus der Schweiz mit Kindern zwischen 3 und 15 Jahren haben im grossen und schönen Haus von Dario wunderbaren Herbstferien genossen. Das Haus ist sehr zweckmässig, genügend gross für 9 Personen und perfekt sauber! Der wundervolle Garten mit tollem Poolbereich und Outdoorküche lasse keine Wünsche offen. Dario konnte uns viele Tipps geben, wo auch in der Nebensaison noch Strände, Restaurants und Läden geöffnet haben. Es war wunderbar!

Tolles Ferienhaus in unmittelbarer Nähe zu den schönsten Stränden
Wir, zwei Familien mit jeweils zwei Kindern, hatten eine wunderschöne Woche im Haus von Dario. Der Garten mit dem Pool ist toll und sehr gepflegt. In der Außenküche macht es Spaß zu kochen und zu grillen. Dario war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns in jeder Hinsicht (Restaurants, Einkauf, Spezialitäten) tolle Empfehlungen gegeben. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Un piccolo paradiso
La Villa è una meraviglia, curata in ogni dettaglio con un giardino che sembra un orto botanico, con la piscina incastonata nel mezzo, con una passerella di accesso e la zona solarium con doccia da relax puro, il tutto anche illuminato di notte. Il patio è incantevole con un tavolo enorme e un pavimento in pietra leccese e una zona barbecue e cucina esterna che noi abbiamo utilizzato spesso e volentieri. Le camere sono ampie e confortevoli così come i bagni curati e di design. La posizione è invidiabile a pochi minuti dal mare e dalle spiagge tra le più belle del Salento. Dario è stato esemplare nel darci tutti i servizi aggiuntivi e alcuni suggerimenti utili per scoprire location uniche. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci. Top!

Fantastic stay at Villa Gina in Salento
The villa is on a hill from which there is a view on the see. It is not far from the see side, however you must reach it with a car. On the see side, there is a lot of Lido. There are sandy beaches. For us the most beautiful was Lido Pineta. In the nearby small city Torre San Giovanni there are many restaurants. The garden surrounding the villa is very well-kept. The grass is green and there are ablot of flowers, trees an butterflies. The pool is clean and also well-kept. The childer (and also adults) loved the pool. The ovners, Dario and Gina were very helpfull. They explained to us where to go, where by local olive oil, cheese and other pruducts. The holidays at villa Gina were fantastic. Thank you very much Dario and Gina.

Un angolo di paradiso
Abbiamo appena trascorso una meravigliosa settimana in questo angolo di paradiso. La casa è uno spettacolo, curata, con ottimo gusto, nei minimi particolari sia all'interno che all'esterno (come da foto). Il giardino e la zona piscina curatissimi e tutto molto pulito. I proprietari Dario e Gina sono persone fantastiche, disponibili, solari, ci hanno accolto in modo famigliare e ci hanno dato informazioni utili per il nostro soggiorno nel Salento.
Tutto ciò che si respira a Villa Gina la rende un posto unico.

Perfect villa with the perfect hosts!
Villa Gina is a special place! A spacious, finely furnished villa, equipped with all comforts and kept in impeccable condition.
The pool is very nice and very clean, like the whole house and the park around. The patio is perfect for barbecues and outdoor dinners, also if the weather should not hold.
The interiors are delightful and spacious and decorated with love to detail.
For us, who were in 6, having several bathrooms available was a nice convenience.
The laundry room is a very welcome and useful add.
The location is excellent, close to the sea and the centers of Torre San Giovanni and Ugento, emersed in the nature and surrounded by greenery to fully enjoy the tranquility of a true vacation. Nearby there are bike paths with different routes for cycling.
The owners Dario and Gina have assisted us in all our needs, and pampered us throughout our stay.
Dario gave us many useful tips to make the most of the surroundings and our stay. Gina, being also a passioned cake designer, prepared a spectacular and delicious cake to celebrate my husband's grandparents' wedding anniversary, the reason for our vacation.
We recommend everyone to stay in this beautiful place. Thanks again Dario and Gina!

Lovely outside space
Lovely villa with great outside space. Living space inside adequate for five but would be a bit tight for eight people. Bedrooms and bathrooms simple but clean and more than adequate.
Dario was super helpful, especially with advising on where to eat and even booking tables for us.

Perfetta...Non esiste un altro aggettivo per definire Villa Gina. Ideale per due famiglie di 4 persone, come nel nostro caso, ci siamo ritrovati in un ambiente perfetto: location, pulizia, allestimenti, assistenza...tutto come vorresti che fosse.
Dario e Gina sono due ospiti fantastici prodighi di attenzioni e di suggerimenti preziosi. Lasciatevi consigliare da loro e non sbaglierete!

Un piccolo angolo di pace, originalità e qualità.
Un piccolo angolo di pace, originalità e qualità: così posso riassumere VILLA GINA, immersa negli ulivi del Salento, vicino al bellissimo mare dai tanti colori...
Veramente molto apprezzata la parte esterna della casa, con la rilassante piscina, accompagnata da una zona conviviale, dove passare serate allegre e spensierate intorno al grande tavolo bianco, circondato da vegetazione colorata e “suggestiva”.
Amante della fotografia, devo dire che ho avuto un bel po’ da fare..,,.
Ogni spazio del giardino si è prestato a scatti bellissimi.
Immagini che riguarderò con la famiglia, ricordando così le sensazioni di pace e armonia che Villa Gina ci ha regalato.
All’interno della villa regna la pulizia assoluta.
Tutto è stato studiato nei minimi particolari per un soggiorno comodo e piacevolmente famigliare.
Famigliare si ! Perché l’atmosfera che ho respirato sapeva di “buono” e di “bello”...

Unvergesslicher Urlaub in Villa Gina
Wir sind mit 8 Erwachsenen und 3 Kleinkindern angereist, daher haben wir uns für die Villa Gina entschieden.
Dort angekommen, durften wir feststellen, dass die Villa noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos ist. Von der Inneneinrichtung, über die Garten- und Poolgestaltung bis hin zur Sauberkeit war alles bis ins Detail perfekt.
Dario und Gina sind zwei wunderbare Gastgeber! Sie nehmen sich Zeit für einen, geben super Tipps (wie z.B. die Grottentour bei Biagio) und kümmern sich um jedes noch so kleines Anliegen. Selbst bei Problemen mit dem Auto, oder Reservierungen in einem Restaurant war Dario eine große Hilfe.
Die Villa ist sehr ruhig gelegen, genau richtig wenn man Privatsphäre braucht und möchte. Man fühlt sich ungestört und stört auch keinen anderen. Trotz der ruhigen Lage, ist man mit dem Auto sehr schnell in Torre San Giovanni und an den schönsten Stränden Salentos.
Villa Gina bietet Groß und Klein alles was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Die großzügige überdachte Terrasse lädt zum gemeinsamen Essen, Trinken und Verweilen ein. Auch die Außenküche ist sehr praktisch.
Der Garten ist traumhaft angelegt und sehr gepflegt. Und das Highlight ist der wunderschöne Pool, der regelmäßig gereinigt wird und für eine gelungene Abkühlung sorgt. Die Liegen und Betten am Pool sind neu und sehr hochwertig. Alles in allem ist Villa Gina perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt, der schöne Stil des Hauses zieht sich durch jedes Zimmer. Die Betten sind bequem und sehr sehr sauber. Auch die zwei Bäder sind sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet und hochwertig. Bis in jedes Detail ist die Villa Gina liebevoll und gepflegt eingerichtet. Die Sauberkeit ist nicht zu übertreffen.
Wir würden diese Villa jederzeit von Herzen empfehlen, wir haben einen tollen Familienurlaub verbracht.
Hiermit nochmals von Herzen Danke an Dario und Gina für die tolle Gastfreundschaft. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt!

Une villa confortable et un jardin exceptionnel à l'image des propriétaires
Nous avons passé une semaine à 10 (4 adultes et 6 enfants) chez Dario et Gina. La maison est très fonctionnelle, moderne et très propre. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la cuisine extérieure . Mais le plus extraordinaire est le jardin. Un paradis de verdure au milieu des champs d'Oliviers surplombé par l'oasis de la piscine, qui a fait le bonheur des enfants.
Une mention spéciale pour nos hôtes: Gina et Dario sont aux petits soins pour leurs locataires et répondent très volontiers à toutes les demandes, en ponctuant le séjour de très belles attentions. Un coup de cœur pour cette maison et un double pour les propriétaires!

Villa Meravigliosa immersa nel verde!
Abbiamo soggiornato presso Villa Gina dal 28 luglio al 12 agosto in 3 coppie con altrettanti bambini e siamo rimasti tutti molto soddisfatti.
Pulizia eccellente, tutto estremamente curato nei particolari e manutenuto in modo impeccabile. L'interno della villa e' molto bello, ma ciò che merita di più è senza dubbio l'esterno, tutto da vivere di giorno e di sera: il patio esterno e' spazioso e molto comodo, e' dotato anche di barbecue e piano cottura, il giardino con piscina sembra un piccolo Eden.
Dario, il proprietario, è estremamente accogliente e disponibile a soddisfare ogni necessità per assicurarti una vacanza indimenticabile. Fidatevi delle sue indicazioni e dei suoi consigli e non ve ne pentirete!

Ci siamo sentiti come a casa, in una struttura unica e prestigiosa.
Villa in posizione perfetta, a pochi minuti dalle spiaggie incredibili di Torre S.Giovanni, con un mare pulitissimo ed acque cristalline.

Magia nel Salento,una villa da sogno!
In questa giornata grigia e di pioggia,ricordiamo con una piacevole malinconia questa vacanza nel Salento.
La casa situata su di una collina a pochi chilometri dal mare,completamente immersa in un meraviglioso paesaggio di ulivi e profumi inebrianti.
Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa villa. I proprietari Dario e Gina,sono persone molto cordiali,gentili e molto disponibili,hanno una cura della loro dimora mai trovata prima,curata nei minimi dettagli e con una pulizia impeccabile,nonostante abituati a soggiornare in case di un certo pregio,ma qui sembra proprio di essere a casa propria,non si andrebbe mai via.
La villa è dotata di ogni confort,barbecue esterno molto comodo,docce esterne con piscina e giardino molto curato,lavanderia esterna comodissima.
Al di fuori della Villa due dolcissimi cagnolini pronti ad accogliere con tante feste ogni nuovo ospite.
Dario e sua moglie sono pronti ad accontentare ogni esigenza,fornendo delle informazioni dettagliate su come muoversi nei dintorni,anche l'ultimo giorno ci hanno spiegato un percorso lungo la litoranea,partendo da Santa Maria di Leuca direzione Otranto,regalandoci dei paesaggi indimenticabili.
Che dire,nonostante abbiamo viaggiato abbastanza, qui ci siamo sentiti a casa,nella nostra bella Italia con persone cordiali,un mare caraibico,cibo eccezionale...cosa volere di più?Solo l'attesa di tornarci presto.Grazie a Dario e Gina da Diego e Caryl

Relax, mare ed eleganza
Meravigliosa location, la casa dispone di ogni confort che si necessita. Elegante e pulita è posizionata in una tranquilla altura dalla quale si puó godere un bellissimo panorama con il meraviglioso mare diTorre San Giovanni.
Dario e Gina ci hanno accolto presentandoci le potenzialità del posto e durante il soggiorno sono sempre stati disponibili nel consigliarci il meglio da fare.
Assolutamente da non perdere. Consigliato!!!

che bel posto
Siamo stati una settimana a casa di Dario e Gina, in due adulti e quattro ragazzi. Abbiamo trovato una casa molto bella, curata, con un giardino bellissimo ed una piscina godibile. La casa internamente è nuovissima, ben arredata e soprattutto c'è molto silenzio, quindi, si dorme benissimo.
Le spiagge sono abbastanza vicine, comode, così come il paesino di Torre San Giovanni dove si trova un po' di tutto.
Abbiamo fatto amicizia con due cagnolini bellissimi ed affettuosi, che vivono nell'uliveto di fronte. ma anche con qualche piccolo geko.
E' un posto dove vale la pena fare una vacanza.

Assolutamente da consigliare.
Abbiamo soggiornato a villa Gina per una settimana, dal 20 al 27 di agosto, e siamo ripartiti pienamente soddisfatti della scelta fatta. La sistemazione si è rivelata davvero confortevole per otto persone e l' accoglienza e l' ospitalità dei proprietari è stata tanto inaspettata quanto squisita. A due passi da una spiaggia meravigliosa, la villa si erge su un piccolo promontorio immerso tra gli ulivi dove pace e tranquillità la fanno da padroni., perfetta per una vacanza di assoluto relax. La piscina permette, poi, di poter godere del clima e del sole anche senza dover andare al mare . La villa dispone di tutti i confort necessari e l' ampio patio esterno munito di un barbecue in muratura consente di pranzare all'aria aperta e , per gli amanti della griglia, di cucinare anche per dieci persone. Il signor Dario e sua moglie sono stati sempre disponibili, senza mai essere invadenti, risolvendo nell'immediato qualsiasi piccola problematica rappresentata. Per finire abbiamo trascorso una piacevolissima vacanza in questa villa che è Assolutamente da consigliare.

Two unforgettable weeks we spent in the beautiful Villa Gina.
The villa is beautifully maintained, clean, spacious and nicely decorated. It lacks absolutely of nothing. The garden is simply enchanting. It offers plenty of space and the excellent positive atmosphere and the guaranteed privacy makes an absolutely relaxing holiday. We enjoyed the wonderful shady spots under the olive trees. The outdoor sink, the barbecue and the two outdoor showers are just gorgeous and were widely used. The pool is “the icing on the cake”. The location of the property is also perfect. Only few minutes' drive from the most beautiful sandy beaches.
The communication in advance with the owner Dario was already very friendly and upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by him and his charming wife Gina. Dario and Gina are very exceptional hosts. There's a lot of passion and heart in their work. This is evident everywhere. We have traveled a lot as a couple and have rarely known such wonderful hosts. From the heart of a huge thank you for your kindness and warmth Dario and Gina. You guys are really great people.
We can recommend the villa and its so wonderful host warmly.

Zauberhafter Ort
Zwei unvergesslich schöne Wochen durften wir in der wunderschönen Villa Gina verbringen.
Die Villa ist wunderbar gepflegt, sauber, grosszügig und schön eingerichtet. Es fehlt an absolut nichts. Der Garten ist einfach zauberhaft. Er bietet viel Platz und das wunderschöne positive Ambiente und die Privatsphäre sorgen für einen absolut erholsamen Urlaub. Die herrlichen Schattenplätze unter den Olivenbäumen haben wir sehr genossen. Die Aussenspüle, der Grillplatz sowie die beiden Aussenduschen sind einfach nur herrlich und wurden rege genutzt. Der Pool ist das Tüpfelchen auf dem i. Die Lage des Grundstücks ist ebenfalls perfekt. Nur wenige Autominuten von den wunderschönsten Sandstränden gelegen.
Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit dem Vermieter Dario war bereits sehr freundlich und auch bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich von ihm und seiner bezaubernden Frau Gina empfangen. Dario und Gina sind sehr aussergewöhnliche Gastgeber. Es steckt sehr viel Leidenschaft und Herz in ihrer Arbeit. Das merkt man überall. Wir sind bereits als Paar sehr viel gereist und haben selten solch wunderbare Gastgeber kennen lernen dürfen. Von Herzen eine riesiges Dankeschön für eure Liebenswürdigkeit und Herzlichkeit Dario und Gina. Ihr seid einfach ganz tolle Menschen.

The house is tastefully furnished and impeccably clean.
The beautifully maintained garden and pool have been an absolut pleasure. The location of the house is excellent, close to wonderful beaches and beautiful towns like Lecce and Maglie.
Dario and his pretty wife have been the most attentive hosts, it has been a very pleasant experience.
