**Additional Details:**
- **Security Sign**: We display a sign near the rear parking lot that reads, "This Area is Under Surveillance." While no cameras are present, the sign is there to deter tampering with guest vehicles.
- **No Cable TV**: Guests can log into streaming services on the Smart TVs with their own accounts.
- **Sleeping Capacity**: Accommodates up to 18 in beds. 20 total
- **Parking**: Off-street parking for up to 4 vehicles.
- **Walkable Area**: Scooter rentals and rideshares are readily available within minutes.
- **Professionally Managed**: Spotlessly clean and fully stocked with essentials like soap, shampoo, dish detergent, laundry supplies, and coffee.

**Rental Policies:**
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Guests are required to sign all Rental Agreements prior to check in. If guests refuse to sign the rental agreement, the cancellation policy will still apply.
KENTUCKY DERBY: All Kentucky Derby week/weekend reservations are non refundable, regardless of whether or not a rental agreement has been signed.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit hold is required for this reservation. This deposit is collected outside of the booking platform. The deposit must be collected at least 3 days prior to check or the reservation may be canceled and the cancellation policy will still apply.
