Room was nasty but the location is amazing.

I loved the location. We weren’t on the boardwalk so it wasn’t super busy out front or loud. The location is extremely peaceful and you can go to the beach at 9:30 am and it’s still not packed or swamped with people. Both mornings we got a front row umbrella to the beautiful ocean and each night we got an extremely peaceful relaxing spot on the balcony. Also - we had neighbors in both rooms next to us and never heard a peep. It was honestly the most unbothered I’ve ever been in a hotel.

There was a lot unfortunately. Now, we did book last minute as our dates had to change but for what we paid for 3 nights, I think it could’ve been better. I don’t necessarily fault the staff, I just think the place is short staffed like everywhere else but the room is in serious need of some upgrades and cleaning. There was mold, everywhere. I mean. EVERYWHERE. Our first night there we spilled water on the bed so we stripped the mattress and planned to call for spare sheets. Upon us stripping the sheets, we found a zip up cloth mattress cover with a spot bigger than my hand, of black mold. It was disgusting. I saw it through the sheet so I am convinced the cleaning people HAD to have noticed it while changing said sheets. It was right at the corner where you tuck the corner next to the bedside table. You’d be blind not to see it. We called & asked for a new mattress cover and went about our day. We got back to our room hours later to housekeeping having been there, both beds made. We pulled up the covers and top sheet to find the cover STILL had the HUGE spot of mold. We called again and housekeeping told us they were told we needed new sheets. But again, it would be IMPOSSIBLE to miss this freaking black mold on white sheets. For that, I do fault the staff. That was ridiculous no one “noticed”, twice. We are next to the ocean so I expect some mold but it was everywhere. In the bathroom, on the walls, inside the lamp shades, on the ceiling in the bathroom, along the seems to the door frames, light switches. EVERYWHERE. I felt surrounded & uncomfortable as my daughter has asthma. The carpets were dirty but honestly, I expected it. Most hotels carpets aren’t cleaned. Only other complaints were they gave us like 10 hand towels and 3 wash cloths when we asked for more towels and wash cloths. I had to call 3 times to get them and even asked the front desk once at breakfast.

Better Next time

I was happy that the reservation desk was able to switch me to a room that actually was able to accommodate the people that were with me

The advertisement was misleading and therefore I had to cut my vacation short one day pay 100 dollars for an upgrade Then to make matters worse I could only stay 2 days because the following day I was not able to receive t the same room

we only stayed 2 nights , disappointed in room location. a room like that should be free

the place was ok but the bathroom floor was very slippery after they had just cleaned our room

we paid for an ocean view but we got stuck on the 1st floor rm 107 sandwiched between the outdoor pool and the elevator and indoor pool noise. There was no view. we couldnt use our balcony because it was right next to the outdoor pool with kids splashing around. coudnt even open up the curtains to let the sunlight in because of the pool. what a waste

Never ever stay again.

The view.

It was dirty. The refrigerator and microwave were in need of replacement. The seal of the refrigerator was nasty dirty. There was a filthy pack and play in the room. The pull out couch was horrible. The bathroom door kept getting stuck. The kids were scared because they couldn’t get out. The elevator sounds like it’s break down at any moment. Both pools were dirty. There were finger nails and blood on the concrete by the towel holders by the inside pool. I would never stay there again and couldn’t wait to get out of there.

Upon trying to get into room we had trouble, the maintenance man had to open our door with a special stick to unlock. I

It was very old, the bathroom in our room had wallpaper that was pealing off. The cabinets in rooms kitchen area were old white painted, very old in appearance. There wasn’t a lobby in our building you had to go up steep steps to enter into building or go around to side of building and travel a zigzag ramp.

Good location. Awesome parking. Great if not spending a lot of time in your room. Close enough to attractions. Walkable.

Clean room but mixed service

The location was convenient to activities. It is slightly off the boardwalk so a bit quieter but still near enough for access. Some of the staff were helpful, but others need to improve their attitude. They acted annoyed to have to do anything.

Staff gave me the worst room in the place, commenting that I booked through a third party. It was by the elevator and was noisy and looked out onto the parking lot. Breakfast was included but the only natural food was some rotten fruit.

Our stay could have been much better had it been for better quality rooms and updated.

The location was easy to get to where we needed to be.

The room was very dated and many parts of the room were broken, cracked or falling a part.

Had a good time. This was a value price and was well worth it.

Recently renovated. Towels and bedding all new. Breakfast was very nice. Area very clean. The indoor pool was nice.

We thought we were oceanfront, but we were in an addition separate from the main hotel. This was not their fault. Booking gave us that information. Next time I will call directly.

Honestly it wasn’t clean the sheets were stained and the bathtubs as well weren’t clean even though we requested it and the lady in charge of setting up the breakfast is the worst she has and attitude and is rude and really not pleasant they need to find someone else because she has no manners and is honestly horrible with her attitude

Could have been more hot food at breakfast. Also the room was okay. Nothing special—kept the fan running in the bathroom a lot of the time just to keep the musty smell at bay. At times we had to wait for the shower to heat up.

Wonderful Stay and Convenient

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The beach was only a block away from the hotel and the beginning of the boardwalk was two blocks away. Also, very quiet.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn't working. The elevator was a little scary from time to time.

Good stay.

The hotel was clean, the grounds were clean. Close to the ocean. We had ocean front. Direct to the ocean.

The breakfast was ridiculous. The food they had was most of the time was empty. The kitchen staff person was rude. When a mother asked her for milk, she yelled I’m only one person. She seemed to be hiding in the kitchen and when she was in the room has no concern with the empty food.

Location was excellent! Inside & outside pool

Multiple buildings. Air conditioner was absolutely filthy. I had to clean it myself as their was such an accumulation of dust/fuss on the outside & inside filter it looked like a dryer vent after you dried towels. Carpet floor turned our feet black. Bathroom curtain smelled like urine with no ventilation and toilet & sink randomly did not have water on & off throughout our stay.

I enjoyed spending time with my family and being on the beach however, I won’t be returning to this establishment.

The location was convenient.

We were there for five days and never saw housekeeping, clean our room, bring more toilet paper or towels or coffee. Nothing. The breakfast was waffles and tougher loaded with sugar. Other options such as eggs and or breakfast meats would have been nice.

Location was the best part .....

The location was VERY good

The elevator never took us to the right floor, the staff was more interested talking to each other than customers, the trolly you use to bring up bags.. legitimately fell apart when we tried to go into the elevator, all our stuff was falling out and the bars came off the trolly, again staff stood there not even 4 feet away didn't even offer to help.
