The place was very clean and location was great. Had a wonderful stay

Good location, grocery right across the street/lot. Nice and quiet besides the occasional neighbor arriving or dog barking. 2nd floor location with stairs made for good view but floors a little creaky.

We stayed for a three days, two nights, and it was truly lovely! One of the cleanest and most well-kept vacation rentals I've ever stayed at. Wallace is a very cute town with tons of stuff to do, perfect for a family vacation, and you can't beat the price! I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a place close to the city but far enough away to feel like you can relax.

Very clean and cool inside. Grocery store across the street very convenient. Easy walk to downtown Wallace.

We met another couple in Wallace to ride the Hiawatha trail. It was a great place to stay - convenient to walk into Wallace and to grocery store. It was clean and well-stocked.

The property felt new inside and was very comfortable. We would stay here again when visiting Wallace. Being close to the grocery store was an advantage too.

My friend and I booked our stay in Wallace so we could bike the Hiawatha Trail. We not only found a gem in this great VRBO rental, we also discovered many wonderful things to do right around Wallace. The rental is in the perfect location for those wanting to enjoy the charm of the town as well as many outdoor activities.
The rental was very clean and comfortable. The owners have done a wonderful job of updating the rental while maintaining its original charm. We enjoyed eating breakfast out on the front balcony or just sitting out there in the evenings. It's a great rental and I would definitely stay here again!

Second floor, so make sure you're OK with stairs. Plenty of room for four.

Very clean and great location! The house is located right by downtown. Can walk to shopping, restaurants, and grocery. The inside is really nicely done. There is a little coffee bar, plenty of seating for four people, nicely stocked kitchen. Bathroom is lovely and cozy. Host was very communicative and quickly answered all questions. Would stay again.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay in this perfectly located VRBO. The place was spotless and it was great to see that the remodel had kept some of the old traces of history past. There is a steep clime up to the apartment but if you take it easy and don’t try to carry too much at a time this wasn’t a big deal. We had a great time with the IGA right in front of us and GREAT restaurants in Wallace.

We walked everywhere in Wallace. Very clean and quiet.
4.7
We stayed here while we rode the Hiawatha Bike Trail. Clean and very accommodating. Walkable to any part of the town.
4.7
Extremely clean with easy access to shops and restaurants. The communication was excellent and responsive. The bed was wonderful and plenty of necessities in the kitchen and bathroom to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The stairs were a little difficult to get up with my luggage.

Everything ended up great.
Upon checking-in the furnace was not working. It was 35° in the house! We informed the host and they quicky responded. After they attempting to get the heat working and failing, they put us up in a hotel a couple blocks away for the night. The next morning they got the furnace working and we went back to the unit for the rest of the week. From then on we were a-OK.
As a others have mentioned, the stairs going up to the unit are VERY steep, it could be issue for those with mobility or balance issues. WiFi was fine for working remote. We would stay again, 100%.

My family comes to Wallace every year for New Year’s Eve and this is the first time we rented a property instead of a hotel room and we will always want to come back here not only was the property very nice inside, but it was right across from the grocery store and a couple blocks walk to downtown Wallace. But even better, when we left our keys there, the host reached out and had them in the mail to us the very next day. So five stars for this place.

Went to Wallace for a romantic weekend. Clean, updated, historic, upstairs flat. Very cold unit. Heaters can’t keep up. Gaps under all 3 exterior doors. Located in town with view of grocery store. Keypad issues; manager responded within 20 minutes. Chose this rental as it listed a hot tub, but no hot tub. We were refunded $50 and listing was corrected. Views looked great on listing but very disappointing upon arrival. Might be a well suited rental in summer weather, you’re right in town, and not spending much time in the house to watch the grocery store.

Very clean, with a wide-open living space and front balcony. Super easy to check in and out. Definitely recommend.

We so enjoyed our stay at this wonderful little townhouse. Very clean with everything one needs to cook their own meals. The owner was so quick to respond to any questions we had in regards to the heater. Just heads up you must have each furnace set at same temp to turn on one in living room area. Also, blankets are kept in storage area of couch.

I would have liked an information sheet about the tv, heating/AC units, outside garbage can info, and check out instructions. We hope we did okay for the owner when we left and hopefullydid not use the neighbors outside can. More wash clothes and a couple more hand towels. Other wise it was a very comfortable and nice place to stay

This place was awesome! Literally in town so all we had to do was walk across the street. It was so cute and totally perfect! Would highly recommend and will definitely be staying there again if and when we get back to Wallace.

The property met my expectations. My friend and I visited Wallace to ride the Hiawatha Trail and the Trail of the Coeur d'Alene. Only challenge was getting the bikes up the stairs. Also never figured out how to work the TV. As we were out most of the time riding or eating it was not a loss. Definitely would recommend the property.
4.7
The property was excellent. It was hard to get in with only a code and no directions once we learned how to get in it was fine. We were here to go biking our suggestion would be to have some way to secure the bikes inside. Other than that this property is excellent.
4.7
Property was located within walking distance to the downtown of Wallace. Enjoyed walking and seeing the sights. Very clean and quaint, blending the history of building with new upgraded renovations. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

You couldn't pick a better location if you want to be central to everything in Wallace, Id. This townhouse is tucked back against the mountainside, making it very quiet and peaceful. If you're hauling a trailer or in a larger vehicle, the parking lot in front has plenty of safe parking space. The place was spotless, great coffee selection, the shower had good water pressure and the beds were comfy. This place is great, and we plan on coming back to stay here!!

We really loved this house for the location, ease of communication and reasonable price. Group of 4 friends coming to Wallace to ride our UTV’s. Safe, clean, quiet neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. This house was a little confusing for me so I’ll explain. The rental is for the upstairs portion. The door to the right accesses the stairway upstairs. The unit is freshly updated, super cute and had everything we needed (except a washer/dryer) ☺️ will definitely be back!

Great updated townhome. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Loved this property and the location!! So cozy! I could live in this one permanently!
4.7
Needed a place for a few nights while our family tackled the Hiawatha Trail. This place is so beautifully decorated. Fully stocked coffee bar was a delight. Fully functional kitchen had everything we needed. Would stay again!
4.7
The advertising led us to believe we had the whole house. Not so, the stairs up are small slick and steep. Probably a building code violation for a rental business. The porch stairs are delapitatated and kinda scary. There was no parking on the premises, had to use public parking lot across the street. The mini split controls were not very intuitive, hard to use. The bed was memory foam, made a big hole under my butt that seemed uncomfortable but I slept pretty wèll anyway.
All said and done, would I stay there again? It might not be my first choice but I'd say absolutely yes. It was clean and tidy and attractive though somewhat spartan. Don't be scared off because it's nice enough, just be informed.

The remodel of the interior of this townhouse was amazing. Everything brand new, very clean and easy to access. Loved the front porch balcony and closeness to restaurants in the downtown. Would stay there again and highly recommend.

This place was clean, had everything we needed- was beautifully remodeled. The porch was great to hang out on. Not far from Hiawatha Trail – which was so enjoyable! Easy access to the Coeur d’Alene trail for biking/walking. We enjoyed the Pulaski hiking trail. There were multiple places to eat just a block or two away – so fun to walk around downtown Wallace! Interesting, quirky, and fun!

Beautifully remodeled and tastefully decorated Vintage flat. Very clean, well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable beds. The only slightly negative was the very attractive living room furniture was very uncomfortable to sit & read or watch TV, other that that everything was was perfect. Property manager was very helpful with quick responses to my questions.

This quaint upstairs unit has been nicely remodeled and is very spacious. You can walk to any downtown destination and is only one block from the grocery store. Jayme the host was especially responsive when the door code didn't work for us the first time.
Thank you Jayme - this was great for us!

Our family of 5 fit very nicely into this clean and cozy space. The inside is completely re-done and updated.
Cozy - not tight fitting! It was nice to have a space where we did not feel on top of each other. The owner was super easy to communicate with and even provided a crockpot when I asked. I also appreciated that it was stocked with REAL and plentiful cookware! Pots, pans, bowls and baking utensils.
Location is right downtown - making everywhere walkable.
We all enjoyed this Wallace property!

We had a delightful 5 days in this property, skiing at Lookout Pass and enjoying the ambiance of charming Wallace. Immediately upon entry, we were smiling: it was so warm and the fireplace was on; we felt welcomed and comfortable. The Coffee Bar is a lovely addition. We had 4 adults with 4 different hot beverage preferences--each was able to indulge his/her preference, from hot chocolate, to herbal tea to steaming hot coffee! The property appears to be fairly new to the rental market--it appeared newly updated, fresh and clean. In order for it to be truly comfortable for a ski vacay, there needs to be MANY more hooks, hangers, and pegs. We came home from skiing one day encased in ice and needed to hang every piece of our ski gear up for de-icing and drying. The lack of hanging implements made this a challenge. However, our contact/property owner (Jaymie?) was extremely responsive to our every need and promised that he would rectify the situation before our next visit. If you are older (we are, but are very fit adventurists), you may not want to climb the stairs that are required to access this property several times a day :o ! We would also recommend "fluffier" bedding. After a day on the slopes, it's really nice to curl up under a nice fluffy comforter. We enjoyed our stay, as did our guests, and we will most likely rent this property again for our soirees to the Silver Valley. Thank you for a great week!

GREAT Rental ! Clean, updated, fresh and welcoming. Kitchen was stocked well, as was the bathroom. The windows throughout the house let in beautiful natural light which made the rental feel open and bright. Not one complaint to share. We give this house 5 Stars!

This house is at a perfect location for a getaway to Wallace and Silver Mountain! My family loved it. The host was very responsive and everything from check in to check out was perfect.

Very clean place and Jayme is very responsive. Loved the coffee bar. When we got ready to leave our battery was dead and very kind neighbor named Dallas came to our rescue. Jayme was great and let us stay over checkout time while we sorted that out.
