Services provided by the staff and management was good beyond expectation as they try their best to accommodate to guest

Everything was well maintained. Not too crowded with too many rooms. Just nice for family leisure.

They don't provide free water for drinking as everything about drinks you need to purchase on board. Food wise, i think the dinner choices would be better to maintain as buffet style as the course meal taste moderately only.

The perfect way to explore Ha Long Bay with experienced, kind, and compassionate staff.

The care, compassion and dedication provided by Tommy and his staff was outstanding. We couldn’t have asked for a better team of staff during our stay. We booked a junior suite for 2 nights and the facilities were very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend staying 2 nights as it allowed us to settle into the trip. The food served throughout the trip was exceptional.

Felt really well looked after and enjoyed everything

Very stylish boat, nicely decorated Good food and activities were very well planned - we were able to stop off at a large cave, kayaked and went to an island with a viewing platform which gave a great view of the bay. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and made the stay even better.

Ha long bay is a beautiful location but Hermes and the crew have made this a memory to keep forever.

The ship was first class without being pretentious. The food and staff were unbelievable and with it being quite a small cruise ship then the personal attention was always there. Highly recommend.

Incredible experience that we’ll never forget!

Amazing staff who were fun and helpful! Food was amazing with lots of variety. We loved the excursions, especially kayaking at Lan Ha Bay. If you have time, we highly recommend 2 nights/3 days.

Amazing trip

The staffs are friendly and the room we got really nice and well maintained. We got a shuttle bus from Hanoi to Halong. The driver and staffs tried their best to pick up us even the ally too small for their car. Food were delicious and the activities were enjoyable. I will comeback here🥰

- Außergewöhnlich freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal (vor allem der Cruise Manager Tommy, der uns einen perfekte Anschlussreise nach und innerhalb von Cat Ba organisiert hat, und Hung, der keine Chance ausgelassen hat, um schöne Erinnerungsfotos von einem zu machen) - dies ist der Grund für die 10 Punkte Bewertung - Außergewöhnlich gutes Essen; allerdings "westliches" Dinner (z.B. Pilzsuppe und Ceasar Salad) - Atemberaubender Ausblick - Insgesamt eine wunderschöne und absolut empfehlenswerte Erfahrung

- Keine Getränke auf den Zimmern und überteuerte Preise auf dem Schiff - Sauberkeitsstandard für den Preis ausbaufähig (z.B. wegen etwas Schimmel an den Baddichtungen und nicht-funktionierenden Duschkopf an der Badewanne

Amazing 1 night stay on Hermes Cruise

The room was very clean and all the facilities were generally very good. We also appreciated the professional and attentive staff and were very pleasantly surprised by the upgrade to the royal suite. Special mention for the little note and flower left on the door before turn down.

The first lunch had limited options for a vegetarian but everything was still tasty.

Amazing Stay

Amazing stay. Totally worth it. The staff is very helpful. Tommy and Lam were very accommodating of our requests for food, very polite. Would definitely recommend this luxury cruise stay if you are planning your trip to Ha Long Bay 😁

There could be little bit more variety in food but overall the food is good.

Great cruise if you are going to Halong Bay

It was a wonderful trip. The beds were very comfortable, the boat was pretty new, the staff were joyful although only 2 of the crew spoke English.

Our heavenly Hermes Cruises experience

The majesty and tranquility of Ha Long Bay was equally matched by the absolutely amazing service we received by Tommy (Tam) and the Hermes Cruises team. Lam and Hoi were awesome tour guides and were both entertaining and knowledgeable. We loved every single second of our 3 day 2 night cruise and can not wait to bring our entire family with us ❤️

Not staying for a whole week. The coffee cups could be bigger.

Hermes Cruises was a really good experience! We stayed for 2 days and the food was delicious, our itinerary was full of activities, and the view of the bay was beautiful. Tommy helped us a lot during our stay and our guide mr. Lam was the best. If we come back in the future, I will for sure choose again Hermes Cruises.

The boat was great and so was the service. Special mention to Tommy who was very friendly and supported us during the stay. It is worth to take the three day option as the second day activities are the best!

I wish non-alcoholic drink would be included in the price as it came across as an all inclusive cruise, but only basic water is.

Overall, was good experience.

The cruise was somewhere kinda new cruise, so it was really good. The room was great and clean. The food was great, very tasty and few different options for vegetarians. I am lactose intolerant and they organised a dinner that didn't have any dairy. Thank you for that. Technically it was 24 hours trip, the tour was a kinda little bit too busy but no a big deal. The provided a welcome drink which was actually very refreshing. As you walk into the cruise they also provide you a wet warm hand towel. Buffet lunch and then check in to your room. Follow with the activity, then dinner. Dinner was great. Overall was good. The shuttle bus from Hanoi was sooo fancy, the driver drive very carefully. Thanks Driver.

First of all, the pearl stop was unnecessary. I don't think anyone was actually buying anything however I can understand why we have to stop there. The food, I was expecting more traditional Vietnamese food rather than Western food. I get that, some of us might not like them but that's the point of having the F&B manager, and maybe on the booking, they should have the option of what cuisine we want (western or Vietnamese). The drinks, it was expensive even during happy hours. The cocktails were kinda tasteless, I couldn't taste the alcohol. Not sure if this was one of those thing to make you buy more drinks. The F&B staff, please do not expect they can understand you at all times. It was a little bit difficult to communicate but we always get there in the end. The tour guide, they have a tour guide on board that takes you kayaking, the island has a beach and visit a cave. But the tour guide kinda left us alone and do whatever we do. I was expecting he was going to explain what, who, where and etc about things as you would expect to get from the tour guide. I can understand it was maybe more than 30 of us, maybe there is something that can be improved around this. The Thai Chi got cancelled due to the weather, not sure where they got the weather forecast from but the fact that that morning was fine and no wind at all. Little bit disappointed. Trust me these are just a small things that need some attention and improvement. The trip was still worth it.

Excellent Cruise ideal for spicing up the holiday.

Everything was excellent. Chef & Captain took extra efforts to provide vegetarian meals for us. The sightseeing arrangements were superb. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and this cruise stay was one of the highlights of our Vietnam trip.

A Little more group activity on the cruise with games , music and group dance involving all residents of the cruise would have made it more lively. Basically after dinner there was no activity on the deck and party atmosphere was lacking.

Amazing experience in Hermes Cruise

I loved the staff, food and ship facilities! Mr. Tommy/Lam/Jack and the rest of the team were really fun and set a nice tone/energy throughout the trip. The room was clean.

Ti Top Island was too crowded. Hoping there would be a good spot to swim in another island.
