Perfect location for my first visit to Missoula. Close enough to downtown to walk or short ride share. Access to the River was also easy. The unit itself is well kept, quiet, equipped with useful home furnishings. The 2 bed + 2 bath layout was great for me and a buddy who were staying in town to go to a concert and fly fish for a few days. The exterior deck is a nice touch and a great spot to relax and enjoy the quaint neighborhood. I'll be back.

We spent 4 nights at this cute rental in Missoula. It was perfect for my family of 3 and our dog. The rental was very clean and bright. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated that there were 2 bathrooms. The location was a short drive to downtown and within walking distance to nice walking trails.

Our family of 4 (children ages 8 and 11) stayed at this property. It was PERFECT! Location could not be beat. Walking distance or a short drive from all the best restaurants and locations. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. The bed rooms were perfect for my two girls to share the pull out bed. We would absolutely stay here the next time we’re in Missoula.

Very open, loved all the sunlight coming thru the windows. Nice and quiet area. Really liked that it has it's own designated parking space. If it is open would stay again.

This is one of the best properties that we have stayed at. Perfect size for us, one adult kid and our dog. It doesn't have any great views, but it's tucked back into a really neat neighborhood (Riverfront Neighborhood), on a quiet alleyway, with a short walk to get to the Riverfront Trail system. Great location within walking distance of downtown and campus, and a short drive to anything you need while staying there, like Starbucks, grocery stores and restaurants (that aren't in the downtown area). We would love to stay again if it's available on our next visit to Missoula.

Property was well appointed and good location for the activities I had planned for my stay in Missoula. Just a quick note that property is in an alley so no views but there is a nice deck to sit and enjoy the quiet neighborhood.

The stay was excellent. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils. Got to see the fireworks from the lanai deck. One comment, we (my, husband, me and my sister) fit into the sleeping arrangements just fine. We had the master and my sister used the pullout sofa in the office . She had to leave the door open bc once the bed is out you couldn't open or close the door. We are in our 60s and value our privacy.

The location was perfect! Walkable to downtown in just 15-20 minutes. The inside was clean, and had plenty of space. I would definitely book again if in Missoula. The property manager Amy was also very kind and allowed an early check in and late check out. She was very responsive even on the weekend. 10/10 experience!!

Great rental. We stayed here while visiting a family member in the hospital at St. Pats. It’s a 4min drive to the hospital (also easily walkable to the hospital and downtown/University area). It was quiet at night for sound sleepin and very comfortable. Dedicated parking and close to river walking trails. Highly recommend for an easy and convenient landing pad in Missoula.

Great little unit in a good location for exploring Missoula's downtown or branching out from there. Apartment is new, well stocked, and exactly as advertised. Our only issue was when we arrived back one night ~11pm and couldn't get into the apartment. Electronic door lock reported the deadbolt was stuck. While the property manager was responsive, the tech lived 30 minutes away in another town. In the end, we were locked out until nearly midnight. Not a big problem for me and my family, but would probably be very disconcerting to anyone traveling alone. When the same problem happened the next night, I ended up being the one to diagnose the issue (swollen door/frame due to hot weather prevented the deadbolt from moving). It's a good unit to rent, but probably prudent to confirm they've fixed the swollen door/lockout issue (or have a tech who lives in Missoula rather than Frenchtown).

Light, cheerful and private garage top alley apartment with a fantastic location on 3rd! The great layout was convenient and had everything we needed. My dog and I enjoyed the trails and riverfront park on bike and foot that are super close by. Easy check-in - just be sure to touch the screen button to light up the digital key pad for entry. Hosts friendly and responsive :)

We arrived late off of our flight and we could not get into property. They gave us a code for the deadbolt but the bottom handle lock was locked and needed a key to access. Contacted property manager and they said there was nothing they could do that night and we should check into a hotel. We had to find a hotel at midnight in a strange town and management company would not reimburse.
I have reached out to them as well as VRBO and neither will make it right by reimbursing at least part of the hotel cost. I requested discussion with supervisors and received no response. Bad start to a vacation to be left stranded. Beware they have no 24 hour maintenance support for issues after hours.

My partner and I absolutely loved staying here. We were very comfortable and felt at home. We stayed here for a few weeks working remotely and had no problems with the internet or carving out our own workspaces. Above all, the location was perfect. We were walking distance to the riverfront trail, downtown, the hip strip, a grocery store, and a few minute's drive to the Good Food Store and a great gym. We love to walk around and explore new places; this rental provided that for us. I would definitely stay here again.
