We came to SLC for a concert and this home was very cozy and in a great neighborhood. The house is equipped with everything you need for your stay and the backyard is both relaxing and fun. We loved our stay and would definitely choose this property again if we ever make it back to Utah.

This was the perfect house for our family. Our boys had enough space to spread out but the bedrooms were close enough so the little one wasn’t nervous in a new place at night. The family room downstairs was a a great place to hang out with everyone at the end of the day and the backyard was beautiful and inviting. Our dogs enjoyed the doggy door and access to the outdoors at will. Sugarhouse Park was within walking distance and shops and dining options were just down the road.

Mary's Place was decorated very well and had everything and more that you could need. We loved how dog friendly it was with the dog door and beautiful large backyard.

Very thoughtfully furnished and well equipped house. I loved the very firm bed in the back bedroom, some may not. Kitchen is awesome, everything you need. Weather didn't cooperate to enjoy the backyard, but once again so well designed and with great layout. Only one change I would make in the house...the living room "drop" light (middle of room) is way too low. Hit my head twice. If your under 5' 8" or so no problem. Im 6'2"
Lastly, buying an espresso machine fir myself!

What a fantastic cottage! This is exceptional property shows well and offers lovely details. The yard was perfect for relaxing, and with the quiet and safe neighborhood this was the ideal escape for two. Good proximity to everything around SLC.

Excellent stay, property was darling and clean. Good access to roads for the ski areas (~35-45 mins) to Park City or the Cottonwood Canyons. Kitchen was stocked with the day to day essentials, oil, butter, coffee and spices. My family will definitely stay here again on a Salt Lake trip.

This super cute, lovingly restored, 1930s bungalow was in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the canyons for skiing. It was also close to a grocery store and a few good restaurants. What really stood out was how well equipped the home was. It felt like the host must be an uncommonly kind person. Thoughtful touches were everywhere. The kitchen was fully equipped with a selection of cast iron pans, all the useful cooking utensils, a stand mixer, spices, olive oil, coffee, etc. For the drinkers in the group there were traditional wine glasses, Italian wine glasses, grappa glasses, and even beer mugs in the freezer. We are a couple of professional chefs and were delighted with how easy it was to host a family dinner party here. The beds were very comfortable and had reading lamps and many pillows to choose from. We found a selection of current novels and backyard games. There were cozy blankets on the couches. There was a variety of good quality bathroom products and soap for the laundry. I don't think the host has "good enough" in their vocabulary.

This charming home located in the sugar house area was just perfect for my husband, myself and our small pup. The kitchen is well stocked , had everything we needed to cook our meals with grocery stores close by. Our bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get up. The back yard is adorable with lights, a bar, gas propane heater, grill, would be a fun time had it not been winter! We came to ski, all the ski areas were close by with bus service available to the mountains. The property manager communicated with us on a regular basis, assessing our needs. Should we return to SLC in the future, we would stay here again, it was just perfect for our needs.

Stayed for one week when visiting our two adult kids both newly living in SLC. This home served as great place to hang out. Enjoyed playing corn hole and fire pit in the backyard. Large table and great lighting allowed us to enjoy outdoor meals. And kitchen very meal prep friendly. Very dog friendly as well. Great neighborhood and easy to get to the mountains or to other sights. Highly recommend for two couples or family.

The owner is very nice with great communication. The house is in a cute neighborhood great for taking a family walk. The restaurants are a bit far for families with small children to walk to but we had no trouble finding parking. They left us delicious cookies for our stay which was a nice touch. The inside is nice but wasn't as clean as we would prefer. The backyard is the winner of this house and where we spent the majority of our time. Overall a great stay!

My wife, 2 dogs & I stayed here for 5 days while we got our daughter moved into Westminster U, just down the road. Suzy was a great host & the house/property were just perfect with a beautiful and fenced in back yard. It was a very cozy house, in a very safe/clean neighborhood & walking distance to great food, coffee shops, shopping & SugarHouse Park which our dogs just loved. We could't have asked for a better place to stay! We'd love to come back!

This home was perfect for our family for a long weekend. Our 3 year old loved the backyard and game collection, and it was so convenient to have pack and play and high chair on hand for our 6 month old. Great location on a cute street, walking distance to Sugar House park. We always appreciate when you can tell a rental is someone’s actual home and this one was full of wonderful touches and useful supplies.

This historic gem is on a lovely quiet street close to Sugarhouse and the mountains. Wonderfully appointed with everything we needed for our stay.

Very clean , comfortable rental home. Walking distance to Sugar House park.clean neighborhood. Great fully fenced back yard with a dog door for our dog, which was helpful. There was no fan above the stove, which we thought was odd, although just opening a few kitchen windows sufficed. Overall, very well stocked, just bring your groceries, comfortable, cozy and private. The home which was built in 1904, reminded us of our home which was built in 1948. No issues with hot water or heat. We would rent this home again!

The house is excellent for what it is, that is to say an older home in an older neighborhood. Small rooms but so much better than a hotel! The neighborhood is great for walks everyone we encountered was very friendly and the backyard area of this home is amazing. Our family (mom, dad, 5 yo, 4 yo, 1 yo, one grandparent, and golden retriever) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only problem that we had was someone rifled through our car on the last night but that can be chalked up to me being a country bumpkin and forgetting that I was in a city and needed to lock the car. They got 12 bucks in cash and left everything else so I will delude myself with a vision that it was someone who needed it and actually feel good about the whole thing. But seriously it’s a nice place to stay convenient to most things in slc.
