Lots of stairs: 3 stories, WD on garage levels with entry door but no key offered, kitchen living area 2nd floor with deck directly across from neighbors, bedrooms on 3rd level. Near 24 hour gas station, not for a light sleeper. No Key offered upon check in, only entry thru garage which has ring motion camera.

Probably one of the best VRBO’s we have ever stayed at, and we absolutely will be back when we’re in Salt Lake again. Was in town for an athletic event at the nearby convention center. It was a perfect location. It’s just outside of downtown, a little bit away from the very busy city and very relaxing….but close enough to get downtown very quickly. For us each uber ride we took downtown was about $10 one way which was way cheaper than driving and parking downtown, so we ended up using uber for the most part. Access to the property was very easy. You access through the garage with a code the property manager provides the day of your arrival, and then there’s a garage controller and set of front door keys on the kitchen counter. You have your own private garage, and it was big enough to fit our jeep gladiator and a smaller car next to it in the garage. If you have a very tall/ raised vehicle you might have issues with the garage, but our gladiator is slightly raised and still fit with ease. We got a wonderful night’s rest each day or our stay. Beautiful property with everything you could possibly need away from home, dishes, paper towels, toilet paper, tissue paper, laundry & dishwashing supplies, garbage bags, ziploc bags, tupperware, nice cookware, cotton rounds, cotton balls, & cutips. The property even had coffee, multiple coffee making machines, some spices and cooking oil. Not enough room here to say all the wonderful things about this property!

We had a wonderful time visiting salt lake and skiing at the surrounding resorts.
The condo was fully stocked and the beds were comfortable.
You are in walking distance to many coffee shops and restaurants.
The location makes it easy to drive to any ski resort.
We plan on visiting again next year !

Amazing apartment. Easy to access to everything and it had everything we needed for making a pre Thanksgiving dinner with our daughter. Great recommendation for restaurants. We will visit again for sure as we will be making many trips to SLC

This property is perfect for exploring around Salt Lake City. Easy access to downtown and the airport. Walking distance to several coffee shops, bakeries, and great restaurants. Convenient access to the interstate to get to Provo, Park City, the Great Salt Lake, or any of the other beautiful places to go. Highly recommend.

The Central City location was great and convenient. We were there to visit with our son at the University for Parents Weekend and ended up driving all over SLC. Having a garage to park in was an added bonus
The place was very clean and well decorated and I liked the real plants and orchid. The Host provided lots is info on restaurants and places to go.

Property is very nice but 2 items make it go 4 stars.
1. Lack of. Communication. Asked about restaurants suggestions 10 days ago, received it the day of arrival.
2. Biggest drawback traveling with my mother who can do stairs but prefers not to. 13 stairs between each level. No pictures of the stairs
Otherwise it pristine. Like a brand new townhouse.

This is a great condo! Location is wonderful - tons of shops, restaurants, etc. walking distance, close to downtown, close to the airport, close to everything! The house is clean, well stocked and the owner/property manager was very helpful and quick to respond. I would definitely recommend staying at this property!

We couldn’t ask for a better situation, everything was perfect!! Very well kept, cozy, and clean. Hosts went extra with lists of everything in the area as far as recreation and best places to dine. We will definitely be customers in the future.

Easy walk to Liberty Park. Cute little shops. Lots of stairs in this townhouse so be aware of this if you book. Super clean. 2 car garage was the reason we booked this place.

Property was clean and spacious. Lots of room. I stayed myself but could easily accomidate a larger group. Easy check in and loved having the garage access. Good loction close to University of Utah (visting my son) and restruants.

This was a cute place and only a quick drive from the airport. We loved being able to walk to a coffee shop each morning. There’s several great restaurants within walking distance as well. We also enjoyed waking around Liberty Park in the morning before we headed out for the day’s adventures. Great overall experience!

Great location for all the nightlife and sweet treats all around you! The place itself is perfect for a weekend getaway with a nice living room to hangout at and a small balcony for an “outside escape”.

My husband and I stayed at this property for 5 nights. Place was clean and the property owner was very good with communication with any questions I had. The condo is very close to all things and about 3.5 hrs to Arches National Park. We will definitely be staying here again if we come back to SLC.

Perfect Girls Getaway
Very clean and comfy condo. It slept 3 of us comfortably and we appreciated the garage parking for convenience and safety. great location too - we were able to walk to some fun places or it was a short drive to other neighborhoods. Great stay!

Nice place to stay
A very nice and clean place to stay. It has 3 levels so there are stairs. If you can’t do a lot of stairs than maybe this is not the place for you. Also the garage has a very low roof and an SUV, van or truck will not fit. I had a Yukon and the ceiling height would not allow it to fit in the garage. I had to park one block away. It’s a very nice place to stay but not being able to park in the garage and my knees didn’t like the stairs, because I am older.

Our Two Weeks in SLC
The townhouse was clean and bright, open and airy, well organized and very dog friendly. The private garage was a plus. Also, lots of walking areas, easy access to Smiths Grocery Market and a few blocks from Liberty Park, a large exercise area for all ages and pets, which we walked everyday. The have an Aviary also. We have passed on our information to family and friends, and we look forward to another stay in the future. PS: We really are in shape with all the exercise going from floor to floor. Lucy our Soft Coated Wheaten did too. She thought it was a game:). Thank you! Laurel and Charlie

Great modern townhouse with garage parking. Well stocked and clean. Comfy beds with good linens and no aggressive smells on linens. Beware that there are two very steep staircases to navigate with suitcases and/or elderly.
