My kids enjoyed the arcade the most. We did not use the pool but once as it was extremely warm to be refreshing but the property was beautiful and the staff was kind. It was easy to pass on the timeshare shpeal. The description should be updated to include that the daily resort fee is now $7 and the hold on your card is $250. My listing had those numbers at $6/$100. The only thing to note is that this unit was on the second floor and you can definitely hear people walking above you. And quiet time doesn't start until 11 pm. The first 3 nights we had a family with 4 children that ran around all evening. We were gone alot and made it work but if that is something you are sensitive to you may want to consider that when booking this unit. We had a great time and would stay here again.

We loved this location! We were only 8-12 mins from all the attractions. The condo was very spacious and I loved having a full kitchen and washer and dryer. Check-in was easy, I was worried about this resort being a timeshare but after politely declining to give our phone number at check-in we were not asked or bother from any staff. We gave them an old email as our contact at check-in. We had an issue with our wrist keys and the staff was great in helping us get new ones and checking to make sure our door lock worked with new ones. The condo was a great size! Master bedroom and living room was large. Kitchen came fully equipped. My kids loved the arcade (which is on free mode/no quarters) and putt putt. We rented DVDs for the front desk. The multiple pools were great and the towels provided were actually very nice. We didn't have anything planned for two days of our trip and there was plenty of things for my family to do on site and included. The $7 activity fee was worth it. The location is also centrally located to all the shopping and restaurants. There is also a great public park "Kidburg" super close and large for free play. I would definitely stay here again especially for families wanting some space and activities.

A great condo- we got one of the recently renovated models. Nice kitchen and appreciated having laundry in unit. It smelled like cooked sausage our whole trip because whoever was there the week before us must have cooked it morning, noon and night. We deodorized and opened the balcony sliding doors to air it out in the mornings. We also went through and Clorox wiped everything down because there were dirty fingerprints on doors and switches. Parking can be difficult near the unit but there are backup spaces near the pool if you don’t get back to your unit early enough in the night to get one by your unit. They do try to get you into RCI timeshare but you can just kindly but adamantly decline, there is a $250 incidental hold on your card for your stay and a $7 per day resort amenities fee at check in fyi. The condo and location were great for our needs! The price we paid felt very fair for the condo and available amenities.

Quick getaway for the kids after graduation,

We were in town for W&M commencement. Josh's condo was a perfect place to base from during the busy weekend.
Given the exorbitant costs of hotels in the Williamsburg area, the condo was a good alternative and good value.

Location was extremely convenient to all the Historic Triangle attractions as well as shops and restaurants. Unit was clean and spacious, although the bathrooms were very small. The resort amenities were nice. We did not enjoy the timeshare presentation offers on check in and how they tried to trick us into going, but we expected it with this type of property. After the initial check in we had no other issues with that. Loved having the kitchen, washer/dryer and extra living space of these type of units and would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights with our 5 and 7 year old children. Lots of space and privacy for all, very close to all attractions, and the resort is super fun! The property manager was easy to work with, and he helped us out when we had to postpone due to Covid.

Dated furniture and kitchen was not clean but overall still satisfied.

Loved the free activities included with staying at this resort. Free arcade, mini golf, multiple pools, tennis courts, fire pit with smore kits provided, etc. were a blast.
The room could have been a little cleaner when we got there. Scraps of food were on the floor near the balcony door and on the balcony itself. Just a small amount that we swept up ourselves.
Bedrooms were clean and beds were comfy. All appliances worked well but were a little loud. Definitely weren't washing or drying clothes overnight as they were in the master bedroom and would have prevented sleep.
Overall, the pros far outweighed the cons and my family and I had a blast

We very much enjoyed our stay at the property. It was very clean and very close to the attractions!! My family enjoyed our time away. The only comment is that the dishwasher was leaking when it’ll was turned on. We had to lay down paper towels to soak up the dripping water. Other than that the place was great! Thank you!

Very good property and location. Only downside this year was that the Tavern was closed and unavailable. Parking at night is almost non-existent except for spaces that are a good walk from the room.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Wyndam Kingsgate. The perfect location as it was close to all of the attractions - Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens and more. Everything was comfortable and in working order - check-in process could not have been easier.

Staff couldn’t have been friendlier!!! Everyone was nice , helpful, and polite!!!
