About this villa rental

THE SPACE!
6,500 sq. feet of living space on 3 levels!
Large tables and ample seating for all your activities. Main Floor features a fire place in the living room which opens into a kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is WELL STOCKED with all of your cooking needs - all you need to bring is the food! There is a gas grill on the back patio & fire pit in the yard (some firewood will be provided with the option to purchase more). Multiple outdoor and indoor seating areas provide privacy for those who want it and plenty of space for groups to gather.
Enjoy floating in the 25’ x 50’ ft. In-ground pool complete with its own pavilion and outdoor bathroom. Open May 19 and closes September 30. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK! The pool is 12’ at the deep end and 4’-5’ at the shallow end. Additional cost to heat the pool is $750.

Guest access
Guests are able to access the home through a keyless entry system. Host and house manager are available via cell.

Other things to note:

We do require a list of names and ages of all guests.

We do not allow weddings/receptions to be held at Paradise.

The property manager lives on the same private drive and will complete daily maintenance as needed. He will also be available for any needs you have to make your stay comfortable.

Ample common space for family activities, games, quilting, scrapbooking, and more.
We provide; , recreation room with plenty of games and activities, 2 TV's, soaker tub, heated pool, private country setting, walking trails, outdoor fire pit, full size basketball court, volleyball court and softball field (all equipment is provided!)

House Rules
- Quiet hours are between 11 PM - 7 AM.
- We require a list of names and ages of all guests 1 week prior to check-in
- Do not use any of our neighbors' property during your stay. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
- No parties or large events
- No smoking anywhere on the premise
- No pets allowed
- No additional or unregistered guests allowed.
- No illegal, dangerous, or non-family oriented activities or items are permitted including, but not limited to, underage drinking, illegal narcotics, strippers, kegs, deep fryers, fireworks, other flammable items, etc.
- Please keep the garage door closed at all times.
- Make sure to turn off the lights and any electronics when you leave the house.
- Please keep doors locked when you are not home
- Please keep doors and windows closed when not in use to prevent letting bugs inside
- Please respect check-in and check-out times, as well as the check-out process.
-Excessive cleaning (if required)is billed at $50/hr. Repairs due to damages are $50/hour. If anything becomes ruined or missing, you will be charged accordingly. Notification is given prior to any deductions from your security deposit on file.
- We have a locked owner's closet in the home. This room is not for guest purposes and should be respected as the owner's personal space.
-No commercial or retail entities or third-party service providers (e.g., catering companies, DJ’s, VJ’s, rental equipment companies, etc.).

Paradise Manor was a perfect spot for our annual family vacation! Grandparents, parents and children all enjoyed this beautiful vacation rental. The home was spacious, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The property had so much to do for all! I would highly recommend to everyone!!

This property was exactly as pictured and felt even larger in person. So many different gathering areas both inside and out. The pool, tennis court, badminton, basketball hoop, swings, jungle gym, kiddie rides and bouncy house and slide provided a great variety for kids and adults. The house is tastefully furnished, bedding very comfortable, kitchen so well equipped, there was nothing we needed that wasnt provided. The property manager, JT was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond. The owner, Nathan was also great in responding to all communications. One of the best properties in which we have spent our family vacations. You will not be disappointed in this property.

Paradise Manor is a spacious home allowing for quality time together in a variety of spaces, but also is big enough to allow for places to decompress! The bedrooms are spacious, the well equipped kitchen was a good size for making meals for our group of 20. The grounds are massive and allow for playing and exploring. The pool is very large and there is a wonderful gazebo which allows for getting out of the sun. The addition of the fence around the pool was a nice surprise. We went out in to the community and enjoyed much of Geauga County. There was not time to do it all! The property manager was very responsive to our questions and made sure we had everything we needed!

We rented the Cheerful Family Manor for my daughter’s Cleveland wedding at the last-minute. This rental DID NOT disappoint! There was more than enough room for 13 family members to have their own bedroom (with bathroom), space to spread out, and a beautiful outdoor space (with walking trails) to enjoy. We were very fortunate to have beautiful weather, enabling us to lounge in the large heated pool and jacuzzi. Whenever we had a question, the house manager was only a phone call away to answer our questions (which included locating a forgotten pair of hiking shoes and sending them to us (at no charge!)) Everyone who stayed at the home thanked me profusely for renting this home. In fact we discussed renting the home again for a future family reunion (once my daughter and nieces begin having children). I highly recommend renting this home when searching for a large, accommodating space in the greater Cleveland area.

The house was perfect for our extended family of about 17. There were two long tables so we could all eat together. A double oven, two refrigerators, and a pantry filled withevery pot, pan, utensil you might need. We had inquired about a crockpot and the manager brought over a new one still in the box. Our stay was near Christmas and we appreciated the lovely Christmas tree in the living room and the gift of chocolate. We enjoyed visiting together, playing games, the hot tub. The house is located in a very rural area. The weather was very wet and cold so .we were not able to make use of the grounds, so it would have been nice if there had been some indoor activiy nearby.

Paradise Manor worked out so well for our yearly Friendsgiving. We had a wonderful weekend with our group - ranging in ages from 10 months old to 40 years. The house had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group. Two giant dining tables for eating all together and activities for the kiddos. We played outside even thought it was a bit chilly, but there was lots of room to run around. Check in was easy and the Property Manager stopped by and helped us get the air hockey table running. Check out instructions were reasonable. There were plenty of trash bags and other supplies for our weekend.

Several strong points to this house: several gathering areas (main family room, sunroom, cabana, and basement rec room), plenty of space for dining (several large tables), ginormous lawn, and finally a huge pool. This was a great combination for our family reunion!

Paradise Manor was perfect for our group of 22. The dining table was large enough for all of us. The family room was perfect for movie watching, plenty of seating. The pool was amazing and enjoyed by all of us. The property is huge and very private. We enjoyed the walking trails, basketball court and volleyball court. There were rabbits out in the yard everyday. Separate AC units in bedrooms allowed everyone to adjust the temp to their liking. We would definitely recommend this property for large groups.

This was one of the best vacations we have ever had. The kids are absolutely in love with the pool (we paid the extra to have it heated and was totally worth it) and enjoyed the immensity of the grounds and all the things to do. Check in and out were so simple and owners were in contact any time we needed anything, even to bring a few surprises for the kids. I highly recommend!

Paradise Manor was a perfect getaway! Nathan made sure we had everything we needed for our stay, all we had to worry about was our food and drinks. The house had something to do for everyone. The place was very clean and beautifully decorated. Everyone had such a great time they didn’t want to leave. We can’t wait to come back! 5 stars all the way!!

If your family enjoys gathering around a large table and enjoying each others company, this is the place for you. We had some rainy weather, but it didn’t dampen our spirits at all. The dairy farm down the road was an unexpected perk.

Paradise Manor is fabulous!! Each year a group of 15 colleagues get together for a social gathering, and we have found our new spot for continuing years. The house had everything we needed and more, from the bedrooms, the baths, kitchen supplies, etc. Clean! Reliable internet! The hot tub was perfect on a cold winter night. The owners were very responsive to questions and any needs that we had. We cannot say enough good things. Highly recommend Paradise Manor!

The house is very cozy and inviting. It’s the perfect place to spend time with friends and family! Nathan made everything so easy from start to finish. He even thought to leave extra phone chargers just in case! Parents loved the master bedroom. Kids loved the hot tub!

WOW! This place was truly a paradise. It has EVERYTHING you could want, let alone need. We came with a group that aged from 4 years old to 88 years old...with tweens, teens and 20's included with the 30+ crowd and every single person was raving. Our 10 year old begged for us to buy this house, even though it's not for sale! There is something for every age group. The basement is a kids dream (and adult!) with the entertainment area including pool table and toys to play with! The property is beautiful, we explored a little even with the weather being cold! The house is HUGE with super comfortable beds and linens, with a ton of rooms making it easy to be able to have space even with a large group. The beautiful 3 seasons room was an added bonus for extra space to spread out in! The hot tub was clean and the kids enjoyed jumping in after making snow angels in the snow!! We are already talking about what week to book for the summer, the pool area looks amazing! The host was super responsive and helpful, any questions we had he responded immediately and was so kind and helpful. We celebrated 2 birthdays while there and they even had candles I had forgotten!! Kitchen was well appointed with extra garbage bags, cleaning supplies and even coffee! We are excited and hope to make it back this summer and next winter too!

The stay was Good... Property and location was good. Family and Friends enjoyed the Stay. Lot of Missing Information during the check-in process. The property owner didn't mention what to Access and What not to Access in the property, didn't mention where are the cleaning stuff in the house (trash bags / kitchen towels etc.) And moreover, there was a closet which was not with good condition when we tried to open the closet it came off would have hurt the kids ... but the owner never admit that...as per the info that they gave, they are still renovating so be careful if at all someone plan ... though the stay was good, but the check-in and check-out was very bad, and the owner was too rude. Please think twice before taking this property...I personally will never stay there and won't recommend anyone.
