We have had a number of short stays at this property. Great location with partial bay view and in a wonderfully walkable neighborhood bordering Narraganset Bay. Well maintained and equipped. Reasonably priced

We timed our visit when there wasn’t any rain or snow. As usual the house was in great shape and well stocked. Plenty of things to do between Newport to the east, Jamestown itself and Narragansett to the west.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this house. Great location. ( very close to the water) with views of the water. We spent most of our time enjoying the lovely deck. House was clean and included everything we needed. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. Close and easy drive to Newport. Owners communication was wonderful! Highly recommend

A clean and well equipped house. A short walk to the waterfront. Ability to cross bridges into either Newport or towards Narragansett. All these made for a great stay.

Lovely quaint house in the quiet island of Jamestown -- and a quick walk down the hill to the beach. Lauren & Casey are wonderful hosts: quick and easy communication, and they even personally prepped the house for our arrival! Made for a nice weekend retreat during the Labor Day holiday weekend, as we got to enjoy the hustle & bustle of Newport, while still having a nice quiet place to come back home to at the end of the day. Thank you to our lovely hosts!! Highly recommended :)

We enjoyed a 2 night stay at this property. The home was nicely decorated for a oceanside community. Everything was as described in the listing. So many things within a few minutes drive. Would stay here again.

Clean, fully equipped. Owner was responsive to a problem with the electronic lock, replacing it with a new one. Great location with partial bay views, wonderful long walks along Seaside drive and easy access to Newport to the East and Narragansett to the West.

We had a wonderful time - it was our annual girls weekend away. The home had everything you needed , it was clean and well kept. The best part were late afternoon drinks and dinner on the deck waiting for the beautiful sunsets.

Four girlfriends enjoyed 2 days together on the sunny deck from this lovely home while catching up with each other. Walking the quiet neighborhood, admiring the well kept homes that overlook Narragansett Bay was just icing on the cake of reconnecting. Proximity to Newport made the restaurants & activities endless!

My family and I stayed at the property for 2 weeks. It was very clean upon arrival and much more spacious than we expected. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and basic items, there were plenty of towels and other household items. The location was great with plenty to do for a family with young children. We walked to the local beach almost everyday but all of our other activities required us to drive; which we expected. This was our first time in Rhode Island and we fell in love with the area. There isn’t a ton to do in Jamestown, but there is so much to do without 15 minutes or so. We definitely plan to come back!

They were a wealth of information and their house was well stocked with brochures, books about the area, and the hosts own tips about where to go and what to do.

My husband and I came with 3 teens. The downstairs bed and bath area was perfect for them. LOVED that there were lots of extra towels, blankets, and pillows! House was very clean and close to everything we wanted to do while visiting RI. Lauren suggests the Rail Explorers which we all enjoyed and also texted additional local activity while we were there. Wonderful stay!

It was the perfect house for our 4 day stay. Plenty of bedroom space for our group and two bathrooms allowed everyone to get ready efficiently. The deck was nice to sit outside and have coffee. The kitchen was fully stocked which made breakfast a breeze. I would definitely return to this rental and recommend it to others. Thanks for your hospitality!

Good size house with nice water & sunset view. Our twin 6 year old grand children spent one night with us and said it was fun. They were impressed by all the shells on Sunset Beach.

This is our second stay at Lauren & Casey's home and it was a perfect spot for the holidays. We didn't get to enjoy the deck due to cold weather and misty days, but the boys loved having their own space downstairs to play and the adults could chat upstairs. It is close to beaches and a short drive downtown and to Newport. I would recommend to anyone!

We spent one week here with our two young boys and it was the perfect space for a family. The house was clean and beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. We stayed at another property prior to this where the beds were not comfortable, so it was a welcome change. We ate out on the deck nearly every night with beautiful sunsets and views of the ocean. The house also is well stocked with towels, beach towels, and some spices for cooking. The home is a close walking distance to the beach, where the kids loved hunting for shells and crabbing. The neighborhood is also very quiet. My parents live close by, so it was a great location to meet up and have evening walks by the ocean. We would most definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our vacation in Jamestown. Beautiful location and home. Lauren is a great host and has thought of everything you may need on vacation. The layout of the house is perfect for an extended family. Nice to have a little space for everyone! Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.
