Godd value, great location.

Very good kitchen and equipment. Heating worked well. Lots of warm bedding. Clean and comfortable flat in a great location near the town centre. Good communication with the owner.

Whilst I knew it was on the third floor with no lift, it was hard work at my age.

Short stay away

The area of the apartment was okay. Not too near into town, not too crowded with having a group of us there. Would recommend for if your wanting a night or weekend away.

Excellent area however apartment needs attention.

The location is excellent, not too far away from the city centre. Lots to do in terms of sightseeing catheral castle waterfront shopping.

The apartment itself was highly disapointing. It needs a freshen up, hair on carpet, on towels, strange smell in bathroom and kitchen. Other peoples personal items in cupboards eg perscription cobwebs on balcony. No very basic toiletiries such as soap in bathroom. This property could be a little gem however its needs some tlc. The area surronding it is excellent however the apartment itself is a let down.

Great price, location and stay

very spacious and great facilities with a great location pretty much In the city center. A range of DVDs and games and plenty of bedding and towels.

there wasn't any hand soap but apart from that I had no issues.

Great family apartment close to city centre

Great location on the riverside with parking right outside. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. It had everything we needed for a young family and was child friendly inside the apartment. We were a bit worried about the double bed based on previous reviews but can confirm it has a new and comfortable mattress! We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony watching the sun set in the evenings too.

Adequate apartment to park the car, walk into Lincoln, and stay a night.

Fantastic location. Had own car park space outside door to apartments. WiFi fine. Instant hot water. Good to have towels, drying-up cloth, washing up liquid and sponge. Games, books, and CDs available. Great view of canal from 3rd floor flat.

Trip hazard carpet to lounge. Unusable balcony as it was waterlogged. Main bedroom windows hard to open and close, and double glazing ‘blown’ and full of condensation. No hooks/no-where to hang towels and clothes in bathroom or bedrooms. Only mirror was in bathroom - unusable after first person has showered. Need mirror in bedroom(s). Shower tray drain was not at lowest point- so water ‘ponded’. Double bed incredibly creaky, and needed to fold the pillows to be comfortable. Only one bedside cabinet in master bedroom - no other table/surface etc, and no chair(s). Not a good view of Lincoln.

Great location, great communication through the owner. Couldn’t really get better value for money for area :)

The main double bed wasn’t overly comfortable, but the day bed was very comfortable. More towels could have been provided as we were a large group.

Convenient location, spacious apartment

The apartment had everything we needed for one night stay.It is located in a nice, quiet part of the city. Free parking is a bonus. About 10 min walk from the centre.

Amazing place to stay when visiting Lincoln

Amazing location for walks into Lincoln town centre. Very spacious apartment with lots of facilities. The ideal place to stay and great value for money. Hosts communicated very well and responded quickly to questions.

Great location, good value property, easy to self cater.

Nice location with a balcony giving views across Lincoln. The historic centre is an easy walk. Hosts were very helpful with suggesting locations for our tandem and were overall very responsive. Easy to self cater with reasonable kitchen facilities.

The double bed was uncomfortable. Needs more than one stove-top saucepan!

Perfect!

This was our 2nd stay in this fantastic apartment. Can't fault anything, it is in such a perfect location for Lincoln centre. The apartment is spotlessly clean and always smells so fresh and clean when you open the door. It is very well equipped, and the rain shower was as wonderful as we remembered it being! Fantastic communication again from Paul. We even utilised the balcony this time, such a treat with a glass of wine 😊 A perfect little gem, we shall definitely be returning! 👏👌

Very clean and nice appartment, good size. We had a quiet good sleep, 1 night only. Walking distance to Lincoln central, catherdral etc. Clearly a recommended place to stay! Quick response prior to visit, good communication. Uncomplicataed check-in with the codes sent in advance.

Spacious apartment for self catering city visitors

With personal preference for apartments over hotels I'm glad to have found Lincoln View. Communicative and kind hosts made an already pleasant stay even better. Highlights were: Natural day light and open space from windows, spacious living room with dimmable lights. Wall sockets by bed and easy to operate appliances. Good microwave, stove top and ample fridge space. Nice clean modern bathroom with open ledges for products. Easy to use key safe box and convienient allocated parking space. Easy riverside walk to the nice side of hughstreet (m&s, pharmacy, Brayford etc.,)

Perfect apartment in fantastic location

We had a lovely stay at Lincoln View. The large apartment is spotless and very welcoming. The bathroom is luxurious with a gorgeous rain shower. It is in such a fantastic location, just a few minutes walk to the centre of Lincoln with many restaurants close by. Allocated car parking space is an added bonus and very east to find. Fantastic communication with the owner, Paul. Thank you so much. We will definitely be returning!.
