Great location near Boulder creek trail in the Boulder historical district. Kinda cramped inside. No soap for shower. Overall it was good

We enjoyed our stay at the property for it's close proximity (walking distance) to downtown Boulder, CU, and the hiking trails next nearby. The place fit four of us comfortably and was well-appointed with basic cooking needs. The furniture and fixtures were a bit old and out-dated, and it felt a bit crowded (one bedroom was hard to move in and out of with the beds/furniture taking up most of the space). No extra toilet paper and some supplies were lacking, and given the price this knocked down my review by a star. It is a bit rough around the edges but overall a good place given it's location.

Great location. Easy parking. Close to Bcycle station (50 yards) and easy access to bike paths. Great hiking close by (50 yards). Very convenient to CU. Great communication with owner. Will stay here again if available.

The location was fantastic but the property could use some updating. We felt it was overpriced for the condition of the property.

We had an excellent time in this cute little condo, the location was ideal to get to downtown and the trails and creek too! 5 stars all around and the host was excellent as well! We will definitely stay here again!

Great location to downtown Boulder and Trails, simple and straightforward, not every amenity but a reasonable price and amazing location (best part) compared to other Boulder area properties.

We had a great stay at Samantha's condo. It was about a 10 minute walk into downtown Boulder with the shops and restaurants and we went almost daily with our toddler. When a punishing heat came through the area, Samantha was extremely easy to communicate with and helped us figure out a solution. It is minutes from a great hike as well as the river that runs through the area. Missing Boulder already!

Great location in town, not far from Pearl Mall, close to trails (town trails or out of town trails), shops, library, river, anything you'd like in Bolder area. The only things was the lack of air conditioning - while we were there a heat wave hit, and afternoons were hard to take inside. But in general that should not be a problem, Boulder doesn't get that hot I hear. Plenty of space for the 4 of you (two adults, two kids), we didn't cook/eat inside much, plenty of nice options in town.

The condo is indeed very convenient! I would recommend it for anyone who wants to be close to town and open space and isn't planning to cook. Everything you need for breakfast or take out dinners is there but the kitchen is not big or suitable for cooking for a large family,
Beds are comfortable; the condo was clean. We were there when it wasn't hot so we didn't need all of the fans that are provided. It's quiet. If you want high-end, with luxury detailing, this is not the place for you.
