I was here 70 days. September through December. To begin with I arrive on a cold winter day and the heat was out. The communication with the manager was awful and took me all night to figure out why the heat didn't work, turns out it was because the boiler was out and took 3 days for it to be fixed. It was 50° at night in September when I arrived. The house was also very dirty all the appliances did not work very well or were extremely noisy. There was not any recessed lighting in the ceiling so the entire apartment was very dark. Then come December the heat went out again for 2 days and the temperature in the apartment dropped to the 30° range and the apartment manager did nothing to try and get me heaters or fix it immediately and I had to basically suffer through freezing temperatures. Then in December when the heater did actually work it couldn't heat the apartment up past 55°. So no matter how cold it was outside you were stuck at a 50-degree temperature for the winter. The door latch did not work from the day I arrived. When I got there it was open and I assumed it was for the cleaners to let the sanitizer smell air out but soon I realized that was not true because every time a breeze blew by the door would fly open. The deck was a terrible location and looked out on the walkways in the parking lot so there was zero privacy when sitting outside. The only decent thing about the whole property was location other than that it was dirty the blinds all had holes in them the heater barely ever worked and manager was awful to talk to and the entire property just sucked.

Perfect Boulder Apartment!
This apartment is perfectly located for walking into town or accessing the various highways around Boulder to reach other destinations. The decor is a cool sort of retro "Mad Men" chic, the beds very comfortable and the owner responsive to text queries. We would definitely stay here again!

Very cozy
A blizzard ruined out plans for lots of outdoor time in Boulder but we were comfortable and cozy in our VRBO and once we were able to get out and about it was a perfect home base for our adventures.

Cozy and comfortable stay!
We had a wonderful stay at Leslie's place in Boulder! It is conveniently located and the kitchen was very well stocked with cookware. The apartment was perfect for 2 couples or a family, as the master bedroom + bathroom is separated from the other bedroom + bathroom via the common spaces. There is a designated parking spot right below the unit, which was nice. There is also laundry in-unit and a dishwasher.
Check-in was a breeze and the WiFi was very fast! We were working remotely and didn't have any issues dialing in for phone and video meetings on multiple devices. Leslie was also very responsive. Overall would definitely recommend her place!

Great place!
My husband and I loved the place. It was very clean and well cared for. It is in a perfect location.... we were able to walk easily to CU, the Pearl Street mall, and the Boulder Creek path. It's just a short drive to all the trails the mountain has to offer! The private balcony was a nice surprise, and we spent many evenings out there just relaxing after hiking all day! We hope to come back and stay again!

Walk to Pearl Street in the multi unit complex
Great price for area. Super convenient to walk to shopping and dining and a few good breweries. Overall our stay was nice. No central air which made it a little stuffy in bedroom 2 which did not have it's own window unit ( master bedroom does). Beds are a little uncomfortable after a long day of hiking but overall our stay was great and condo was super easy to access and stay. Home was clean and convenient! Hour drive to Estes Park!

Worked out great. Walked to downtown which was awesome
Great condo. Third floor was a little tough to get used to but really wasn’t bad. Great stay.

Great proximity to CU
We traveled to Boulder to take a look at CU with our son and this was the perfect place to stay. It was close to Pearl Street and all the shops and restaurants there and the perfect location for a short walk to campus. There was plenty of space for the 3 of us and the apartment had everything we needed. We would recommend this place to anyone coming in for a short visit to Boulder.

Like being back in college!
We had a lovely stay at this cute little property in Boulder. The location was perfect — easy access to everywhere in Boulder, walking distance to Pearl Street Mall, and a short 60-minute drive to Estes Park! The owner was super responsive and great to work with. A couple of things we were surprised by (and perhaps they were in the listing but we didn't read it closely enough): 1. The property is on the third floor, so if you're carrying heavy luggage, like we were, those steps can be awfully steep! Probably no biggie for a college student, but for older ladies like us, it was a bit of a hike with a 50-pound suitcase. 2. There is no central air! I'm not sure how I missed this. The property does have two portable units, but they only helped when we sat right in front of them. Probably most of the year, this isn't an issue, but we were in this west-facing condo on a hot summer day, and it was almost too hot to sleep. 3. Finally, and this was almost a deal-breaker for us, the sheets and towels were doused in fabric softener. For anyone with scent sensitivities, you'll be greeted with this smell the second you walk in the door. We ended up buying new (fluffier) pillows at Target along with our own pillowcases, but for future guests, I'd recommend washing linens in a scent-free detergent and passing up the fabric softener. Other than those things, though, this property is super cute, (though definitely in need of a little TLC, like patching up nail holes, and putting a screen on the kitchen window). It was like going back to college for the weekend, though — such a fun blast from the past.

Perfect location to explore Boulder!
This was the perfect location from which to explore Boulder! It’s convenient to have an assigned parking spot in the small complex and be able to walk downtown and to Pearl Street, to eat and shop. There’s a park and playground two blocks away where the kids burned off some energy. Leslie left great notes about nearby hikes and restaurants. The condo was well-appointed to accommodate our family of four (each bedroom has its own bathroom) and the building was quiet. We would love to stay here again!

Really nice apartment - super clean and great location!
My wife and our 4 year old son stayed here right before Independence Day. We originally booked it in the winter time, before COVID, as a base to see some of Boulder from and to clean up after a week camping in the mountains.
Overall 5 star experience. Here are Pros and Cons:
Pros:
- Very clean, felt very comfortable staying
- Great location, easy to get to anywhere in Boulder. Pearl Street is walkable (even with a 4 year old)
- Dedicated parking spot was nice and convenient.
- Great hosts and easy to check in, etc
Cons:
-AC was portable units. One bedroom didn't have AC unit in it. Was able to aim the unit in the living room towards it. Was warmer in that bedroom at night, but not unbearable
- Unit is on third floor. Something to keep in mind if you have older members of your party or super heavy luggage
- Parking space is VERY small and tight. We had a minivan and had to shimmy to get in and out of the car. If you have a larger SUV, no way it's going to fit.

Modern and central located
This cute apartment it is in a great central location! The overall complex is older, but this unit is well-updated and with modern-style furnishings and finishes.
There is a dedicated parking space under the building. The parking lot is pretty tight and packed, but we were able to always get into our spot. I think we could have parked on the street if needed too.
We were here on some of the hottest days of the year. Even with keeping the south-facing blinds down and running the two portable a/c units at max, it got in the 80s in the afternoon. That is the main reason we gave it a four star instead of a five. I bet it is no problem at other times of the year. I also let the property manager know that the previous renters had put up pots and pans that weren't cleaned well at all, so they said they would have the cleaning people start checking that. Otherwise the apartment was super clean with new carpet. Our favorite part was the super comfortable beds and the framed wall art that is Boulder/Colorado themed. They have great taste!

Short stay
We had a nice 2 day stay. Property is exactly as depicted in listing and we encountered no inconveniences. Close to Pearl St, Whole Foods, and other frequently used businesses. Perfect for a family of four.

Great location
An extremely well located apartment, minutes to downtown Boulder/Pearl St - would definitely recommend to people looking to explore Boulder. The apartment is clean and well appointed, and has good amenities. For those used to central AC, the unit has portable a/c units, which are less effective at cooling, so it can get a little warm. It is a little smaller than in the photos, perfect for a couple but would be a little tight with more people. Property manager was super responsive and friendly!

Clean and accurate online listing. Great location close to the university and many other Boulder places. Fast communication from the get go. Easy check-in. On the 3rd floor so you have to walk up stairs. But parking spot is yours and right below.

The property was great. Great location, very spacious and clean. I assumed the fireplace was gas and was part of the amenities but sadly not. Easy communication with owner. Definitely liked the private covered parking spot! Thanks!
