The room was gorgeous.
We loved the personal hot tub on the balcony.
Very sweet gesture leaving us cupcakes.
4.1
Really large room and the hot tubs looking out onto the prom are gas
Great base for night out in Bray Harbour bar, Echo, Catalyst for brunch
Food in the hotel bar is great
We were able to bring our puppy!
Everything was pretty good
They warned us about the noise until the bar closed, which suited us

Cool location with nice touches in the rooms. Dog friendly
Was a bit short staffed when we visited. Tried to get an iron twice but were given the same broken one each time. It's noisy - some unavoidable noise that you're warned about because of the bar, but when there's noise that late, it would make sense not to do the bottles at 10am and give people some chance to sleep.

The room was a superior double no view looked onto a wall outside, but lovely clean, funky decorated room, really lovely
Oh my god, the room had a note stating sorry for the noisy neighboring bars, so they left ear plugs, SERIOUSLY !! The bar down stairs is a full on night club with banging house music it is now gone 1.00 am and we are lying in our bed unable to sleep, it’s a nightmare!!! Do not book here if u want a decent nights sleep after 12 midnight a total joke !!!!

The room and bathroom were beautifully furnished; the staff were charming and very helpful.
The breakfast was OK although the location in the bar downstairs was a little gloomy.

Hotel liegt direkt an der Strandpromenade und ist idealer Ausgangsort für Wanderungen über die Hügel und Cliffs.

The room was really unique, I loved it. Some nice touches like a Nespresso pod machine, complimentary bottled water and of course the in room bath! The bed was very comfy. The Palm is in a busy/lively location but the room was quiet. Access to the restaurant was easy. Having access to the upper balcony hot tubs was great! The bathroom and walk in shower is to a really high standard with instant hot water at a really good pressure.
No Aircon in the room and one evening was quite warm.

efficient way of dealing with unhappy customers - there was no one at the check-in desk for two days of our stay
We booked this hotel as it was pet friendly and the pictures looked nice. No parking facilities, rough clientele a bit of a scam if you don't have the app or are not an Irish citizen. We spent 2 nights here and spent our time trying to find staff to help deal with the issues and lay awake both nights until 4 in the morning as there was what seemed like a stag do outside in the corridor. Every time we went down to try and speak with someone the check-in desk was unattended, we tried calling and emailing and spoke to the bar staff who tried to help but couldn't do anything really. We requested a room change due to the noisy neighbors and were refused. On the second evening we tried to catch up on sleep during the day and were woke with awful noises of the neighbours vomiting. On the second night, the same issues, and security had to ask the room to keep the noise down 3 times between midnight and 5 a.m. We left the hotel exhausted and frustrated. Upon leaving we told the hotel staff who had just come back from holidays and were told a manager would be in touch. No one contacted us, even with the many emails we had sent during our stay. After writing a fourth time we received a message from the hotel advising us we were overly sensitive to noise. We also had several minor issues such as bad wifi, no room made up, and faulty lights, there was a copper bath in our room, there was no drain, and when we used the bath the lights in the room were flickering, I honestly was worried we would be electrocuted. The door into the bathroom didn't close properly so there was no privacy, I've added a picture below this was the door fully closed. I also included a picture showing the view, along with the dodgy cables. I was so happy to leave I will not be back.

Too noisy with bar downstairs. No TV. Limited room facilities. Really noisy bed (creaked with every move). Not sure that. They have had many guests before as check in/check out seemed strange.

Very friendly staff and good food. Nice decor in the room.
The kettle and coffee machine could not be plugged in at the bench and had to be used on the floor.
The plug sockets by the coffee bench were different to the appliances.
No wardrobe for clothes.
The access to the hotel was through the back alley.
As hotel guests we were not made to feel special.

The location was lovely staff were very nice especially Holly and Amy.
We didn't get to sleep until about 4.30 with the noise outside the room and the smell of smoke coming up from the smoking area into the room was awful. We were in room 5.
