Friendly staff
Good location
Clean tidy rooms
Good WiFi
Rooms need kettle for making a coffee instead of vending machine in lobby that only takes coins
Shower needs a curtain or better drainage, bathroom was flooded within seconds of taking a shower - bit messy !

2 beds were joined but they get separate even by little movement

Helpful reception, elevator to go to the rooms, good size room, large bathroom with walk in shower, wi-fi was good, breakfast was quite good. The bed was really comfortable, room was clean, there was a real air conditioner in the room so I could choose the temperature that was perfect for me. Overall, the experience was better than what I expected.
It is a pity that in the bathroom there was nowhere to hang the towels. I had to be very inventive. Apart from that, the rest was really good.
4.5
location and cleanliness
unfortunately the Bar has not reopened since Covid, this would add to the offer tho the Captain bar round the corner was very welcoming

I enjoyed the fact that the beds were seperate and my friend and I had our own space. I liked how the bathrooms had body wash and hand soap dispensers. I enjoyed the warmth of the hotel room and the smell of the lobby.
The bathroom shower was slippery and not safe. The walls were really thin..... it was awkward. My friend and I heard alot of things we didnt want to hear from our neighbors. The rooms didnt feel cozy and very empty. I paid extra for a seating area and there was not a seating area. I went back down stairs to ask about the upgrade I had paid for and the receptionist told me the pictures online is only for show. They don't actually have that room specifically from the website at the hotel. what is that? FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! Also, this place was too far from everything and just not worth the price of the place.

Location was good
The first room was super dirty, airco didnt work. Moved to a second room, it was ok-ish, but after a while lights stopped working. Moved to a third room, no airco, just a radiator, it was ok-ish for few hours of sleep. Installation was very dated.

My room (101) was dark and dirty, the shower was leaking, only one in three lights worked, no ventilation. The room had nothing to do with this place's presentation on booking.com. All that for 174 Euro for one night with breakfast fee on top of it (did not take it) - I know it is Brussels, but the value for money was terrible, anyway. To be fair, my colleagues' rooms on another floor were ok.

Got a room at short notice when let down elsewhere.
Clean & Close enough to city centre.

The location of the hotel is exceptional. You are close to the city centre and many other central areas.
The hotel look NOTHING like what is shown on the website. Poor condition, poor cleaning, the rooms and bathrooms are small. We were given a room on the top floor which was not even finished building. Still a strong smell of paint, no AC installed and when we got inside the room the temperature was so cold we were una le to take off our jackets. The heating did not work in the whole hotel and when I asked reception for extra blankets they gave me a sheet as they didn’t have any. We ended up being moved to another room.

the aircon is not properly working

It was close to metro and train station, supermarket, easy walk to the center of the city and few historical sites.
The pictures in the Booking website don't match with the reality, and it was too much money for what we got it. The carpet smelling bad (old), the mattress and pillows wasn't good. When we showered the water came out of the bathroom to the room carpet. I didn't like to the hotel hold a copy of my credit card. Moreover, the area close to the hotel to train station looks dangerous and it's a point for prostitution.

The bed was comfortable even though it was literally two single beds pushed together and two single mattresses. The air-conditioning was good.
It was two separate beds. There wasn't a proper shower. It was completely different from the pictures and was in the middle of being done up.

Furnitures` quality
There are no kettle and glass/cups for the guests in the room. Also, no drinking water is provided.

Room fully equipped, and comfy bed. Good curtains blocking light and locations was great. The hotel seems recently rennovated and could be rated 4 star, probably because they do not have a bar they cannot. Breakfast generous and tasty.
Minor things, such as the rain shower was too low. A person over 1.85 heght wold struggle.

The beds were comfortable, there was an air conditioner and we didn't hear anything from the other rooms. The woman from reception was really nice to us and she helped as much as she could. It was located near some supermarkets and next to a tram and metro station.
On the first day the handle of the bathroom door came off. We closed it and after opening again on the night we discovered is was broken. The next morning we informed the recepcionist woman about the issue and told us that a technitian would take a look at this. However, by the end of our stay is has not being fixed yet.
In addition, we consider that the breakfast was a bit expensive, thus we decided to just go to the near supermarket which has a coffee machine and some hot biscuts.
