Clean room, comfortable bed, good for one night, friendly staff. Did not had a breakfast as I was to late to order one...
Due to the fact no personnel is present after 20h00, no supervision is present: There was a bus with Spanish people which were very noisy till midnight. We could only ask them to be more quiet, unfortunately. And it all started again at 6h30.

Nothing, was an expensive cold place, did not sleep all night as the heaters were not working in both rooms, called the number provided for manager which goes to main number, not enough pillows
Heaters not working, cold phoned not answered, did not sleep till 6am
Then at 10am lady barged into our room shouting asking us to leave as its check out time, even though she also barged into my sons room who actually was also asleep and paid 30 euros cash for 2 rooms late check out
We were given rooms on 2 floors
I was totally shocked
Went down looking for her twice but she wanted me to pay again
I tried to explain that we wanted to see the manager as not slept all night due to room freezing was not having it did not care the fact we paid about £140 per room for a room which in Normal trading was not worth more than 40e
As they were recording us on cctv i tried to record our conversation she then threatened to call police
Being British gentlemen i apologised if recording was not allowed, which i find funny ss they are recording us and it's a public hotel
Ruined night and morning, even though we paid the 15 euro late check out anyway

This place has only two good things:
1) Location if you're going to a concert at Palais 12
2) WIFI
Checking in with no staff is ok, however your envelope is mixed with others, I find it very unsafe. Any other guest coming late could get your envelope before you. You don't know what kind of people are coming.
12€ for that "breakfast" is basically stealing.
Bring your own towels because the ones provided are embarrassing. Paper thin, full of holes and too small for showering... thanks to other reviews I had my own shower towel.
I had to ask for a blanket because it was not available in the wardrobe and I was afraid of using the heater "too much" because there were signs everywhere that you were going to be charged for extra usage. The hotel does not provide any measuring system to know how much you used. So, since the price does not match the poor experience, I did my best not to be charged any extras. My first night was pretty cold and I had to use my jacket as a blanket, since there was no service when I checked in.
Also, there is no water kettle... just so you know... the water is not hot enough for cup ramen.
Avoid this place unless you need to be in that area very early. I was seeing ATEEZ and I needed to be queuing very early and then to go back easily after the show.
I hate leaving negative reviews, but the pricing is really out of range for this kind of place/service.
