Great place to stay for the requirements we had - located close to Rototuna, spacious and clean.

New, clean and worked well for us as a family of 3 with having two bathrooms. Property is as pictured Jay communicated well.

All worked well for our brief one night stay.

Riesen Haus in Hamilton

Sehr grosses geräumiges sauberes Haus. Unkomplizierter Check in.Waren nur 1 Nacht zwecks Durchreise da. Sehr gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis.

Nice place to stay

It was clean and tidy and the bed were comfortable

The smoke alarms had been removed and it was very uncomfortable sleeping in a house with kids with no alarm system

Clean and comfortable

Clean home, well presented and close to amenities. Good, friendly communication from homeowner, accommodated an early check in. Great to have two bathrooms and beds were nice and comfortable. Did the trick for what we needed.

Only one couch which was fine for just one night but if staying longer with a group of people another couch would have been nice so everyone could relax together!

Crowded lane Bed Quilts needs to have covers Instructions to take extra care of the house is too much It doesn’t look like a newly built house anymore

Really beautiful and welcoming home, access to some great features in the home - host are fast to respond and will also

It’s a beautiful and big property. The space inside is absolutely massive you could host a lot more people but such a beautiful and very clean space. We weren’t aware it had an ensuite so that was a lovely surprise and loved the two bathrooms! The access to the garage was also an extra great feature to park our cars inside and feel a lot safer. Also the body soap as well as the shampoo were a great feature! Thank you hosts beautiful home to stay in would recommend - there were 3 of us females and we absolutely loved it

A tight space to go in and out - Saturday morning one of the other drivers had parked where we needed to get out so had to do a few turns to get our cars out.. otherwise beautiful home

The beds were so comfy and we were really happy with how the house was set up and the space in the house. My daughter especially loved the ring light mirrors. It was a lovely stay thankyou

We had a family funeral to attend so was perfect for our extended family to stay together in comfort

nice place to stay in. great location. Host is quick at reply to messages but please read my review

The house was nice. good for a group the house was spacious and location is good

The parking is very tight as it is down a shared lane. The walls and skirting boards need a good wipe. recycling bins were not emptied from previous guests. please read hosts non refundable terms and conditions as we wanted to change the dates due to some of our group getting covid days before we were to stay, host did not allow it. please take pictures/notes and contact host if you spot any damage’s as host accused us of breaking the towel rail in ensuite bathroom which we did not damage.

The host was excellent when I had a glitch with booking.com and couldn’t retrieve the checking in info the host was readily on the ph for that and the wifi query which made everything stress free and even had what to be careful of such as children around the street

Comfortable and beautiful house

House is new and nicely decorated. Clean and showers are strong. Spacious and well equipped kitchen. Convenient location as 3 minutes drive to Countdown and restaurants.

Perfect for family stay

The property is spacy and everything is very clean. Kitchen is well equipped. Internet is fast enough. Netflix is available.

It would be much more appreciated if there was a normal frying pan and a towel rail in the toilet.

Would not be first choice to stay again

Nice modern home

Needed a good clean, especially the toilet, all kitchen drawers and cupboard handles and living room windows. Also the lawn had not been mown for a longtime so it was not very pleasant to sit outside

Fantastic, while a little out of town it is worth the short drive for the peace and tranquility.

The entire place was fabulous. Very close to all amenities, very clean, very spacious, excellent kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, beds, linen, everything was fantastic. For the short drive out of town (depending on your reasons of course in Hamilton) it is well worth the drive. Very peaceful even though in a cul-de-sac, we didn't even know we had neighbours. Can not fault anything about this property - book it they are awesome!! Supermarket just up the road, liquor stores, restaurants they have it all on their very close doorstep.

Nothing - everything was top notch. Would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone in the Hamilton area. We had family in Hospital and it was still suitably close for us especially considering what the property provides.
