Property unsafe/upkept/need repairs, filthy. Chairs legs broke off completely when sat on, 3of 6 broken. Front walk & steps, Deck rails, walkway to dock spongy rotted wood need repairs, tripping hazards throughout inside house, around fireplace & rooms & bathrooms, floors unlevel & slanted. Kitchen upper & lower cabinets & drawers, door tracks filthy (had to wash all items before using, inside deck grill rack not cleaned, garbage can outside from previous renter still full & full of maggots. Entire property needs full work over. Disgraceful & unsafe, that property should not be rented out!!! Previous reviews are bogus! we have pictures of all of it.

The house was the perfect size for our group of 4 plus a baby. Home had everything we needed during our stay and close to restaurants and activities. Would recommend to stay here.

Our host was very accommodating and nice. The arrival went well. The house was very neat and clean. It was comfortable enough and as described. Didn't really have time to enjoy the outdoors there and due to the recent drought, the dock area was dry. It was a good time of the year for lovely foliage. We consider it an enjoyable stay.

The house is very cute and well laid out for up to 6 guests. Short drive to the Georgia mountains but it's not lake property if that's what you are looking for (we were not). Photos of the water are not recent.
