Tucked in the middle of the building, you’d never expect to open the door and be surrounded by spectacular Bay Views - but you are! Its location in the building also gives it one of the largest Waterfront Balconies - you may never want to leave! Plus, this amazing Vacation Home comes with a Private Boat Slip for up to a 20 ft. boat at no additional cost!
Upon entering, you’ll love the Warm Hardwood Flooring, which is reminiscent of a stroll on the Boardwalk. Warm and welcoming, Vista Costiera shines with Colors pulled from nature itself, with the focal point being magnificent Views of the Bay, Marsh, and Causeway. This gorgeous Waterfront Home sleeps 8 in 3 well-appointed Bedrooms, plus a Living Room Sleeper Sofa, in pure comfort and style. The Open Concept Living Area is light and bright, with plenty of room for everyone - spend time together without ever feeling crowded. The thoughtful Owners have truly provided everything to make your Vacation picture-perfect.
You’ll love relaxing in the Living Area after a fun-filled day of pony-sighting at Assateague National Seashore, and enjoying Free WiFi and Flat Screen Streaming TV. It’s a bit hard to watch TV with those Water Views calling to you, however! Just imagine kicking back on the Waterfront Deck and watching Pelicans, Herons, and Egrets dance over the water, and there’s nothing like watching the Scallop Boats roll in at the day’s end.
The Chef in your family will delight in the Well-Stocked Kitchen with all you need to make mealtime super easy - and you can even gaze at the water from there! Grab a quick bite at the Breakfast Bar before hitting the Beach, or enjoy your meal family-style in the spacious Dining Area. You’ll want to enjoy Happy Hour on the Waterfront Balcony after dinner - and don’t miss out on our spectacular Sunsets!
We especially love the way the 3 spacious Bedrooms are laid out at Sunset Bay 220. The huge Master Bedroom is set apart from the other Bedrooms offering lots of privacy, and is more of a Master Suite, which is unique to this layout. With a comfy King Bed, Flat Screen Streaming TV, and breathtaking Views, you’ll wake each morning on top of the world. There is a Sitting Area with Workstation perfect for catching up on a few emails, as well. With Private Access to the Waterfront Balcony, you can slip out to stargaze while the rest of your family is still snoozing - pure paradise. The Spa-like Master Bath features a relaxing Soaking Tub, Walk-in Shower, and Double Vanity.
On the other side of the Living Area, you’ll find 2 more Bedrooms, and another Full Bath with Tub/Shower Combo. Both of these Bedrooms have comfy Queen Beds and tasteful decor. Bedroom 2 is adorned in sunny yellows, and has a wall of windows to the water - simply stunning. Bedroom 3 is decked out in beachy blues-, and is sure to make a peaceful retreat.
If you aren’t already in love with the gorgeous interior of Vista Costiera, just wait til you hear about the Outdoor Living at this fabulous Community! With access to Sunset Bay’s Pier/Dock, you can try your hand at Fishing and Crabbing, or bring along your kayaks! Not to mention Sunset Bay’s alluring Outdoor Pool sits right on the Bay with incredible Views and salty bay breezes. And if you think you’ve had a bit too much fun at the Island Creamery (an absolute must), you can work it off a little at the Community Fitness Center, just downstairs.
