Full of vivid color, unmatched style, and nearly two centuries of history, this home offers a one-of-a-kind perspective for exploring and experiencing Provincetown. Here in the heart of the historic district, you'll be mere steps from the beach, the pier, and everything else Provincetown offers.
Built in 1830, this three-story home boasts what might be the best location in Provincetown, one of the liveliest and most beloved communities on Cape Cod. You'll be directly adjacent to the Pilgrim Monument and the town green at Bas Relief Park, and only one block from the beach on Cape Cod Bay. Within a quarter-mile stroll are MacMillan Pier's marina and ferries and a fantastic assortment of restaurants, bars, boutiques, and art galleries.
Far from your typical Cape Cod escape, this historic home was recently redesigned through a Cape-Cod-modern lens. Bold colors and patterns are showcased throughout, providing interest and whimsy at every turn. After a beautiful day spent on the sand, leave the provided beach chairs and umbrellas outside, toss the day's swimsuits in the washer/dryer, and make yourself right at home.
The main living space is on the second floor, offering multiple seating vignettes for relaxing in the afternoons and evenings. Enjoy an elegant kitchen with stainless steel appliances and ample space to dine at the breakfast bar, around the dining room table, and outside on the patio. After dinner each evening, gather your friends to play board games or watch movies in one of the two sitting rooms on either side of the kitchen.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned, and one is a primary suite with its own TV and bathroom. During our humid seasons, please make sure the air-conditioner(s) are operated by using the "dry" mode.

From the time we stepped into this property it felt like no one had lived in it since last summer. Black mold growing on the ceiling of the upstairs bathroom, dust everywhere, and an overgrown patio with last year's leaf litter all over greeted us. The showers had mold around the edges and pink mold in the sink, and the windows were spotted from pets or kids and dirty on the outside too - how is this even possible at the end of July? The stairs to the upstairs bedrooms are too steep for kids or the elderly, and the 2" tripping point from raised floor boards in the master bedroom seems like a hazard to me! What's worse, VACASA was uncommunicative and didn't even follow up until night 7 of our rental! VERBO was equally as unhelpful and uncommunicative. This is one rental to stay away from. The colorful wallpaper and paint don't make up for filthy living conditions.

Decorated very nice and a great location.

Did a girls trip with mom, sisters and niece for Mother’s Day weekend so 5 of us, it was comfortable and had all we needed. The location was great, 2 parking spots were a short walk but we didn’t need the car for our long weekend. There was a stairwell on entry, just for awareness. Amenties, layout and furnishings were very comfortable. Overall nice stay.
