Close proximity to the street and shops. Easy parking. Friendly and knowledgeable staff made our visit nicer.
The fact that we were one of the last to book before the sale of the property. Best of luck!!

The building is well placed in Provincetown. Very close to the commercial street, restaurants and the sea. The room was tiny and cute.

The house keeper is super friendly and helpful. The house is very cute. There is coffee in the morning <3
The bed had some crumbs on it. Getting the shower to produce hot water was a challenge.

The Inn is right on the main drag of Provincetown. Being off season we were able to park right on the street, very close to the Inn. Todd took great care of us during our stay. Russ accommodated our requests to assure we enjoyed the stay. Todd had coffee ready every morning. The Inn was very nice, quiet, and supplied everything you would expect from a quality Innkeeper.
The residents of Provincetown are probably the friendliest and most accommodating of anywhere we have traveled. We travel extensively!
Being seniors with some mobility issues, not having a railing or grab bar on the entranceway steps was a challenge. That was the only change I would have made.

Coffee in the living room. The ambiance, the floors the walls the house the charm. Todd was an amazing host and made our stay unforgettable. The shared bath was clean so convenient, we forgot it was shared.
There was nothing not to be loved during my stay.

The location of Moffett house couldn't be more convenient. We drove in and parked in the blue lot near CVS, which worked out great. The parking lot lets you leave and come back whenever you like and even with the $30 per day parking fee added in, Moffett house was a good price. We didn't need to bring our bikes because they actually provided bikes for us to use. The house is very cute and cozy, my partner and I also loved its historic aspects. The room we stayed in had exposed beams showing the historic construction of the house. Leo was there for our stay and was exceptionally polite and attentive. The morning coffee was also perfect.
We would have preferred to have a private bath but the shared bath worked out much better than we expected and was also impeccably clean. The stairs to the second floor were super steep so if you stay on that floor and have a 100lb suitcase be prepared to hoist it up. Or I would imagine that Leo would be happy to help you if you asked.

The room was small, but it was clean and comfortable. It had a small fridge, cable, and private bath. (they also have some rooms with a shared bath). We had access to the kitchen to cook if we wanted and there was a washer and dryer we had access to at no extra cost. The house was located about 50-75 feet from Commercial St. where all the action was. I met one of the guys that worked there (Alexander) and he was very friendly and we had a nice intelligent conversation. Even though the house was small it had 2 outside sitting areas where smoking was allowed (for me that was a plus since I'm still trying to quit). I really liked the old charm of the house.
Parking was limited to 1 car at an extra charge. We had to park our other vehicle at a parking lot that allowed overnight. Wouldn't have been an issue if we were meeting there from different states. An extra roll of TP would have been nice in the room as there was none in the pantry.

I really enjoyed how close the location of the inn is to the ferry and the main street where the boutiques and restaurants are. I also enjoyed how lovely and hospitable the staff there are (shout-out to Isaac and Russ!). I appreciated also for Isaac sharing some cool tips on places that had really good food and coffee! Lastly, I really enjoyed how quiet the inn was at night, I think everyone was respectful to each other who stayed for the weekend.
I would say this is a small thing, but I would say if they had a bigger sign for the inn- but luckily Russ sent me the directions on how to get the inn, so it was all good!
