Stoneridge D43 has thirty-two steps leading in, is multi-level, offers internet access, includes a one-car garage, and is not pet friendly. This standard-rated unit sleeps eight. The living room features a flat-screen smart TV, and there is no fireplace available for use. The fully functional kitchen complements a dining room that seats six.
On this level, there is a bedroom with a queen bed, a flat-screen smart TV, and a full bath. The second bedroom includes a king bed and a flat-screen smart TV, while the third bedroom has a queen bed; these rooms share a full bath. Upstairs, you'll find the loft bedroom featuring a double bed and an additional full bath.
Stoneridge is conveniently located on the mountain in the Villages community and is within walking distance to the slopes, weather permitting. The small deck offers a view of the trail, though it does not have a grill.
Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two cars depending on location. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on site within the communities.
All homes in The Villages include whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not included) and a fully functional kitchen. Also included are paper towels, trash bags and toilet tissue.
During the summer months, this unit has access to the tennis, basketball courts and the community pools. However, our condo guests are welcome to utilize the RESORT'S main indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs (reservations required).
(NOTE : Not all Villages homes allow community pool access to rental guests.) However, all resort condo rental guests are welcome to utilize the resort's main indoor/outdoor pools. During the winter months, select condo rentals in various communities are ski-in/ski-out (WEATHER PERMITTING). All communities offer shuttle service year-round to the main resort.
