About this apartment rental
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY limited to 8 people. This includes adults and children. This is strictly enforced by the on site security force. Any behavior that disturbs the peace and quiet of other guests or full time residents will not be tolerated. There is zero tolerance to both maximum occupancy violations and behavior that disturbs others you will be immediately evicted if either of these occur. There is no "second chance".
(I absolutely do not accept long term renters. Maximum rental duration is 7 continuous days.) Condo is located in the Stoneridge Section of the Villages of Seven Springs in the Main Lodge area on Boomerang Slope and Tirol and Avalanche Slopes. Condo is ski in - ski out condo. Entrance to the Villages in just as you enter the resort on Water Wheel Drive. Has 4 full bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 balconies facing the ski slopes, 2 private heated in door ski lockers at condo building. Lockers are large - each fits 6 sets of skis, poles or snow boards. Skis and snowboards are prohibited from being brought into the condo. Condo was professionally decorated in a Bavarian - Austrian theme from top to bottom to include bedding and linens. Spacious and comfortable. Newly renovated kitchen, granite counter tops, custom mountain theme tiles in all bathrooms and kitchen, rock maple floors in all bedrooms, all furnishings, bedding, pictures, lamps reflect a Bavarian/Austrian Chalet theme. Master bedroom furnished with hand made and painted furniture imported from Germany. This condo has it all - charm and warmth you can't resist. Condo is decorated with antler lamps, mountain theme carpets, beautiful maple hardwood flooring in bedrooms and living room, imported custom woodland theme tile in all bathrooms and kitchen. There are many beautiful Bavarian decorations throughout the condo, to include Bavarian murals and Bavarian painted furniture accents, antler lamps custom made furniture, two flat screen 'TVs and DVD players, laundry washer and dryer in the condo.
Free resort bus stops in front of the condo. In Winter enjoy fantastic skiing from this ski-in, ski-out condo located right on Boomerang Trail near Chair Lifts 1 and 2. Chairlift 1 and 2 drop you off in the back of the condo. No walking necessary. The free ski bus (Stop 17) stops in the front of the condo on the ground floor.
Two private, locking, in-door ski lockers located on the ground floor of the building. each locker can accommodate 5 ski boards or 6 sets of skis. I do not permit skis or snowboards inside the cond. Ski boots may be brought inside
Boomerang Slope (rated beginner - intermediate) is located directly behind the condo building. You can collect your skis from the ski lockers then walk about 30 feet to the Boomerang Slope entry point. At the end of the day you can take either Chairlift 1 or 2. Both will let you off directly behind the condo building. You can then ski to the condo building access area and ski lockers. Or, at the beginning of the day or end of the day you can take the free ski shuttle bus that picks you up and drops off at the main ski area near the ski renter, Willies Ski Shop, ski school and cafeteria.
Spring, Summer and Fall enjoy the panoramic mountain view from two balconies. In these months trails are used for hiking and biking. 7 Springs Resort and close surrounding areas abound with many enjoyable activities. There is white water rafting, a water park and amusement park all within less than a 30 minute ride from the resort. You could not pick a more enjoyable and versatile location than '7 Springs', rated the #1 all-round resort on the East Coast.
This condo is an absolutely perfect place to spend leisure time any season of the year. You and your family deserve to kick-back, take a breather, pamper and enjoy yourselves while making cherished memories.

THE RESORT SECURITY DEPARTMENT HAS THE AUTHORITY TO IMMEDIATELY EVICT RENTERS AND THEIR GUESTS VIOLATING ANY OF THE FOLLOWING MANDATORY RESTRICTIONS:
(1) - MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY -
Limited strictly to 8 people. This count includes infants and children. This limit is strictly enforced by the condo owner and the resort.
(2) - ANIMALS, RODENTS, REPTILES AND FISH ARE PROHIBITED FROM BEING BROUGHT INTO THE CONDO AND ONTO THE BUILDING.
(3) - AGE OF THE PRIMARY RENTER must be at least 30 years of age. This will be verified by VRBO when the reservation is made. The primary renter must be present at all times. An individual is prohibited from making the reservation and then not being present as a member of the rental group at the Stoneridge B43A/B condo during the full term of the rental.
(4) - RENTAL PERIOD RESTRICTIONS - I do not accept reservations less than two days prior to your desired arrival date. Two day minimum rental. Seven day maximum rental. I do not accept long term rentals of more than seven consecutive days. Owner lives at Seven Springs in the Southwind section from December through April.

Really enjoyed the property great location would made it even better is there wasn't any snow so we spent a little more time than we had thought we would originally and that made our state even more enjoyable there is plenty of room for the entire family allowed us to play games and just enjoy each other's company we really look forward to booking again next year it would highly recommend anyone to stay at this wonderful location

We enjoyed our stay, loved the ski in/out. I wish I would have known it was on the 3rd floor, luckily we had strong kids with us. The owners were quick to respond to questions.

Great place to stay in Seven Springs!
We are so grateful to have stayed in this beautiful home! Joyce provides all instructions for your stay which makes everything seamless. We didn't end up needing to communicate with her during our stay but I'm sure she would have been very responsive. This is a great option if you are looking for a convenient spot in Seven Springs with nice views and shuttle access (there is a pickup spot right outside). We would definitely stay again!

Super functional condo with ski out ski in access
The boys in our family, 7 of us plus occasional quests, have enjoyed this fabulous condo over several years. If you like to ski. eat your own grub, sleep like a log, and with easy access to all Seven Springs has to offer, this place is beyond perfect.

Great place, close to slopes. Had everything we needed. The owner, Joyce, provided us with all the info we needed and even mailed us a few things we left behind. Would have no hesitation staying again.

A nice place to stay for a ski vacation, quick easy access to the slopes and comfortable accommodations. Condo was well stocked with bedding, bathroom paper products, and had a kitchen well suited to prepare your own meals when you don't care to dine out.

Great condo. Had everything we needed. Close to slopes. Would certainly not hesitate to stay again. Joyce, the owner, was very prompt and provided all the information and tips we needed about the condo and Seven Springs to make our stay enjoyable.

Beautiful place and a great view of the slopes
Place was really nice. Clean and well stocked my family is on the large size so it would of been nice having 3 queens. The owner was very accommodating which was great. Being on the third floor with little ones was a little tough.

Dream Christmas in Dream Condo (Year Two) . . .
This was our second year at Bullwinkle's and the experience only got better! Our original impressions of cleanliness, convenience, comfort, maintenance and engaged owner were confirmed and led to a dream time of skiing, relaxing and having family fun over Christmas. The condo is incredibly well stocked -- from dishes, pots and pans, utensils, towels, furnishings to necessities. We settled in as if it was our own property. Clean, clean, clean. Actually we feel like family when we stay there. Not much else to say, other than book it and enjoy! Oh, be sure to get to the Grille at Sporting Clays and Foggy Goggle after the slopes -- our favorite places,

Feels like home!
My family, friends and I have rented Joyce's condo three times in the last two years. All in the months of July and August. I absolutely love this condo. The first thing that comes to mind is that is feels like home from all of the cute decorations to the mixer and crockpot in the kitchen. She always has plenty of paper products in the kitchen and bathrooms which is really nice. The beds are so comfortable and there are plenty of bath towels to use. The appliances work great and have been upgraded since we have stayed there even though the ones in the condo worked well. Joyce is easy to communicate with and takes a great deal of pride in her home. I hope you choose her home for rental as we have had many great memories there!

Nice Getaway!
This is a clean, pleasantly decorated condo with a mountain cabin motif. It has 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms; perfect for a two family vacation. It even has a separate entrance to a section of the condo that includes 2 of the bedrooms and bathroom. It is quiet and located in a beautiful setting. The condo has 2 balconies in the rear. The owner communication is great. My only complaint is that while WIFI is provided it is extremely slow. So much so that I had to go to the coffee shop located in the Seven Springs Lodge to use the WIFI and download a Word document.

Well Maintained Condo at Seven Springs
I stayed at this condo with a group for a summer getaway to Seven Springs. The condo was very clean and well maintained. We did a lot of cooking, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. My only complaint is that the kitchen was a little small for a large group (8 people). We have stayed in Woodridge before and the kitchen was much bigger, but that condo was also more expensive than this one. The condo has a great view of the ski slopes from the back deck. The owner was helpful and easy to get in touch with. Seven Springs has a ton of fun activities for the whole family in the summer, and this condo was a great place to stay.

Amazing condo.
I cannot say enough about how nice and comfortable this condo is. Me and my family absolutely loved staying here for the weekend. Everything you need is provided by the owner and the place is very well maintained. Me and my family have been coming to seven springs for years and we have stayed in different condos and in the lodge and I can definitely say this is the best place we have stayed in so far. I would highly recommend the condo to anyone looking for a place to stay at seven springs and I will definitely be booking this condo again for my future stays at seven springs.

Amazing place to ski and stay
My family has stayed at Bullwinkles condo for many years. We have four children in our family and dogs and finding a place to accommodate us that is comfy, clean, and close to the slopes is hard. There is so much to love about staying here: lots of room, plenty of beds,, well stocked kitchen, great view of the slopes, and nice touches that make it feel like a true escape. It’s also super close to the slopes and lifts which makes getting four kids out to ski a snap. No downsides to it at all, the condo is amazing!

Bullwinkles is an outstanding ski in/out condo!
Our family (at least the boys) has enjoyed this property over many years. It is well-maintained, always spotlessly clean, and offers the perfect ski-in, ski-out experience. The kitchen is well-supplied and very functional.

Bullwinkles at Seven Springs, Good and Bad
Cons:
I rated this condo a 4 out of 5 due to the owner taking advantage of the damage fee for a personal maintenance fee. On our way home after a nice trip, we received a call from the owner stating that we broke a hinge on the upstairs bathroom vanity. The discrepancy I have with the owners claim is that we never opened the doors on the vanity; so how could we have broken the hinge. Whether she was stating the truth or not, there isn’t much we can do but pay for a new hinge. Depending on the outcome, I may or may not recommend this condo to another person. Hopefully it’s a $10 hinge instead of a new vanity. If we had truly broken the hinge, I would gladly pay for it or just go ahead and replace it while I was there. After triple checking that everything was in order before leaving, this leaves a very sour taste in my mouth.
Pros:
Overall our experience here was very pleasant until the phone call we received on our way home. The condo was very clean and everything was in order. The instructions the owner left were very thorough leaving no questions to ask. The condo was right on the slope and after a short walk you were skiing. The ski locker made storing your ski’s and boots very nice. It was very convenient having the condo right on the slopes if we wanted to come in for a short break, lunch, or nap (especially with kids).
The down side is that it’s on the 3rd floor which made it a little inconvenient unloading and loading your vehicle.
