Tucked away on a sweet tree-lined street, this beautifully crafted, light and airy remodeled cottage, located on a level lot in the coveted Tavern Bay area of Lake Arrowhead, is fully furnished with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths for a total of 2,100 square feet. While there is plenty of space to spread out, the layout of the home is perfect for keeping your group together comfortably.
Windows abound in the cozy living room, furnished with a leather couch and a giant, original floor to ceiling stone fireplace framed by a geometric wall of glass, a soaring ceiling and an open concept design perfect for relaxing evenings by the roaring fire. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a full dinner and more. Brew your favorite coffee in the Keurig, blend your favorite smoothie in the Blendtec blender, bake your favorite cookies, the kitchen has all the right accessories. Special features include a large copper hood repurposed from an old mountain eatery and a distressed copper apron sink in the kitchen.
The back deck, accessible off the living room, is equipped with a gas grill (take the cooking outside!), table seating for 6, a firepit (SMORE'S!) surrounded by four Adirondack chairs, and a smaller seating area off the master. The property also comes with a separate clubhouse for the kids (visible from the back deck), a horseshoe pit, and a tire swing for hours of outside fun.
The master bedroom, located on the main floor, has a cal-king size mattress, ensuite bath with double sinks, separate shower and freestanding bathtub. Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio off the master accessible through sliding glass doors that lead out to a sitting area for two. The master bedroom also comes with its own yoga room! The yoga/Pilates room loft is accessible by ladder and is equipped with everything you need to continue your practice while you are on vacation: a LifeBoard, yoga mat, yoga blankets, prop block, and Pilates Ring.
The guest bedroom (queen mattress) and guest bathroom with double sinks and tub/shower are also located on the main floor.
Upstairs hosts a game room and a separate bunk room. The game room has a day bed with mattress, a teepee for the kids and a reading nook. The bunk room has three twin mattresses and a small half-bath. The room also has a queen Aero bed and fresh bedding should you need extra sleeping space.
Situated 1/2 mile from the lake (a 7-minute walk!), the home is located on the north shore of the lake, 1/2 mile from the renowned UCLA Conference Center. Due to new changes in the lake rules, the Arrowhead Lake Association prohibits renters of short-term rentals to access the lake or beach clubs.

The place was wonderful and great for the whole family. It had everything we needed and was very accommodating. Plenty of sleeping room with large beds for the adults and perfect sized beds for the kids. The game room was a big hit with the kids as well as the tire swing and outside playhouse. The house was clean and large enough for the entire family to relax in. Located in a quiet neighborhood with lots of walking trails close by and a nice creek that runs next to the property. The large fireplace and central heating kept the place nice and warm during our winter stay. Will definitely book again for future trips.

This house was perfect for our stay! If you have kids, this house is just perfect! Such a cool nook with books, toys and a cool space for the kids. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful property secluded with a pretty creek. The owners are helpful and quick to respond. We had a blast!

We had the best stay! The house is gorgeous and we found everything we needed for cooking. The children loved their own space upstairs to watch TV, read, play and sleep! They have provided so many great books for the kids and adults!

It was clean (and I have pretty high standards), quiet, had fun areas with books and games for kids and adults, gorgeous views, welcoming front room with fireplace and even close to some amazing walking trails! This is a perfect cabin for our trip with two families with 4 kids total. There is a kids room with plenty of books and toys. Our kids were entertained the whole time there. The house is beautiful and well kept. There were tons of kitchen supplies, towels and bedding. There is a tree house in the back and tire swing which the kids loved. Nice neighbor who helped to shower snow. One of the best places we have stayed at and we plan to come back to this cabin!

This is a perfect cabin for our trip with two families with 4 kids total. There is a kids room with plenty of books and toys. Our kids were entertained the whole time there. The house is beautiful and well kept. There were tons of kitchen supplies, towels and bedding. There is a tree house in the back and tire swing which the kids loved. Wonderful Stay in Lake Arrowhead
We had such a wonderful time at this house! It was perfect for our group of three adults, 2 kiddos (age 6) and one baby. The kids had their own space upstairs, which they loved, and spent all of their time playing with the toys up there, exploring the creek and swinging on the tire swing. The house itself is extremely renter-friendly (no questions about lights, provided essentials & amenities, etc). We would love to come again, although the recent ALA regulations restricting lake usage and even trail usage by short term renters put a real dent in our stay- we didn't think it'd be a big deal, but with it being so hot in the summer and not being able to stick a toe in the water, we won't be choosing Lake Arrowhead for summer fun any longer. But of course, this is NOT the owner's decision, and the home itself is absolutely wonderful (maybe especially in winter, when there are other activity options?). Happily, the a/c worked well, and we just sort of holed up at the house. Thank you so much for a wonderful home to keep us entertained.

Our family had the most peaceful, beautiful stay here. The home is incredibly clean, warm and has more than is needed for a comfortable stay. Our 2 year old loved exploring around the property and especially loved the creek with a family of ducks that he could see from his permanent spot on the tire swing. The restaurant suggestions in the welcome book were excellent and we even enjoyed the yoga room which is such a zen place to relax. This house was perfect for our little guy as there were so many toys and books in the play room that he enjoyed. The kitchen has everything you would need and the great room has the most magnificent light. We will be back as soon as we can!

Our 2 year old loved exploring around the property and especially loved the creek with a family of ducks that he could see from his permanent spot on the tire swing. The restaurant suggestions in the welcome book were excellent and we even enjoyed the yoga room which is such a zen place to relax. This house was perfect for our little guy as there were so many toys and books in the play room that he enjoyed. The kitchen has everything you would need and the great room has the most magnificent light. We will be back as soon as we can!

Winter Weekend Getaway
Great space for our family. Our two kids (age 3 and 5) loved the upstairs kid space with their own room and play area, including toys and tons of books. We enjoyed the large fireplace every evening. Property had lots of space outdoors for the kids to explore and was close to walking trails. I enjoyed soaking in the large tub to relax.
