The Blackstone is a large home that provides guests with tons of space to spread out and enjoy. Entering through the front door guests will either enjoy the main living room that offers an electric fireplace! All bedrooms are located on the second floor of the home while the second living room and kitchen are located on the lower level. The dining room has a sturdy wooden table with 6 chairs so all guests can enjoy a meal or play a game together. The kitchen is fully stocked with all plates, cutlery, bakeware, cookware, pots, pans and utensils. All you need to bring is the food and the spices. We provide everything else to cook and prep a good meal. The backyard has a hot tub to accommodate 6 along with outdoor seating! (*Please note the hot tub is seasonal and available from Oct 1st - April 30th and NO pets are allowed at this home*) Come stay to relax!

The main living room offers a peaceful atmosphere with plenty of natural lighting! A large sectional sofa to seat five, an additional chair, electric fireplace and a Smart TV so you don’t miss out on any shows.

Lower level living room:
The lower level living room features a love seat with two additional chairs to kick back and relax. A Smart TV along with an electric fireplace is available for guest use. Also provided is a record player if you are not in the mood for TV and want to have music on while you enjoy one of the board games provided!

Full Refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund.
50% Refund: Cancel 7 to 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.
No Refund: Cancel less than 7 days before check-in and the full amount will be charged. Cleaning fee will be refunded.
**All cancellations will not receive processing fees back**
Special Exception: If you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in, you will receive a full refund.
