This isn't like a typical hotel, I was not expecting the amount of pre-checkin communication. Lots of texts to fill out and pay the deposit before I arrived, plus taking photos of my DL and filling out forms. Not easy to do while working a tradeshow. The place is nice and clean, but I did have to unexpectedly lug my 70lbs of luggage up to the third floor as there is no elevator. Some guests decided to party late in the living room one night, but I appreciated the earplugs provided. Otherwise the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Great location and cute room. Loved that it had its own AC

Good place in neighborhood near Seattle U. It’s one of those automated apartment-style operations. Pros: good price for downtown, good condition. Cons: early checkout (10 am), small room. It’s ok but probably wouldn’t stay there again.

This location turned out perfect for me. My husband was at the Swedish cherry hill campus across the street. Although, as it's been mentioned the parking is not easy. I just left our vehicle at the hospital. There was plenty of food options around. The neighborhood felt very safe. My room was clean and comfortable. I love the shared living space. This gives you a home like feeling unlike a hotel with people running down halls and slamming doors. I would stay again.

The property manager was outstanding with communication and response time. The room was clean and provided a sense of comfort. I will stay there again. I had a car and found a parking spot across the street.

I hadn’t been back to Seattle since I moved 25 years ago. Found this gem on hotels.com. Super clean, check in was super easy communications with the owner was wonderful. He checked up on us until we checked in. This will definitely be my go to place when I come back to Seattle. I highly recommend this place. I’m so glad I chose it.

It was a fantastic stay. The property looked great, and the amenities were lovely. The only thing that was rough was when the keypad to my specific unit stopped working. However, both the host and the customer support were very communicative in finding a solution. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean comfortable room in a good location.

We were there for several days at the hospital, without driving options. Sweet Suites is literally right across the street. It was clean, comfortable and easily accessed.

Property was not ADA compliant. My wife is disabled and was unable to climb two long flights of stairs. We paid the non refundable cleaning fee to gain entry, saw the stairs and we left. Forced to find other accommodations. The vendor didn’t offer to refund anything, even the cleaning deposit.

Loved this property and location. I'm not usually a fan of Expedia since when something goes wrong with a segment of the trip (flight...etc) you're left to figurebitvoutbonbyiur own and then the airlines point finger back to Expedia but for the sake of this review, this place was great to st

Quiet and out of the way!

Great location. Very nice owner communication. The parking near is free

It was a little tricky communicating, but the owner obviously made an effort. It was a very nice property, a great location for my visit, and very economical. Even though, Expedia says there should not have any credit card fees beyond Expedia itself, this like several other properties rented through Expedia, this one does.

Sweet suite is the perfect place to stay when visiting Seattle. It is very clean, cute interior, short walk to the bus stop so an easy access to downtown and other parts you want to visit. Vince is awesome! He replies fast and always very helpful with any questions we might have. We also love the kitchen. It is modern and has everything you might possibly need. Although it is a shared space, we hardly see anyone there. We will definitely stay at Sweet Suite again next time we visit Seattle!

Great spot and communication by the pm. Room was updated and felt safe. The bed was super comfortable and the AC was a nice touch. Only thing I noticed was the bathroom was a bit dirty, hair all over and dust bunnies. Thanks for the great stay!

I enjoyed the location. Walkable.

Nice to be far enough away from the noise of downtown, walkable but it’s a hike, lots of steep hills
Very clean and comfy, I’d suggest these suites to a friend

We came down for an appointment at UW Hospital. I didn’t realize that we were on the 3rd floor with steep stairs. The room was very nice but also very small. Air conditioning worked great but was right next to the bed so had to turn it off because of the noise. No restaurants close by and we didn’t want to lose our parking space (we were warned) so we tried to find something close but health wise it wasn’t best idea. Finally called Uber. On the positive side, it was clean really well except the bathroom sink. Comfortable bed and having a small fridge in the room was great. The communal kitchen & living room would have been perfect under different circumstances. Overall, even with my complaining, I would come again. The owner was very responsive.

It was a really nice set up, you had your own room with a bathroom, and there was a shared space right beside it so it made you feel like you had your own kitchen. It also has Air conditioning. Pretty close to downtown and all then amenities and use of scooter and bikes to get around made it super easy. The only downfall was the shared space smelled quite a bit like garbage, as the garbage under the sink was extremely full. They also do not provide milk or cream for your coffee. Not sure I would stay there again.

The host was really nice and responsive. The place was so cute.

The property is clean and quiet.

I went Seattle to visit the city, and go to a Mariners game. Wanted to be closer things, but this much more affordable. Also, it was not far from the action anyway. I got an Uber every time in under 5 minutes. The check-in process was entirely 'humanless' which was fine, but old man here had to accept this change. The neighborhood around is cute. Some nice with their gardens around. A walk away a coffee shop and a wing place. Those are livable conditions! Fantastic bed, very nice shower. Sounds carries in the place a lot, so my would be not so kid friendly. Your choice

I needed a place to stay while my son is in the hospital for an extended amount of time. This location was excellent. Had an issue with other people not cleaning their dishes in the common area, but the owner took care of the cleaning the next day. Very quiet. Walkable to restaurants, grocery stores, AnyTime Fitness, Seattle U field stadium, tennis courts, and Swedish hospital. Highly recommend staying here.

I really enjoyed how clean and quiet the space was. Having a common area to chat with other travelers reminded me of a hostel. Very nice.

Second time staying at Sweet Suites Cherry Hill. Property meets our needs when visiting family in Seattle. Overall nice place to stay.
Disappointed shower drain needs attention and bathroom ceiling mold issue needs attention before it gets worse.
Would stay here again.

It was a really sweet area, perfect walking distance from some good lunch spots, beautiful gardened neighborhood. It was quiet, the other guests were hardly seen and never heard. Host was very organized and communicative. Check in was super easy and secure. Bed was very comfortable! Thank you 😌

Our stay at Sweet Suites was excellent! We stayed for 2 nights for an event in Seattle and were very pleased with the accommodations. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were cozy without being too small. Vince was super welcoming and helpful and responsive to emails, which was greatly appreciated. The area was very safe as well which made the overall trip a positive experience. We had such a great time here that we plan to book at the Sweet Suites again next time we visit!

Lovely quiet room. Shared kitchen was well kept by residents until our last day. Washer dryer worked well. Would be nice to have a working microwave.

This is a comfortable, stylish place offering spacious rooms and a well-equipped shared kitchen and living room. We had two great nights here and plan to stay here our next visit to Seattle!!

This place is very nice. The bathroom and shower were excellent. The location is safe and easy to access for Uber/Lyft drivers. It can be noisy. We did unfortunately one night have to listen to people talking loudly at 5am. Disrespectful neighbors, nobody's fault. The host responded promptly and was very genuine and nice.
