This is a very convenient and cosy place.

Excellent location with good easy access to a fantastic restaurant ( The Holt ) and breakfast at "Toast".

Comfortable stay

The property was lovely and located where we needed it to be. The host was friendly and checked we were ok and on the day of arrival kept in contact sent a photo so location and key was easy to find. The place is tiny but perfect for us. Clean and tidy with comfortable bed and good shower.

Fabulous base for a busy weekend

We visited Honiton for a wedding and this was the perfect base. It had everything we needed, was spacious and good amenities. Finding the garden room was easy with parking at the property. The owners, although due to our busy schedule we didn’t get to meet them, were lovely and easy to get hold of. It was spacious and clean and in a great location.

Really nice place to stay.

It was spotlessly clean, fresh, bright and comfortable. This is a cabin at the end of a family’s garden. It is peaceful and quiet. Just the birds and the sound of the river. The couple are very friendly and helpful.

Only complaint my husband had was there was no tv!! Didn’t bother me a bit and he watched it on his phone so no complaints really.

Ideal high quality room to base oneself if non breakfast catering isn't needed.

As an occasional wheelchair user with mobility difficulties, the property was ideal for my purposes, flat and level with a single step to get into the premises

The decorative stones immediately outside the property made it slightly difficult to pull my suitcase across

Beautiful little stay.

The room itself is immaculate with ensuite and shower in room. The owners are incredibly kind and so welcoming. They allow use of the garden which backs onto a beautiful little stream. There is so much info in a booklet in your room thats given about the area and also it's only a 5 min walk and you are on the high street. Would definitely stay here again.

Good quality furnishing and decoration. Breakfast items, tea and coffee were a bonus. Quiet loction very close to the high street. Owner was very knowledgeable re the area and places to eat.

A small washing up bowl for cleaning the cups/plates/cutlery would be useful.

Comfortable stay in good value pretty accommodation.

The property is in the garden of the owners house and the key was left in the door for us in case Kimmy was out when we arrived. As it was she was in and came out to welcome us. The Garden Room was cute and well put together with all the facilities you would need. The bed was super comfy and the duvet good quality so we had a wonderful sleep. A simple cold breakfast was provided which was all we needed. There was a small outdoor area where you could sit and have a drink, as well as an area by the river you could use if you wanted. Would definitely recommend for a couple/single person who wanted a good value place to stay in Honiton. Both Kimmy and her husband were very friendly, gave plenty of information and were very happy to help in any way.

You could hear the traffic from the nearby A30, but not too loudly and it was not a problem for us.

Kim & James were perfect hosts - very helpful, great communication and very hospitable.

The ideal short break.

The accommodation was brilliant for our short stay ,spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, everything has been thought out for visitors, the area down by the river is lovely with seating to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere ,kimmy is a brilliant host ,she made us feel very welcome and if we needed anything she was there ,only a 5 minute walk and you have shops,pubs ,restaurants to visit ,we had a lovely couple of days and we will definitely return to the garden room ,when we are in the area again.

Beautifully presented and very clean. Very friendly and helpful Host. Excellent location!

We had a really lovely stay. The Garden Room is located in a very good spot with the High Street a few minutes walk away with lots of shops, pubs, restaurants and more. It is beautifully decorated and very clean. The host Kimmy made us feel very welcome and left us with some lovely goodies for breakfast and more. The Garden Room has a seating area just outside with a gate to a lovely garden area with a bench, perfect for our little Westie. So beautiful and quiet and full of nature. Excellent Location! We had such a lovely stay.

Location was very great. The host was amazing and very friendly. She had everything arranged perfectly. The room was very cozy and well decorated. We felt very welcomed and at home and had a great stay overall.
