Nice cosy living space, clean kitchen, every room was clean and comfortable. The attic was brilliant. 3 bathrooms were all great also. It also felt like a designated parking spot right outside the property.

Everything but you need to change the bed on the room on top room
The bed on the 3rd room

Has wifi.
Strange odour throughout the whole house, and Bedroom 2 only has one bed when it is supposed to have three.

Spotlessly clean
Could have done with some tea towels and a vacuum cleaner or long handled brush as we stayed for a week.

The code to the key locker worked well. It was probably the only thing that worked as expected.
The following:
1. A stench like none other across the property. It got more severe the higher you went in the ground plus 2 property.
2. No hand towels in the toilets, some didn't even have floor mats.
3. No soaps or amenities in the toilets and bathrooms.
4. No laundry detergents or dishwashing soaps.
5. Terrible internet connection. Couldn't conduct any calls or watch anything on TV. We ended up using 5G on our devices.
6. Main toilet/bathroom door not locking. It rendered the bathroom useless.
7. Clear marks across the bedrooms of urination on the walls and behind doors. Top floor bedroom and attic completely unusable due to urine stench.
8. Smoke alarm kept going off for no reason.

Location amenities, provided in the house
The smell of the house. I don't know whether it was the deodoriser you were using plugged into socket outlets. These had an unpleasant choking & suffocating unpleasant smell. We had to open doors & WINDOWS to breathe.

Good size. Close to Manchester City centre
The property is described in its title as ‘luxury’. This is misleading. Upon entering the property there was a very strong unpleasant smell.
We realised quickly that this was coming from the carpet on the stairs and on the upper floors. It smelt strongly of a mixture of old pet urine and cleaning fluid. It was very off putting.
Also, the sheets on the beds were not what we expected from a ‘luxury’ overnight stay. Although clean, they were not the standard clean white bed linen expected in a rental stay but a strange brushed patterned sheet which didn’t feel as freshly laundered as white bed linen can be.
The kitchen was lacking basic kitchen utensils such as bread boards etc.

Very spacious and quiet, lovely neighbourhood. Easy to follow instructions from the host.
We booked this property because of the two bathrooms, but we’re only able to use one, which was inconvenient because we were a large group. The water in the en-suite bathroom upstairs kept stopping if someone was using the downstairs bathroom and/or other taps.
Also although the house was clean there was a damp/pet smell, almost as if a cat/dog had had an accident in one of the rooms previously.

Likes: spacious house and car park facilities
Dislikes: house needed to be aired out before our arrival, level of cleaning: towels smelled like fish gone off, sofa was smelly, dishwasher disgusting, old drink marks on lounge table and walls in bedroom. Outside could be more looked after such as lawn being mowed.

such a nice well designed building and it’s really big inside. it’s appealing to the eye. parking is amazing and it’s a nice quite area.
it had a weird smell at times and didn’t feel like it was fully dusted down.
