This 3-story 1,276-square-foot townhome features a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, hand-scraped hardwood floors, a private balcony, wood-burning fireplace, and heated garage. Walk about 2 blocks to the Snowflake Lift for access to Peak 8, hike and bike on numerous trails outside your door, and relax in the 3 community hot tubs and pool! -- THE PROPERTY -- * NOTE: The pool and hot tubs are seasonally closed from the end of the ski season around mid-April through Memorial Day weekend, and from mid-September through the beginning of ski season around mid-November * Bedroom 1: King Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, Twin Bed w/ Twin Trundle | Living Room: Full Sleeper Sofa Park the car in the private, heated garage, unload your gear, place your boots on the heated boot and glove rack, and step inside this recently remodeled Breckenridge townhouse. Almost every surface has been upgraded in this ski-in property, from the hand-scraped hardwood floors to the kitchen and new Andersen windows! This Winterpoint II townhome features all of the comforts and conveniences of home, plus more amenities and space than a typical condo or hotel. Relax on the supremely comfortable Crate & Barrel sectional couch positioned in front of a diagonal wood-paneled wall in the living room! The central living space features tall vaulted ceilings, updated decor, 65-inch Samsung 4k QLED Smart TV, a stacked stone-surrounded wood-burning fireplace with wood provided plus high-speed wireless internet access. Enjoy the cozy feel of a fire at night while playing games in the peaceful quiet, as this unit is sound-insulated from neighboring townhouses. Step up the slate tile steps and enter the second-level dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Prepare delicious home-cooked meals in the gourmet kitchen, complete with sleek granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, Calphalon cookware, and Henckels knives. The pantry is stocked with K-cups, tea, and many cooking spices and baking essentials. The 6-person dining table with Parsons chairs can be easily converted with leaf addition to seat 2 more for larger crews, so your entire group can eat together. Walk up the berber carpeted stairs to access the two very comfortably furnished bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. The Master bedroom offers a sumptuous king bed with an upholstered headboard, 2 closets, and a private balcony with views of the surrounding pines and the western mountain range! Knowing that a good night's rest is important after a day in the mountains, an assortment of new, top-rated pillows are provided on each bed. Down the long hallway with local mountain-inspired decor you'll find the second bedroom with a queen bed and a twin-over-twin trundle bed with views of the trees and mountains to the East. Kids and close friends adore this room for its large sleeping capacity and attached private bathroom. The property also offers a Pack-N-Play for infants, along with in-unit laundry machines in case you need to freshen up your clothes throughout your stay! * Breckenridge Business License No. 3794 50001 * -- THE LOCATION -- This townhouse is located within the Winterpoint II community and affords guests access to the Upper Village outdoor pool and 3 hot tubs, located within very short walking distance just down the path from the townhome front door. Newly remodeled, the complex features seasonal amenities including a saline pool that is kept warm in the winter, 1 indoor/2 outdoor hot tubs, an outdoor pool, a changing room, showers, bathrooms, and indoor pool entry. This property is situated a block and a half away from both the Snowflake Ski Lift and the Four O'Clock Run, providing an easy ski-in capability to the unit. Hiking and biking trails start just outside our door, so you’re close to the action year-round. Carter Park is less than a mile from the townhouse and is a fantastic place to sled in the winter, or take a short drive or bus ride and go ice skating at West Arena. In the summer, hike up the Sawmill Trail to the reservoir from the bottom of the Snowflake Lift. Walk, bike, or jog from the townhome to and along the Blue River bike path which leads from Breckenridge to Frisco. Take your mountain bike up the ski lift and ride back to the townhouse at the end of the day! If you're in the mood for some retail therapy, walk 5 minutes to Blue River Plaza in the central Breckenridge village to explore over 200 retailers, including Joy of Sox, Marigolds, Ohana, and Wandering Daisy! The city hosts year-round festivals that provide endless opportunities for fun. The Winterpoint complex is located on the Breckenridge Free Ride bus routes, which can take you just about anywhere when you don’t want to walk or drive. When you’re not dining at the townhouse, try out one of Breckenridge’s delicious local restaurants. For a special meal, visit Hearthstone for an unforgettable upscale dining experience.
