Downstairs consists of the garage, laundry room, large office and family room w/ fireplace, one guest bedroom with a king size bed, one bathroom and a lovely deck with bay and ocean views. Upstairs features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room w/ fireplace, dining area and kitchen. The primary bedroom is spacious with a fireplace and sitting area, a King sized bed, en suite bathroom with a large shower and jetted bathtub. The upstairs guest bedroom has a queen sized bed and is located next to the guest bathroom. The main living space is open concept with panoramic ocean views. This home is equipped with all the essentials you’ll need to live comfortably during your stay. Outside you will enjoy an open yard with small deck and charcoal bbq. The front yard is fenced for your pet if you choose to bring one. This property is available nightly, weekly or monthly.

Also located nearby is The Elfin Forrest. This is about 90 acres in size, and is located in Los Osos on the southeastern shore of Morro Bay. You could walk from the property or drive a couple minutes to enjoy this beautiful place. Website: https://www.elfin-forest.org/index.htm

The local surf shops in Morro Bay offer wetsuit rentals and sales and there are several kayak rental shops that also offer stand up paddleboard (SUP) lessons, bike rentals, boat rentals, beach gear and much more. There are also local whale watching and day and overnight fishing boat tours.

The nearest airport is in San Luis Obispo (SLO), a 30 min. drive by car. Some of the local attractions include California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo. Hearst Castle, built by William Randolph Hearst is about a 40 min. drive north on Highway 1. There are numerous wineries in the Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo areas. The Big Sur coastline is about a two hour drive North. Don’t miss the elephant seals that populate the area in San Simeon along with all our other wildlife. There are great hiking trails north along Highway 1 or at Montana de Oro State Park in Los Osos.
