Everything was fine .
We could do with a replacement of two single bed as it’s almost sleeping like in a spring.

The caravan was superb. I cannot fault the caravan whatsoever or Katherine as she text me whilst she was on holiday in Italy about the curtain rail. The caravan was beautiful inside, clean, great en suite in bedroom and good location
This is nothing against Katherine at all or the standard of the caravan. This big moan is about booking.com and oakdene. I have put a large review on trip advisor and Google about oakdene. In a nutshell if you book on booking.com or any other site except oakdene you do not receive any park passes. I'm not sure if other websites mention about it but booking.com didn't. So whilst the park has a bar, restaurant, pool, sauna, gym, arcade machines etc, none of these are available to use unless you have a park pass. You can use the shop and that is it. You have to pay to get a pass so in effect if you are an adult you are paying £11 per day to just go to the bar or restaurant and pool. If you just want a drink one night it's £11 for the pass then the expensive drinks on top. I can understand having to pay to use the pool, or gym or activities. However to pay that to pay more money to complex to have a drink or meal is ridiculous. They try to fob it off on the caravan owners. So beware. If you are not bothered about using the pool or having a meal on site or a drink then great. As above, the caravan has no faults.

The Park was nice and the reception staff friendly.
We had to pay £78.00 to use the facilities on top of our booking cost.
