Comfy beds. Good size. Warm with heat pump. Great value for money.
Tight parking. Travel to check-in. Cold bathroom floor tiles.

Very good value for money! Would definitely stay again if needed.
We got a complementary upgrade to a one bedroom suite, which is great, but the stairs to the bedroom was quite narrow and deep, might not be suitable for someone have leg problems, but we were fine with it. Just FYI.

It was nice and quiet and friendly
The bed is was hard couldn’t get to sleep

Location and it was clean
Stairs to bottom room are steep I am sure they are not regulation height with no railings. BIG SAFETY HAZARD. You have to go to a different motel to get your key card. I requested a ground floor room because I recently had a knee surgery. They gave me a room with a basement bedroom. Also I had to write down my credit card details as they charge a bond. It's been 3 days no refund returned even though we left it in the same condition. The whole experience with kings court and the rest of the motels they run is Dodgy.

Everything was disappointing. Call girls in the room next door, with people going in and out all night, they were very busy lol
Bed uncomfortable.
Would not stay there afain

Very close to supermarket and dining options
For the price we paid for 3 as well as the short notice. It was good value after a rainy road trip.

We had to go down the street to another motel along to street to get checked in / key ,etc .
The location of the motel by other motels was good BUT disgusting around the property / outside of bldg was shabby / flats or whatever further down drive people permanently live didn't look very nice.
In shower / toilet area needed cleaning and a good coat of paint.Looked unhygenie.Kitchen was messy and no milk or coffee, etc if you to even plucked up the courage to have a drink there.
Certainly wouldn't go there again or refer anyone to it!

Price was the biggest bonus, but the smell (clean) was what surprised the most.
Noisy people out on the street mostly, but it wasnʻt too bad

Very spacious
Hard bed and not much information telling you where reception was(down the road).A note in the window of what would have been the reception telling you to go down the road would be better than a sign on the roof you don't notice unless your looking up(we noticed the sign when we got back)

Had everything we needed. Good location
10.0 / 10.0
The closeness to the city.
Having a little flat to ourselves it kinda had everything there. You could live in it if you needed too.
We were able to park right outside our unit.
That the office was way down the road, but everyone behaved themselves around us anyway.
Scraping the bottom of the car in and out of office area. The bridge was too deep.

Cleaned each day, was quieter than I thought it would be. Handy location, could walk to shops. Free wifi was great too, nice and warm. Nice helpful staff member checked us in, decent sized milk given for coffee.
Beds were terrible. Very clean,, but super uncomfortable. Not romantic at all. Harsh lighting I. The rooms, it was either operating toom bright or darkness. Kitchen very very tired and dated, like the whole room really, but was appointed with most of the things you would require. Extra pillows and blanket would have been nice, but too be fair, I didn't call and request them, and I'm confident they would have been provided if I had

terrible, no info. we arrived, no staff, no notice of what to do, finally found we had to go up the road to a different motel to book in! finally we’re we’re in only to be disturbed by a knock on the door from another guest who was lost too!!! disgusting service all around
old untidy, pool empty just rough

Old and very in need of demolition

Rooms are not value for money, beds extremely uncomfortable, bathrooms and kitchens were substandard and we were placed in a room next to a noisy group.

*Friendly reception, explained everything to a T and super helpful at check-in. Called in last minute due to driving long hours in a day.
*Easy to find.
*The shower head broke just minutes after my daughter turned it on. Was cracked and due to the awesome pressure it just blew right off from the hose. Called reception to inform and it felt like a blame game. I took pics and sent an email, got a response from the manager a day later along with my bond and an apology. Thank you..
* Needs another pillow on each bed.
* Online pics depict a higher standard.

When I walked in there were 4 cockroaches on the kitchen wall and a car from next door was parked long ways. Was given no milk and this is the 4th time I have booked through Hygate but different premises.
