Really authentic, tidy , Brilliant location just 2 minutes from the metro and great area for food and drinks.
Pillows were too big but that’s it !
3.0
Good location in walking distance from the Bologna metro station and Tiburtina railway station
Contactless check-in and check-out
When we arrived the room was like a sauna: windows were open (with 37C degrees outside)
AC unit was outdated and placed under the window, so it was cooling the windowsill, not the room. Even after 5 hours of this air conditioner was working the room cooled down just a little and it was obviously not enough to call the temperature inside the room comfortable
The room had the tiniest TV I have ever seen in my life
5.0
The breakfast was excellent and the position perfect
All was perfect . They dont need to do anymore.
4.0

Fantastic position only 5 minutes from metro stop in piazza Bologna
no bidet
3.0
Close to metro
Very friendly owner
Clean, with bed made and fresh towels daily
Close to a 24 hour supermarket that had some vegan options
We were in room 1 -
No awards for interior design. The ceiling was dirty/you could see where the old light fitting once was.
There are not enough plugs to charge 2 phones and a watch and have a lamp on too. We used the room as a rest stop between walking for 9+ non stop walking a day, so to be able to quickly recharge devices would have been better. maybe install USB sockets?
The bed was 2 singles pushed together and on the harder side, which is fine for me but my partner didn’t get the best sleep. an in between might be more suitable.
You’re only given 1 set of keys and there’s no turn lock on the inside of the room, so, if you’re in a couple and one of you wants to leave the other has to be locked in the room. Changing the locks to a turn lock would make this safer/more convenient.
4.0
The location was good, although a little noisy until the gelato place downstairs closed. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. They also offered us a solution to leave our bag with them for a few hours after check-out and the use of a spare bathroom if needed.
There is no refrigerator in the room, to cool at least some bottles of water, and the bathroom lacks something to hang the towels on.
4.0
The location was convenient, close to the Metro station.

very nice staff members. it was really close to the metro station
the bathroom was considerably small and during the hot day a fridge was much needed.
Very few toiletries provided, also we were given the chance to make our own coffe however the coffe machine was broken

2.0
the staff was very helpful even though they didn’t speak English.
the air conditioning was turned in but didn’t work. so hot we couldn’t sleep and there are many stairs. no elevator
3.0
The staff was nice and easily reachable
I couldn’t sleep because of the room was poorly soundproofed and the roller shutter didn’t close properly, so some light was coming in.
