My stay at this motel was unacceptable due to numerous safety, cleanliness, and maintenance issues. My key card didn’t work for three days because the lock battery was dead. Management was polite but unable to resolve it, leaving me to rely on staff to unlock my room each time. I had to leave the door unlocked whenever I went out, which felt incredibly unsafe, especially since the deadbolt didn’t work, there was no safety latch, and a large gap under the door let in cold air and noise all night. The room reeked of smoke, and the smoke detector had been taped over, a serious safety hazard. The bed had no sheets, only a thin blanket, and the towels provided were limited to two stained hand towels, with no full-sized towels available. There was no garbage can in the room, and housekeeping was unavailable despite requests on the two designated days. The bathroom was in disrepair, with a leaking toilet, an exposed power socket, and poor lighting—flies were trapped in fixtures, and one lamp strobed constantly. The ceiling light was stained with mold or water damage, adding to the unpleasant atmosphere. Breakfast was minimal, offering only bread and spreads, with no juice or variety. While some staff were friendly, the overall neglect of safety, cleanliness, and basic amenities made this an untrustworthy and uncomfortable experience. Significant improvements are needed before this property can meet even the most basic expectations.

Since the front desk the experience was terrible, I had to wait 14 minutes while the attendant was smoking outside! The room has many cockroaches and the bathroom was dirty with woman’s periods blood. The floor was really greasy and dirty! Never again even for free! And my 100 dólares that was on hold never came back even after 3 phone calls with the front desk !

Room was disgusting. Mold on bathroom walls. Sheets were terrible. My luggage became wet sitting on floor. I did not sleep. Was told they didn't have another room by desk clerk. (When I arrived I had to wait wait 30 minutes just for someone to show up at the desk) Look at pictures. When I canceled the rest of the trip then they offered a different room. Maybe a little bit of magic but probably not. Never received a promised refund

The worst place I have ever stayed. Unsafe, dirty in all the rooms (they changed my room 3 times) infested with cockroaches. This place should be closed. I asked for my money back because the place does not look anything like the photos on the hotels.com website, but since I had already checked in they didn't let me. This is ridiculous... how are you going to know if the place is horrible, dirty and has insects if you don't see the room... and they don't let you see the room if you don't check in... totally ripped off. DO NOT COME to this place.

I was attracted by the great price. However, I encountered several issues that impacted my experience: 1. The main door to the room didn’t work properly. 2. The bathroom door couldn’t be closed. 3. The floor was dirty. 4. The towels and sheet were stained. I hope these concerns can be addressed for future guests, as they significantly affected my stay.

The room I got the tv didn’t work, drawers were broken, room smelled like mold, and bathrooms smelled awful like they never cleaned the pipes, towels were dirty and worn it was more of a rag rather than towels, the fridge was gross and leaked water. And the front door looked like someone broke in because it looked ran down. Also there was no trash can in my room. So overall I didn’t enjoy my stay.

Checked in and left within the hour, lost money but i couldn't stay in a place that had public hair in the bed, urine stains on the comforter and sheets. The place was in disrepair and staff told me they had no cleaning services unless it was Tuesday or Thursday. When i said i was going to check out they found clean sheets but no comforter. Would avoid at all costs.

Room was covered in roaches. We got in late (after11) only to find multiple live roaches roaming our room. We stayed elsewhere and the hotel wouldn’t complete a refund in full.

I was smoking outside and a black guy walk in asking for money and he has a gun in his waist ! I left the hotel right at that moment! I saw he was staying in room number 508 on August 27/ 2024 hope the hotel do some sort of control and banned this scary guy!

the 1st room we got, the doors deadbolt would not latch, the smoke alarm was missing, the room was dirty, the bathroom door is missing. We was given a different room but the ac was broken, after that we got into a room that was " acceptable " however the smoke alarm is still missing, the mini fridge is disgusting, the room was dirty we had to wear socks and they turned colors from the floor, the rooms are over ran and infested with roaches, the area is questionable , the tenants 2 doors down would go out to smoke a joint, the area reeks of pot . the only good thing was the staff moved us no questions asked to different rooms. the old saying is you get what you pay for is true here, when i read travel lodge by wyndam i had high hopes .. will not be back

The room was nasty. Cable was off. Count not watch tv. The fridge leaked. Drawers did not close. My grandkids said the pool area was the best part of the hotel.

Bedding was covered in what looked like sweat stains, bed had bed bugs, room smelled like mold or urin, and bugs in the shower:( Pictures did not match hotel inside or outside. Checked in and checked out less than an hour. Front desk employee was nice:) Policy is once you check in you can’t get a refund but definitely did not feel comfortable so we checked out:(

Room was not properly maintained. The electricity did not work properly throughout the room with the exception of the bathroom. Out of six lights in the entire room. Only one worked so the room was very dim. When requesting to change rooms, the front desk provided our family with a light bulb to change in the room. The front desk claim that there were multiple guests checking in the same weekend and there were no other rooms available. However, throughout my stay, not even half of the rooms were full. The room was not able to be reviewed by maintenance for a total of 3 days until they were available on site. We were finally given a extra lamp to help light the room. The faucet in the bathroom was loose and about to fall off. There was only one towel for a family of three in the bathroom. This was a very difficult stay for my family and a very subpar room that clearly was not maintained adequately.

I thought I would take a chance staying here since it was only for one night, but I couldn’t do it. The rooms were too ick. Our first room the mini fridge looked like it had been thrown down a flight of stairs. The walls near and in the bathroom had water damage that they tried to cover with paint and an exposed light switch near the bathroom. The second room she gave us (right next-door) smelled like Pine-Sol and pee mixed together. There was dirt and sticky stuff caked on the light next to the TV. My son said it looked like Jeffrey Dahmer used to stay there. I let the manager know that we couldn’t stay due to the conditions of the room. There is a sign posted in the lobby, saying no refunds after check-in. I am not upset about losing $75, my peace of mind is worth more than that. I suggest checking the room out if possible before checking completely in. It is located near a lot of restaurants and Walmart, just in an inconvenient spot by a traffic light.

If there was -1star option for this hotel, this would be its rate. It’s terrible. There are holes in the curtains and blankets. The curtains don’t close so everyone is outside can see you. The breakfast options were: cereal, milk and coffee. I asked the staff for bread and some pastries and the answer was no because if she put pastries for that morning they wouldn’t have any more pastries for the rest of the week. The tv didn’t work at all.

This place is DISGUSTING!!! The pictures are not accurate at ALL. We had a roach in our room, our tiny fridge was filthy and leaking. It was something out of a nasty movie. Don’t go here

All the amenities you need for a stay absolutely great place for the price. I would recommend and will book again if needed when my man visits again. Love that its one story and you park right in front of your room. Employees are sweet as pie and helpful. Free ice, the showers get hot and the beds are comfortable

Beware.. scammers, they charged me and refused to refund me after I found the unit they gave me was in poor condition and has sewage odor. Staff were rude especially the manager why kept lying to my face. I wouldn’t stay there even if they paid me. Stay away from this one.

I give the service a 3 out of 10, the place is horrible, they don't have house keeping, only Tuesdays and Thursdays. The place is full of cockroaches. The beds are super uncomfortable. They don't have dryers. They only give you about 4 towels. The dirtiest sheets are stained. I don't recommend going with children. The place has 0 hygiene. The doors are broken. The noise from the people who are staying is unbearable at dawn. you can not sleep. If you bathe, the tub gets clogged and many other things, it was the most horrible thing.

Facility was well maintained. I like that it’s all one floor and you don’t have to drag your luggage up some stairs. The room was a decent size with a fridge. Older units, could use some upkeep but good value for the price and location.

Greeted by a very cheerful member of staff, genuinely friendly. Check in process was easy. Room was as expected, first time I'd stayed in what I would call a 'motel' room and it was a great experience. Tbh if I ever go back to Orlando to do other parks then I'd be more than happy to stay for a week or two. Everything you need is in throwing distance and the Disney parks are less than 10 mins drive. You have to keep a look out for the super8 sign after the 7-11 as I didn't find it obvious not being a native driver there but that doesn't detract from the warm welcome or having a functional place to stay. TBH I felt better treated there than in the 4* hotel I checked into today in South Beach Miami.

Checked in on Thursday May 16 was suppose to stay until May 19. First off the beds had sand in the sheets. The neighbors pulled in around 2am let there kids cry and scream while the man stood there and smoked a cigarette. I ended up checking out the next day. Front desk man was like oh well when we told him everything.

Really gross even though they look like tried to update. Pictures are deceiving. Dingy sheets, air conditioning is wall unit, dirty wall stains and unfinished...you just feel gross sleeping there
