The location is superb, just across the bus station from and to the airport and tours out of the city. It's also very close to the city centre for shopping and eating, and the Glasgow Queen Street Station is a short walk away. That was why we chose the property and the location did not disappoint. The telephone staff and property manager online were all very prompt and helpful with questions and concerns.
There are reviews months old that complained about the mould and state of disrepair with the bathroom area and I was really disappointed that they were not addressed and resolved before our stay. I have mould allergies and it affected my health negatively for the 8 days we were there. We also had issues with the toilet that were repaired the next day, but it beggars belief that a management company with 43 properties in their charge could not address these issues when they was first flagged for them in the summer by renters. Also, small items like tissues, paper towels, and basic soap and hand towels were not on hand, which cost so little but add a touch of comfort and care that was really lacking here. I travel to Glasgow once or twice a year, and was sorely disappointed by the lack of professionalism in presentation and comforts that I would expect at this price. I won't be recommending this place to friends and really hope the management company gets their act together for future clients.

The bed had a new mattress and it was comfortable. I liked the kitchen, that was helpful for my purpose as an athlete.
The apartment, the cutlery and the dishes were not very clean. Mold in the bathroom, as well in the shower/ bathtub as on the ceiling. During the night I had bugs crawling across the floor.
The water heating system was relatively loud and the immediate neighborhood was questionable with trash on the walking ways and in the parking lot.
The apartment was totally overpriced for that.
