Buena

La casa tenía todo lo básico para pasar unos días. El propietario estuvo atento a nuestras peticiones en todo momento. La llegada fue fácil. Cerca de paradas de autobús. La calefacción muy buena, calienta rápido la casa, aunque más las plantas de arriba (comedor y cocina).

La distribución de la casa, cada vez que quieres algo de la cocina hay que subir hasta arriba del todo. Aunque estaba cerca de transporte, está un poquito alejado del centro y fue difícil (en algunos momentos) que llegara un taxi a tiempo.

Litt kluss med kodelås som ikke var oppdatert via Booking.com Var og vanskelig å komme i direkte kontakt med vert via tlf.

Forslag til forbedringer i leiligheten; Bedre innfo pm hvor Bossdunkene befinner seg. Vi fant dem etter mye leting. Anbefaler utskifting av stekepanner da disse var ødelagt og ubrukelige en oppgradering av badevifte bør gjøres da denne bråket extremt mye. Til sist Rengjøring av komfyr.

Awful place and NOT an apartment

Nothing to like

This is NOT an apartment. A terraced house, in a dodgy area, on 3 levels. The stairs are very steep, the kitchen is on the top floor (mezzanine in the loft space), bedroom and bathroom doors are sliding but the are very stiff and don't go all the way across. No idea how to open the patio doors as there were no instructions. The place was filthy dirty and loads of cobwebs. The kitchen had very little in terms of equipment, but to be honest, it was so dirty, I wouldn't want to use anything in there. The worst thing was balls of pubic hair in the bathroom (see photos).... definitely did not use the shower. We were so disgusted we didn't stay a second night. The management did refund the second night but refused to refund the cleaning charge, which clearly did not take place!

Uncomfortable and unpleasant

Location was okay for me as I needed to get to Manchester Airport for 5:30 in the morning. So, good location.

1. The boiler wasn't working and did not respond to hot water or heating demands. So we had only cold water at the taps. We could not take showers; plus we had little ones (5 months old and 5 years old). The house was cold. I exchanged texts with the host about this but it made no difference. 2. Cleaning must have been shabbily done or cheaply paid for as I saw strands of hair everywhere especially the bathroom sink and on the bedsheets of both rooms.
