Plenty of room for the kiddos to horse around up there, too! The room also features a spacious deck with breathtaking views of the neighboring canyons and Pacific Ocean. A massive patio on the ocean side has multiple seating/lounge areas for soaking up the California sunshine, a large fire pit to enjoy on a balmy night and a Traeger grill for the barbeque master. Views encompass the Santa Monica Bay, Catalina Island, Palos Verdes lighthouse, Manhattan Beach, skyscrapers of Century City and more. This one-of-a-kind family home is a great space for children to play and roam. Situated on 2 acres across from Point Dume, this stunning home offers casual living and a wonderful calming energy.
