La comida muy sabrosa y variada
Áreas verdes un poco descuidadas

The resort was clean and modern. The staff were friendly, and most of them were willing to help out at all times. It's a beautiful resort with lots of nice areas to relax. Food had a very nice variety as well and you get a few complimentary shuttles to some tourist sites.
We weren't informed about the resort a la carte formal restaurant and almost missed out on the most delicious and beautiful experience. I'm not sure why we weren't told about it, but thankfully, some other guests we met recommened it. Please note that they also have a very strict dress code in the restaurant, so watch out for that.
In the rooms, a lot of things are available on request, i.e., bathrobes etc, so just ask.

The food options were good and the hotel itself is nice
The AC in our room didn't work for the first half of our stay and resulted in our clothes having a damp feeling the entire time. One day we received new towels and they were obviously used with a huge brown substance on it.
5.0
nice 1 bedroom suite with 2 balconies, spacious and clean
à la carte restaurant very delicious, seafood also fresh
sushi chef was friendly and has great disposition
secondary pools very quiet and clean
spa brand new and clean, massage expensive and therapist undertrained
We were not told that this resort was in a soft opening until august yet we paid premium full price!
still construction going on so noisy daytime
staff insufficient and poorly trained, no F and B managers supervising, no gift shop or convenience store
insufficient cleaning staff for common areas...elevators filthy for 5 days, glass windows and bays untidy
remote location so pretty much captive of the resort

Everything, amazing experience!

Beautiful property very big upon arrival our bedroom floor was very dirty with footprints but once pointed out staff called house keeping to the room and they cleaned the floor.other than that issue the property is very nice clean and beautiful!
The majority of the staff was not welcoming at all there were maybe 2 guys that were extremely nice and greeted us. Made sure we had assistance all throughout our stay

Great room size, but the hotel isn't finished; there's serious grime on the balconies too, ergo needs a good scrub!
Fabulous Atlantic seascape and the fierce waves will lull you to sleep should you sleep with the balcony open, once the DJ packs in around 10:30 pm that is.
Many friendly Bajan staff. Good to see.
Great fun, but in terms of this hotel being a supposedly grand five-star establishment, they need to up their game with the service levels and general etiquette.
Fine dining is excellent.
That level, but across the board if they expect to draw holiday makers from the west coast where five star means five star!
The external amenities at the hotel simply aren't clean.
There was vomit just left all night and all morning on one of the sun loungers and the surrounding floor area.
A guest obviously had far too much to drink the previous night revelling. By the time I spotted it it was way past 11:30 am.
It was nearby to a day bed.
There were smashed champagne flutes just left nearby.
I had to notify housekeeping, but to be fair they were on it within the hour.

Beautiful hotel fabulous facilities
Check in was very slow.

The hotel staff were absolutely amazing. The ladies at the front desk made my stay amazing, I was extremely sad when I had to leave. The gentleman at the front when I arrived went about and beyond helping me with travel and luggage.
There could’ve been more Caribbean food. It seemed targeted for America and I came there to eat native cuisine, so more Caribbean choices would have been amazing.

Food was terrific and Kemar at the front desk was outstanding welcoming my wife and I when I made an error making my reservation!!
The floors in the room needed cleaning.
8.0
The hotel was great, great entertainment and great staff.
I would definitely stay there again.
The only downside was the gym and spa not being opened at the time.
6.0
The design is stunning. The employees were very nice. The food at the reservation restaurant was delicious. The pool area is very beautiful.
It is very far away from everything. I needed some over the counter medicine and had to pay US $50 for the taxi ride! There is only one local restaurant within walking distance. The hotel is brand new and the staff is inexperienced. The bars are poorly stocked and the bartenders are inexperienced. The water at the beach area is very rough.

Location is good.
The service sucks. Very slow. Poor food. Not clean at all.
The air conditioning didn’t work, we were not compensated.

Beautiful, new hotel on the quieter side of the island. Our room was great - very spacious, and the food and drink options were generous (no supplements or hidden charges for things). The gym and spa were not yet open during our stay but all other facilities appeared to be available.
Our only complaint was that we were only able to dine in the fine dining restaurant (Castle View) on one evening during our stay as we were not informed that booking was required - this could have been better communicated. Otherwise, we were very happy with every other aspect of our stay!
10.0
Modern facilities which were clean. Staff were very friendly and never failed to help.
A little away from everything, tried phoning reception from the room numerous times but had no response.
7.0
Spacious rooms. Well kept gardens and pool areas
Still not fully open so no spa and work out facilities. Not even an on site shop for everyday essentials. Staff still in training phase so service in Restaurants left a lot to be desired
9.0
The room was very comfortable with a great sea view. The service was excellent as was the food and drink provided. Check in and check out easy.
The beach is not ready yet for guests. Some facilities are not open for instance the spa and gym. If occupancy is high the restaurant choice would be limited.
9.0
The hotel was very beautiful, the food was amazing and the bed in the hotel room was very cozy and comfortable. The hotel staff were very pleasant and polite. The rum bar was an added bonus to the overall hotel experience.
Room service could’ve been more responsive and timely

Hotel on arrival, my immediate decision was to return next year for a month but as the week went on this changed .
All guests later in the week were at the hotel for a conference, I did not get clean towels , a room clean , unable to have lunch due the quantity of people in the eating area.

The staff are not trained it’s not worth 5 star
Unorganised

The Ambiance is good, and very clean and spacious
That you can not control the Air Control and it made my husband sick as it was way too cold, not even the comforter help. Also the food all inclusive, but at times there was only 2 items that I could have partake off.

Sam Lords is a beautiful new hotel. The location is just superb. Beautiful grounds, spacious rooms, super clean, big balcony, stunning ocean view. The staff extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
9.0
The staff was very friendly and the hotel was new.
It was still so new that all the restaurants and stuff wasn’t open yet
6.0
Fantastic location, modern, clean. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful.
Arranging a late checkout on day of arrival only to be told the next morning they were cancelling the previously agreed offer. No themed restaurants open or available for dining. Standard buffet. Nothing special, not 5* fine dining as advertised.
7.0
Needed more continental options and variety.
In room dining always had something missing. One day syrup, another no milk for the coffee and another day an entree was missing. Not a lot of hand sanitizer stations in key places such as dining room and bars.

Staff
Booking process was so bad (constant promises of calls backs from the reservations team that never happened). Checkin process is really inefficient (requesting the same info multiple times) - the receptionist promised to check something with management for me and let me know the answer. I am still waiting.
Food - In the afternoon, the all inclusive food offering was limited to a man cooking burgers under a tent. Then there was a buffet of “hot” food for dinner - it was all cold. Really substandard. I had a glass of orange juice out of the mini bar - cheap cheap orange juice. Was horribke.
Outside my room was a stack of dirty plates and glasses - they remained there for my entire stay. It was disgusting.
The water from the shower leaked out and went all over the bathroom. The finish on the room was really poor - paint all over the tiles. The grouting was poor. The finish of the hotel in general was really cheap and badly done.

Loved the exercise class with Romain and other girl
Shower drain needed cleared

The staff were very nice and welcoming.
The resort is beautiful and once all the facilities are open it would be a great place to holiday
The property has potential. I think it’s prematurely opened and all the facilities are not available yet (Spa, Fitness centre) it would have been nice to know this information at the time of the booking. I was at the resort for a week, on my own and there’s not a great deal to do. The resort is far from most things, taxi’s in and out of town become expensive when you’re using them daily.
In regards to the staff, everyone was super lovely and welcoming, but I found their workmanship was inconsistent.

The breakfast was excellent
The property Needs more direction signs
