Ranbir House is a superb home with an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove, a utility, and a games room and table tennis outside. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and a Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of two king-sizes, one with en-suite shower, a double, and a twin, serviced by a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture, along with off-road parking available. Within 0.5 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.8 miles, a pub and please note, this property welcomes one well-behaved dog, but is non-smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Enjoy a memorable escape to Ranbir House. Note: Stream in garden, please make sure children are always supervised.
