Brian was so easy to work with and answered all questions promptly. Kitchen and bathrooms have all been remodeled and look great. Conveniently located near Peter’s Point beach, coffeehouse, grocery and gas.

This place was perfect for our group of five adults and could have easily handled nearly three times as many people. The open kitchen/dining/living areas gave us so much room to spread out. We loved the porch and the backyard. Tremendous location. Beautifully but functionally designed home. Just perfect in every way! Hosts were so helpful when we had some weather-related issues. 10 out of 10, would stay here again.

We so enjoyed our stay at Buccaneer Bungalow! Very well stocked kitchen for cooking. A fenced in backyard for our pup to run around. Minutes from the beach and other activities. Bike trail that runs right by the the house.

We rented Buccaneer Bungalow for the wedding of our niece. We are a challenging crew-- everything from teens to toddlers to adults, and there are a lot of us! Brian was super responsive to any question we had, so welcoming (let us check in early when we realized last minute we actually had to be at the rehearsal at 4pm!) and soooo easy to work with. The house is just as pictured and then some. Beautiful open kitchen and family room. Bathrooms are gorgeous. Super clean, super well stocked -- a bottle of wine to welcome us, COFFEE PODS FOR THE KEURIG!!???, books and toys for the kids (I'm not kidding, there is a dress up box with princess and pirate garb!), and a ping pong table beside the fire pit. There is literally something for everyone and the location was in walking distance to our beautiful venue. The owners also solicit feedback for how they can make their home more accommodating. I never leave reviews but I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when we return to Amelia Island. This home and the owner are really excellent!

Buccaneer Bungalow was perfect for our group of 10 ladies! The home was immaculately clean and had plenty of parking. The back porch was also a great sitting area. The outside backyard was shady and very well maintained. Brian was very responsive to texts and questions. We highly recommend this home.

Lovely and clean home. Fully stocked with anything you can possibly need! It was perfect for our family getaway. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out and come together. The owner/property manager was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Definitely one of our favorite stays.

The house was clean and well stocked. Loved the kitchen and baths. Yard had more than enough space for the dog to run. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table. My husband and I loved using the nearby trail for walks. Beach and groceries are very close by. Liked it so much we extended our stay!

Wow...yep, thats the first word everyone says in our group the moment we walk-in on the property. Place is clean, sparkling clean, as the young boy in our group said. Communication with the owner is quick and very accomodating. Though it was raining, we had fun staying at the place.

We absolutely loved our stay here from the moment of checking in to the moment of checking out everything was made very easy and efficient! This house is absolutely beautiful. clean and very comfortable. The location was excellent. It was in a quiet neighborhood with a short drive to the Jacksonville cruise terminal. We had a wonderful visit. The house was HUGE and had so many great common areas. We will definitely stay at this house again

This rustic ranch is nestled in a full canopy of charming oak trees draping with spanish moss. The nautical decor and island theme throughout is very welcoming and enjoyable. Recent renovations and upgrades are fabulous (appliances all brand new). Our party of 5 adults and 4 children had plenty of room for privacy and gatherings (tons of toys and games), even hosting dinner with nearby family. The kitchen and dining areas are fully stocked with all we needed to prepare and accommodate a sit down dinner for 10 adults and 4 grandchildren (even plastic plates for the little ones). The screened porch with a wall mounted smart TV was a bonus for “thee” house divided college football Saturday.
The hosts supply a variety of accessories for each and everyone to enjoy their visit! Great fun!
