Very nice lodge. Well maintained.
No unsure facilities. For example, pine lake resort in lake district has a swimming pool, tennis court, arcade area etc etc

Lovely sizes and spacious
Nothing at all

Fantastic lodge, so many extras, so beautifully decorated, great showers and beds and overall well equipped added extra was the washing machine and dishwasher very handy when travelling with kids honestly wasn't disappointed one bit.
Only downside was the tvs not working too well but we weren't in much so didn't have a big impact 😂

Beautiful location, great food, super for family and also pets. Accommodation was excellent. Excellent for walks close by
Only a small gripe and no ones fault --- We have a double buggy --- it was too wide to go through lodge doors. So had to be taken apart and folded down -- if we went again I think we would see if they have a wheel chair friendly lodge -- that might have worked better for us

I liked the fact it was all detached, lovely retreat!
Parking spaces too narrow, restaurants closes early! At least provide room service, but it IS self catering so I guess that’s ok!

Great location for getting out in the dales
My lodge was quite near the road and the sound of lorries going past all hours was annoying but didn’t distract from the enjoyment.

It is in a good location for attractions, felt like home,
Kids entertainment onsite like pool;games was missing.

The location is perfect and is situated in the centre of all the places we wanted to visit. The site is beautiful and the lodge was amazing. Bar and restaurant was great.
Our three year old was a little too lively for the restaurant area, the staff where nice but it has a relaxing atmosphere and our child wasn’t in a relaxing mood.

We rented a lodge for 3 nights. The booking process and check-in went smoothly. We were informed about the entire process and the lodge's amenities over the phone – excellent communication. The beautiful location and tranquility exceeded our expectations. We hope to return next year. Thank you!

The location of this property is very good, near many hiking routes. And the staff are very nice, this property really deserves the high ratings it has got. I thought the images were edited to look nicer than the actual property, but to my surprise the properties look much nicer than the photos taken of them, it was an experience I will definitely cherish and look back at to put a smile on my face.
Nothing.

The property was beautifully decorated and modern. It was clean and the beds were comfortable.
The staff were really friendly and welcoming.

Rivendale itself is lovely!
Hoseasons stole my money! They owe me £400
My original booking was not pet friendly! I tried to upgrade to a lodge which allowed dogs (they had lodges available) however this was made impossible by booking.com and Hoseasons! No one wanted to help and this was the most stressful experience I’ve ever had!
Hoseasons agreed to cancel the original booking on my behalf if I booked another lodge directly on the phone. I did this and we went and had a great time!
It’s now over a week later and I am yet to see a refund! Hoseaons are not responding to myself or booking.com. They still have £400 of my money, I feel like I’ve had my money stolen from me! This is a lot of money to loose but more importantly it’s a lot of money to steal from an honest customer!
I am so disappointed and I will continue to leave bad reviews until I get my money back!

Beautiful Lodge with gorgeous cliff backdrop. The Lodge had everything we needed. Staff were bubbly and friendly and even called a couple of hours after we checked in to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed.
No negatives other than we struggled to use the hob. Although there was a QR code for the appliance instructions it didn't include the model of our particular hob.

Beautiful area and the cabins are just lovely. Nice decking area and inside is furnished so tastefully. Felt safe and relaxing.
Building creaked a lot but that could be due to the hot weather we had?
4.5
Location was perfect, lodge lovely and clean inside, friendly staff when arriving, interior was really nice and modern and kitchen has a good selection of equipment
Outside decking and furniture needed a good clean, the sofa and beds aren’t the most comfortable

Superschöne Lage in der Natur. Geräumiges Mobilheim mit allem was man braucht. Der Whirlpool wurde top gepflegt.

We were very impressed with the Lodge, it’s was very modern.
Both rooms had an on suite and tv.
Latest mod cons, fridge/freezer, cooker, wine chiller etc
Couldn’t have asked for better .
I had an issue where I didn’t have hot water, my fault as I switched off the boiler, within 2 mins of calling a repair man was sent ( sorry )
Liked it all

Staff brilliant, accommodation brilliant, the Bristro was incredible! Really enjoyed our stay here and will be looking forward to booking again soon!
The only thing I would say would be to try and get tips accepted on card in the bistro as our waitress was lovely and we wanted to leave her £20 but didn’t have cash!
4.5
Great value, sparkling clean, fantastic location, minimal effort overall brilliant experience
Bath spills easily if you’re fat like me, bistro prices high but can’t judge quality

Lovely place to stay. Modern spacious layout in the kitchen and sitting area. Very clean and well maintained, good facilities in the lodge and nice surrounding arounds. Stayed a couple times and always enjoy it here with the family. Good value for money.

Niets viel tegen.
