The gentleman on the night shift was unbelievably polite and helpful!
The room just smelt a little Smokey. I’ve found this with other properties in Mexico - I don’t know any this would be. Surely not everyone is smoking in their rooms?

The host/manager Mich was highly efficient, responsive and effective. He was always available within minutes via whatsapp and responded to any request practically within minutes. For example, the hotel provides a huge jug of fresh water that will last for days. We use a lot of water and when we were getting low and requested a new bottle, 5 minutes later he brought one.
We inquired about the best way to get from the hotel to Cancun. Explained that the ADO bus is a bit tricky but explained how to do it. He recommended a taxi for 700 pesos (about $40 US) and so we took that option. It was Tuesday and we were checking out on Thursday. He asked what time we would like the taxi to be there. Since check out was not until a very generous 12 noon, we thought 11am taxi pickup would make sure we made it to my dentist appointment in cancun by 2:30 easy and not be rushed checking into to our next hotel and being early for my appointment. He programmed the taxi pickup for us and the taxi came automatically right on time. Mich has all the connections needed. He is a young man and is highly skilled, smart and couldn't me more attentive and responsive.
This is a very comfortable hotel and very close to the beach.
honestly I dont have a single complaint. one day our water went out. It was around 6pm. We texted Mich and 5 minutes later it was back on. The electricity went out. 10 minutes later it was back on. The electricity issue was something specific to our room, and Mich was in the midst of dealing with a couple who refused to check out with another couple ready to check in. He treated them kindly, found them another room, and in the middle of everything, stopped what he was doing and addressed our electricity problem. These kind of infrastructure problems are very common in Mexico. Again Mich has the connections to be able to address just about any problem so we were well looked after in spite of municipal infrastructure every day kinds of problems. He must be very well respected in the community.

It is located at the farther end of PM playa side. Quiet safe street. The rooftop pool was nice.
We were assigned suite 1. The room had huge floor to ceiling windows covered in dark out heavy curtains. The bldg is built 2feet from the street and parking lot. When the curtains were open, that was our view. The room is a fishbowl when curtains were open, absolutely no privacy from outside viewers. With curtains closed you have no natural light, no breeze. There was no coffee maker, was only one pillow for the two of us, shower head was a rain shower style which fire hosed the water through 7 holes only instead of the 40 or so it should have. Trickle of water from bathroom sink. 5 gallon jug of filtered water was provided but had no pump. Had to pick up the 35 pound jug and pour.

Our stay was good and largely as described! The apartment is only 5 minutes away from the beach, which is extremely convenient. The rooftop swimming pool was a fantastic addition, enhancing our overall experience. However, it's worth noting that the kitchen is simply equipped. Nonetheless, we were able to prepare all necessary meals. The spacious room added to our comfort, and communication with the host and staff was always efficient and pleasant. Overall, a positive experience! We are happy to recommend this accommodation. Thank you for a successful stay!

Swimming pool on the top flor was very nice and clean, water was cold, but very refreshing. The staff was very helpfull. The room and bathroom was clean and nice and quiet. There is a nice small parking space by the hotel.
It's a bit hard to find, the balcony is quite small. Location is a bit far from the centre, but still in a walking distance.

We liked the location and the room price. We liked that the front desk was manned when we arrived late at night after a long and tiring flight. The bed was comfortable. We liked having a large fridge and kitchen. The building looks quite new and it has a beautiful glass elevator. The rooftop pool looked nice, but we didn't have time to swim in it since it closed soon after we arrived.
Even though we arrived late at night the desk clerk told us that we would have to walk into town - at least a km and buy water to drink! He said the tap water was not safe to drink. Every other hotel in Mexico provides drinking water, but the clerk said that because we were only staying one night it wasn't worth it for them! The sliding door of our unit that was on the ground floor did not lock and anyone could have walked into our room at any time. The reception clerk tried to fix it temporarily by putting a screw into the door track, but I don't think it was very sturdy. He didn't offer to move us to a different room even though it looked like lots of the rooms were not occupied. The kitchen was a nice touch but there was no coffee, tea, salt or pepper, sugar or any basic food provided at all. The bathroom didn't have anything besides soap and toilet paper. No shampoo. Our room was right beside the reception desk on the bottom floor and we could hear the clerk during the night.

Excelente ubicación, muy cerca de la playa. Muy cómodo, bien equipado, acabados de calidad. Muy limpio, agradable y confortable. Cocina bien equipada. Muy recomendado. Si vuelvo a Puerto Morelos, será mi primera opción. Excelentes Brenda y Miche como anfitriones.
Nada que reprochar. Todo fue perfecto. No tengo ninguna queja en absoluto.

We were greeted by the manager immediately and he was helpful during our whole stay. The hotel is very safe and the room is clean spacious. The king bed is comfortable and has a sofabed. The kitchenette is perfect to prepare your meals. It has a roof top pool accessible via elevator. It is only 3 streets down to the beach where you can walk, snorkle and swim. It's a 15 min walk to the Supermarket. There's also a nice variété of restaurants and shops available on the main strip.

Easy access to the beach on foot. It takes 5-8 mins to walk to the beach.
We paid $100 a night. It's not worth the money.
The amenities are not good. We stayed in unit 2. There is no towel rack to hang bath towels. No cloth hangers. The toilet paper rolls were left on top of the toilet cover.
The fridge runs non-stop. It's very noisy that we had to disconnect the fridge so we could sleep.
One door was broken. We could not open the window/door. So the room became stuffy.
We arrived at the property at 1pm. We asked if we could do an early checkin. We were told no even though Unit 2 was available. The front desk did help us store our stuff in the fridge after we asked for the 2nd time. It's such an easy thing to do for earlier checkin as we left early the next morning.
They could have done better.
