This compound is perfect for larger groups visiting the city for weddings, graduations, family reunions. We can even customize common spaces for your group's needs.
The location is convenient to all Northside PGH attractions, the stadiums, convention center, downtown, Cultural District, North Hills destinations, and Strip District.
This property is composed of two separate houses, side-by-side with mirrored floor plans, sharing a private outdoor space.
The surrounding neighborhood is historic and walkable, but mostly without trees or parks, so we have worked to create a yard that feels more serene, secluded, and natural.
Each house features open concept first floor, which creates an ideal gathering space for larger groups. Each has a powder room by the lower level stairs. We're happy to talk with you ahead of time about your group's needs with the space.
The second floors each include two small queen bedrooms with generous closet space, separated by a Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub. The top floors are both a master bedroom and bathroom, with king beds and queen-size Murphy beds for expanded sleeping, if needed. There are two washers and two dryers on the premises, free for guests and easily accessible.
We've also added queen bedrooms on each lower level, great for those who prefer a total pitch-black sleeping experience.

Guests have access to the entire complex with the exception of the locked closets in the basements. With easy, automated check-in and check-out using the Smart Lock, you can be sure to feel right at home right from the beginning of your stay.
We're committed to doing whatever we can to make your stay the best it can be. We absolutely love this city and would be delighted to share with you some of our favorite restaurants, museums, parks or attractions. We respect your privacy and will communicate as little or as much as you wish.
East Allegheny, also known as Deutschtown, is a thriving, historic Northside neighborhood. While the area offers numerous bars, restaurants, and shops, this property sits on a quieter street on the eastern edge of the neighborhood. A community garden is right around the corner, along with a coffee shop.
If you're traveling by car, you'll find no shortage of free off-street parking right in front of the house. Most North Side attractions are minutes away by car or Uber, and The Spring Garden (#7) city bus line also passes through the area; the stop is at the corner of Tripoli and Chestnut St, and this will take you downtown.
We're available to help make your stay the best it can be, but the level of communication is entirely up to you. It is always our pleasure to make suggestions on where to go and what to do - from museums to my favorite walkable streets.
You will also receive a guidebook three days before check-in with recommendations and instructions for the appliances in the home.
