Perfect base camp for guys golf trip. Convenient to downtown, only a few blocks from a nice grocery store and Starbucks but like being way out in the mountains. Plenty of space. Super clean. Very comfortable. Nicely appointed. Would feel equally comfortable bringing my family. Host was very easy to work and communicate with. Would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay in Asheville. The house was beautiful, clean and well appointed. Great proximity to town and beautiful views. Would definitely stay again.

The view was beautiful and the location is really close to everything.

My friends and I enjoyed staying there over the weekend. The property is great and the amenities are great.

Wonderful location, more convenient to get downtown than expected. Property was immaculately clean, hot tub was fantastic, and everything was entirely as advertised. Had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

We had a "mini" reunion of 5 friends that have known each other since middle school. And that's a long time. This was perfect. Very clean. Everything provided. Beautiful views. Close to town, but you don't feel like there's a town around when you're here relaxing on the decks. Excellent communication so you know exactly what; where; when. That is so important. Make sure you look for the check out list!! We missed that and I feel terrible about it! We all HIGHLY recommend this property! We hope our schedules will work again to meet up here.

This house was so beautiful and clean. It was surrounded by trees in the mountainside with gorgeous views. It was in a perfect location, only about 15 minutes from downtown Asheville. Pete and Terese are so kind and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. My friends and I would absolutely stay here again!

The home accommodated our group of 9 very nicely. Plenty of space for everyone to stretch out plus the wi fi, pool table and hot tub were greatly appreciated

Nice 4 bedroom home is a great location. Easy access to Asheville downtown and lots of golf. Great place with some privacy but not too secluded. Would stay again.

As advertised. Clean with all amenities.

Bedrooms and 3 bathrooms nice. Kitchen very nice. View very nice. Driveway was difficult to drive up. TVs in all rooms a plus. Could have used some traditional clocks in bedrooms. Wash machine had a little mold. Nice place for a large family. Needs touch up from some wall gouges and smudges from prior guests

The property has lovely views and is very clean! You can even see fire works from the porch on the 4th of July!! I just wish there were window coverings in the bedrooms because the sun wakes you up in the morning. A couple of points to keep in mind that we weren’t aware of when we read about this property. The driveway for the house is extremely steep and it is very tricky to back out. Also we needed a bedroom on the first floor and from the VRBO pictures it appears there is one but there is not. This made it difficult for my 78 year old mother to go up and down the stairs. Overall it’s a fun house that’s about 15 minutes from downtown and centrally located enough for all of the fun hiking in Asheville!!

The house was very warm feeling felt like home. The view was amazing. I would definitely stay there again. They could trim a couple trees for a more stunning view. Wish I had more time to spend in Asheville. Thank you very much

This was a great property to accommodate the reunion of five former colleagues who hadn't seen each other for two years. The house provided plenty of space for chatting and catching up, as well as playing board and card games. It was a great time facilitated by great accommodations in a great location.

We had a group of friends staying in the house and we all had coffee on the balcony in the morning. The views were beautiful. The games and hot tub were nice amenities too.

Me and several other friends stayed at this house for a friends wedding located in Asheville. We were all very impressed with the property. Clean upon arrival and had basic necessities like paper towels coffee etc. worked out perfect for our group!

This property is absolutely beautiful. It is very clean and located in a safe neighborhood. The views are breathtaking from every door, window and balcony. The pool table and jacuzzi were a nice touch and made our stay more enjoyable. The house is decorated well and very modern. All of the beds were very comfortable, especially the top bunk. The appliances are up to date and it was a very spacious/comfortable VRBO for us.

This place had the most relaxing views for our party of 9! The space was very open making it easy for a larger group. The trip to Asheville was about less than 10 minutes and there was a ingles food store and wallgreens across the street. Everyone was able to sleep in a comfy bed and use the towels provided. The only issue was that we were told the day we got there that we could not use the double bathroom sinks due to a leak. This made it a bit challenging with a group of 9 when everyone would need to get ready.
The only suggestions I would make-
1. We were not able to get access the chemicals for the hot tub and the hot tub started to get foamy. We were only able to use it once during our stay due to this
2. The doors did not lock properly. The doors locked better from the outside than the inside. Some doors did not lock at all.
3. This was such a beautiful place. However I noticed some fixes that didn’t affect my stay but the overall look. The owners have a hidden gem! I really hope they keep up with the updates needed.
Overall our stay was great and we made some great memories with some amazing views! I hope to be able to rent this place out again one day. Highly Recommend 10 out of 10 stay and trip.

Everything was great. As a courtesy I did want to let the homeowner know that the upstairs guest bathroom toilet next to the bunk bed room was running constantly throughout our entire stay. I believe the valve in which the water pours out in to the tank needs to be replaced. I can help with more information if needed. Andrew Martin 9199203003

The property looks exactly like the photos - it's clean and has gorgeous views. The house itself though was clearly a cheaply done property flip: minimal insulation so it was cold all the time; when using the space heaters, you could only plug so many in at a time before the circuit breaker would flip (e.g., if you want to play pool downstairs, you cant have the lights on and the space heater plugged in; or, if you wanted a space heater in your bedroom at night, only one room could have them on); some of the locks weren't working so we had to rely on putting shower curtain rods to prevent sliding doors from opening; the internet was very intermittent and went down one morning of the stay (no response from the management company to help with it either, so I had to spend time troubleshooting myself).

What a wonderful house for our family to gather for a few days. Our 3 sons and spouses flew in from Florida, Texas, & Australia as this house is near downtown Asheville. Very convenient drive to Seria Nevada, Wicked weed brewing companies. So many great restaurants just 10 minutes drive away. If we did not want to go out the house had enough space and amenities to give us all stuff to do and not be on our smart phones. I would love to use this house for any return trips.

Perfect getaway, loved Asheville and sharing it with family while getting away from our busy lives was exactly what was needed!

Great house, location, and views! Spent the week in Asheville with my family (7 people) and we had plenty of space. Enjoyed waking up to the views every morning. The location was close to downtown and about 45 - 60 minutes to the hiking spots we wanted to visit. Only feedback I have is that we wish the hot tub was in a location where we can enjoy the views.

This is a lovely home. Nestled on a hill in the treetops. Very clean and comfortable. The hot tub and pool table were a plus. Only a 10-15 minute drive to downtown.

We rented this property for a girls weekend. It was absolutely perfect for our group of 7! The home is absolutely stunning, great choices in finishes and decor! The view from the front patio is breathtaking!
I would definitely recommend this home!

House, property and location were great! We had a wonderful stay and property manager was wonderful! There were 8 of us. Here were our main concerns: 1. The 2 sliding glass doors did not lock. There was a bar placed in the track to keep the sliding door from opening. We did not feel safe with just the bar. We ended up not using the lower level bedroom due to the slider door not locking properly so everyone ended up sleeping on the 2nd floor, now not having enough beds. 2. There were no window blinds/shades in the bathrooms, as well as not enough blinds in the bedrooms. We felt exposed showering and sleeping, so we had to rig "curtains" for privacy. After reading reviews about a drone near the house, we were concerned with privacy and exposure, even though the back of the house is a steep hill with trees. We wish we had the option to use window blinds or shades if they were available. The house was well stocked, clean and nicely renovated. The views from the front of the house were awesome. The driveway was steep and accommodated 2 cars well. Overall, great stay!

It was close to all our planned activities in Asheville in addition to being gorgeous inside.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this spacious house with an amazing view of the mountains. We didn’t expect it to be so large. We didn’t mind the short drive to downtown and the Biltmore Estate. There’s a convenient grocery store nearby the house too. We enjoyed every part of the house including the hot tub and game room. It was an awesome weekend with friends!

Very nice house. Nicer inside than I expected.
Driveway is a steep hill, but plenty of space, very clean, seemed updated on the inside.
Everybody loved the pool table. Didn't notice that in the listing, but it was a hit.
Good grocery store right down the street.
Easy access to downtown Asheville.
Pete Key and his team were a pleasure to deal with.

We stayed here in between hiking and visiting breweries. The location was nearby a lot of great restaurants. The hot tub was a great way to unwind at the end of the day. Beautiful place to stay! We would love to come back!

The house is very nice and updated. The proximity to downtown Asheville is excellent and the views are beautiful. Loved using the hot tub and we enjoyed using the pool table, though there was only one functional stick. While the main floor and upstairs were clean, the basement floor was very dirty (kids feet were black after walking around). The kitchen has some basic items, but could use some additional items such as a pizza cutter, more butter knives (only 4 available), additional place settings, and other items to make cooking easier (i.e., whisk, mixing bowls). The largest complaint we had was the lack of window coverings. There are no blinds or curtains on any window, even in the master bathroom where there is a large window. It made showering at night a bit uncomfortable. It was also very difficult to get the small children to nap or fall asleep. This is evident in the photos of the property, it just wasn’t something we paid attention to when booking. The house is great for adults and older children but wouldn’t recommend for anyone with smaller children.

We loved the views n clean house, but some inside door locks didn't work, had to use a door bar to keep door locked. No blinds or curtains on any windows including bathrooms, but worst part was sitting with family at dinning room table when we noticed a drone flying above our deck checking us all out!!! It was a man across the street in the brown brick house & as soon as I went outside on the deck to confront him, he then lowered his drone to his back yard. We were all very upset about that & thought about seriously calling the police but decided to tell him that instead from our balcony. If ur ok with no privacy then this is your place to stay. Also the master bathroom shower head had very little pressure from it. We were notified just a few days before being there that the fireplace was not working, which would have been nice to have concidering it was windy & very cool outside. We asked for a discount because of that & the agency that manages this house said that they couldn't give use a discount, that they don't do that over something not working as advertised!!! All in all the house was beautiful & the views from the house outside were breath taking & we'd recommend this house to everyone. Thank you to the owner of this beautiful VRBO home, but some blinds would help especially in bedrooms for flying peeping drones from neighbor across the street!
