Great central location , shopping and supermarkets close by. Parking at $13 a day a short stroll away .
A lot of construction in the area and accompanying noise, but it is nearing completion.

For a new hotel there are a lot of problems. Did not like much except it was new and clean.
For a new hotel there are a lot of problems. We were in room 209. Could only get TV reception for ABC and Channel 10. Reception advised that with Wifi we could Chromecast. We don't have subscriptions. Wifi connected but that was it. Could not watch Channel 7, Channel 9 or Foxtel on Wifi had to go to our 4G. This was the same with any app. The TV stuck out too far from wall and my husband struck his head on it during the night. Fridge door only opened a short way and then caught on the floor. Carpet in hall looks as if it has been laid short and then gaps filled in.

Beds are comfy, the rooms are spacious and amenities are easy to use.
We moved rooms because the first one we were assigned to was not cleaned (or at least appeared uncleaned) - there were dirty dishes all over the kitchen and table, a half drunk tea on the table, the bed was also not made to normal hotel standards which leads me to think the guests made the bed, and we had to move rooms.
Our room that we moved to did not have a working google chromecast, so we were left to only watch free to air tv which is really disappointing, when we asked reception, they checked other rooms to see if there was a working chromecast but turned out to be all of them not working (according to reception & I believe this may have been a lie)
We will never come here again, it’s affordable, but not even worth what we paid - in my opinion.

exceptionally low price for brand new facility. EV charging in parking was great. Kitchen and bathroom were excellent. hot water and solid heating.
expensive parking extgra $25 but ok given the low room price. No couch or lounge in room chairs were uncomfortable as well. no smart TV or TV casting ability so no netflix, only foxtell. Apart from that all good.

Helpful friendly staff
I didn’t know that I had to pre book parking

the studio room was VERY good, pleasant outlook, well equipped, quiet until 7am when workmen drilled and hammered in what sounded like internal pipes.
female receptionist who was filling in was very good.
PARKING! not made clear it was pre-paid $25 with limited spaces in an unsecured (roller doors not shut at night and door left open into hotel all night (neither work yet) shower was very slow to drain so water over floor in bathroom. an intermittent high pitched noise from air conditioning control so slept with it off (just less intermittent) unclear where to park when booking in…

I arrived on the first day that the hotel was open so everything was new and fresh. There were still some finishing touches being applied but these were a minor in convenience. The room was spacious, quiet and had a pleasant outlook. It was great to be able to buy a meal from the pantry then heat and serve it in my room. Parking was easy to access and the location was only 5 minutes from the Canberra hospital. Pillows were much more comfortable than the huge ones at other Abode hotels where I have stayed. The somewhat high parking fee of $25 was compensated for by the very reasonable room rate.
It was not easy to spot reception from the road and you cannot access it directly but have to walk away from it and then double back. The air conditioning made a loud pulsing sound so I had to turn it off to sleep - I expect this is just a teething problem and in any case the room retained its heat throughout the night

Our stay was great value for money. All the room facilities were exceptional and very clean and brand new. Lovely and modern and had cooking facilities, big tv and comfortable bed.
This property is a bit out of city centre but it’s fine if you have a car and the bus station is a 5 minute walk. Parking needs to be booked in advance for a fee per night but there is overnight public car park near by which is cheap if you haven’t booked in advance.

Location was good
Their was no parking when we arrived. Had to park on street. No provision to book a parking space online.. Couldn't get us one until the next night at a charge of $25 a night. Never stated that on site when booking accommodation. Very disappointed.

We arrived the first day on their opening. The facility was not ready at all, we spend more than 15 minutes for checking in, the staff was not trained well, the lift was not working and told there was parking but hard to access, and ridiculously we were in the room and the cleaning staff entered with their card without knocking for both of our rooms, even we had the no-disturb signs on the door.

Tv and WiFi connectivity wasn’t used friendly

Great value for money, nice amenities and a very clean and modern looking hotel in a nice location.
For a very new hotel, the room had a rather bad smell. Bed was too soft and not very comfortable to sleep on. TV has no antenna channels.
