The apartment was perfect. Clean, modern, everything you need and more

We loved having a home base in historic Jersey City where we could return from sightseeing adventures and go out for a nice meal. We found many satisfying restaurant options nearby. The apartment was very clean and quiet with excellent furnishings and a nice coffee bar. The hosts were comfortable to communicate with and supportive of our needs. Access to Manhattan and NJ towns from the ferry and train were easily accessible.

Had a great time at this second floor apartment. Clean place, attentive hosts, and very comfortable beds. The building was secure, but very easy to access the apartment via the keypads. Having an in-unit washer and dryer really came in handy. A very short walk to the PATH train that took us right into the city. Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean, comfortable apartment

Our stay exceeded expectations in every regard. The location was very good, convenient to transport and services. The unit was very clean and comfortable, but the highlight was the attention to detail. Everything a visitor could possibly need had been provided for. Our host Peter took a genuine interest in ensuring we were well catered for. The beds were very comfortable, extra towels were provided. Good quality crockery and glassware were provided. We recommend this property very highly.

I brought my wife and kids here to visit NYC and stayed here for 4 days. Everything about this property was as advertised. The amenities were super appreciated. It was great to do our laundry before we continued on our way (part of a longer trip), we were able to check-in early (which saved us from traversing the city with all our luggage), and the check-in process was straightforward. Peter was hyper-responsive throughout the stay. The only surprise was how much we enjoyed the immediate surrounding area. I know there are better-rated restaurants around, but my kiddos were partial to Basile's and are still missing the pizza.

Clean: apartment is super clean from linens to furniture. It’s also well organized and stocked with all the supplies we needed.
Comfortable: the furniture, the beds and kitchenware is super comfortable and usable.
Convenient: location is 4 mins walk from Grove St station for 20 mins access to the city. Also, lots of good restaurants around. Hybrid Coffee is nice 2 min walking spot for a good cuppa.
Peter was very courteous and prompt in his response each time. Highly recommended place, will definitely stay here again.

Peter was a terrific host. Not only was the apartment in a great location and beautifully furnished, it also had the kind of things that people forget to bring when traveling, such as QTips and dental floss. The amenities were far more than what hotels provide guests at the same price. The kitchen was also well-stocked with cookware. Peter made everything available that you might need. We would stay at this location again.
