Window treatment with room darkening shade worked very well. Requested replacement ironing board, it was there in a couple minutes. Breakfast area very clean. All staff gave us a smile. Biodegradable plates, compostable. Good oatmeal with toppings, not instant. Hot breakfast items.

Our stay was wonderful. We were greeted warmly, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was cer6 good, nice selection.

My husband and I were celebrating our 10 year anniversary. I asked the front desk on recommendations for a nice restaurant, and they suggested Mama Angelina's. It was fantastic and a great suggestion. Coffee wasn't spectacular in morning, and sidewalk to parking lot could use some repair. Overall great visit!

My room was closest to the traffic on the LIE which I could hear all night. Hallway appeared to be renovated, but the carpet in my room was old and stained.

Booked two rooms for two nights. Booked 1 room for my Mother. The TV did not work in her room. They sent maintenance to try and fix it twice but to no avail. She also had a handicap room but could not use the shower as it was a tub that she could not step into or out of. The second night she was on the same floor that had unruly guests and she could not get a good nights sleep the entire night. People on the floor called the front desk on more than once occasion but the fighting continued.

Nice hotel, courteous staff. Only issue was there was a bit of noise from the nearby highway.

The hotel was very clean. Seemed to be newly renovated. The breakfast was very good as well as the staff. Bobby was great. We will definitely stay there again.

The hotel had a horrible order, the elevators were always filthy and smelly. The mold and mildew visible in every corner of the establishment including my room and the bathroom was deplorable. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, pillows included, the room was damp and humid even with the air on that only blew in one direction. The tub did not work as it was broke and hanging loose. The free coffee was one specific brew every day all day long and NEVER HOT! The amount of noise and additional smell of weed in the hallways was RIDICULOUS ! All I can say is NEVER AGAIN! And to think I paid $1,186.00 to be annoyed, inconvenienced and physically in pain from the bed. I have stayed at larger more well known Hiltons and Marriotts for less money and more time and had much better amenities, services and accommodations.
